I
went
to
this
clinic
seeking
an
emergency
treatment
on
June
23,
2022,
after
reading
great
reviews
about
Dr.
Heydari.
The
people
at
the
front
desk
were
very
cordial
and
professional,
but
my
experience
with
the
associate
dentist
was
poor,
to
say
the
least.
I
was
expecting
to
deal
with
a
consumed
professional,
just
as
advertised
by
previous
reviews,
and
when
an
extremely
young
person
entered
the
room
I
got
a
bit
surprised,
but
still
trusting
that
it'd
be
the
case,
as
I
don't
have
age
prejudice.
Unfortunately,
a
few
minutes
in
were
enough
to
understand
without
any
doubt
that
I
was
dealing
with
a
person
that
was
new
to
the
job,
and
which
lacked
the
knowledge
and
experience
that
I
was
paying
for.
Although
cordial
and
accomodating,
after
taking
an
X-ray
the
associate
was
clearly
confused,
if
not
utterly
clueless,
about
what
was
going
on
in
my
mouth,
and
she
was
struggling
to
find
the
technical
terms
to
describe
my
situation
-I
am
no
dentist
or
technician,
but
have
been
in
this
predicament
before.
The
fact
that
she
instantly
went
to
talk
to
(who
I
assume
was)
Dr.
Heydari
himself
in
the
adjacent
room
confirms
it.
When
she
got
back
to
me,
I
was
quickly
dismissed
with
a
pat
on
the
shoulder,
a
pamphlet
for
an
endodentiste
clinic,
and
absolutely
zero
action
taken.
I
was
in
pain
and
too
out
of
it
to
suggest
what
they
should
have
brought
up
themselves:
a
simple
neutralization
of
the
nerve,
to
at
least
stop
the
pain
and
tide
me
over
until
I
could
see
a
professional.
I
even
had
to
go
back
because
the
associate
forgot
to
give
me
a
prescription
for
antibiotics
and
painkillers.
Subsequently,
the
antibiotics
turned
out
to
be
wrong,
and
no
painkillers
were
prescribed
to
me
at
all.
This,
in
addition
to
the
fact
that
St.
Jean
Batiste
weekend
was
starting
and
it
was
by
then
close
to
impossible
to
find
an
available
dentist,
created
the
perfect
storm.
I
spent
three
days
and
three
nights
in
constant,
agonizing
pain,
not
being
able
to
function
at
all
or
sleep,
and
it
took
me
a
full
week
to
recover
from
it,
after
two
other
professionals
at
different
facilities
finally
took
care
of
my
tooth.
All
of
that
could
have
been
avoided,
had
they
taken
actual
care
of
my
situation
instead
of
swiftly
dismissing
me.
If
the
associate
is
new
to
the
task,
that's
ok,
we
all
have
to
start
somewhere:
but
if
that's
the
case,
please
acknowledge
it
and
bring
in
somebody
knowledgeable,
instead
of
just
taking
my
money
without
even
trying
to
fix
me.
I
payed
the
premium
price
for
Dr.
Heydari,
but
was
looked
at
by
a
person
that
had
no
experience,
resulting
in
the
worst
three
days
and
nights
of
my
life.
Just
for
the
record,
I've
shared
my
experience
with
the
other
two
dentists
that
treated
me
afterwards
(in
two
different,
unrelated
facilities)
and
they
both
said
that
this
in
unacceptable,
unprofessional
and
that
I
should
be
adamant
in
asking
for
my
money
back.
They
told
me
I
was
given
wrong
antibiotics
for
my
situation,
and
that
this
confirmed
that
I
was
dealing
with
a
very
unexperienced
person.
I
have
more
important
things
to
do
in
life
that
chasing
after
a
hundred
dollars,
so
I
certainly
won't
do
that.
But
when
you
are
pushing
the
envelope
this
far,
a
review
like
this
one
is
the
least
you
can
expect.
