I felt like my stylist did not listen to or follow instructions. I arrived asking for curls and the stylist did not do it. She only did a straight blow out. When I was asked if I liked it, I informed her that I asked for hot tools and curls. I ran out of time but the blow out was unattractive anyway. She flat ironed my bangs in a really ugly way. The wash was not very thorough either. When I wash my own hair, I clean the scalp too. Kinda pricey for a mediocre job. I'm coming from out of state, so I guess my benchmark is Drybar. For the service received, you're better off either doing it yourself or just going to a neighborhood quick service spot. Two stars for centrally located and online booking being easy. Service itself was disappointing.

I couldn't be happier about the look of my hair after visiting Blome, it exceeded my expectations, however the experience was ruined by generally poor service. - I made sure to stop by and show some pictures before booking the appointment to get an accurate quote. The final price after the appointment was 30$ higher. - When I came home I noticed hair dye stains on my face that I'm still trying to remove 3 days later without irritating the skin. - Worst of all, when I took off the shirt I wore to the salon I found that it had hair dye stains on the back. A wash didn't help, the brand new shirt is ruined. - 30$ extra in the cost plus $35 t-shirt means I just threw away 65$. I contacted the salon in Facebook messenger to see what can be done but did not get a response. Not coming back unfortunately.

Booked a blowout which was quick and looked ok. Stylist was really nice. But as I was leaving, I was charged double the price - I was never informed of this upfront - and was told it was because, and I quote, “that price was for a normal blowout. Your hair is curly”. I felt awful. I have 3A/3B hair and was never charged double the price anywhere to get a blowout. So, unless you have pin straight hair or are prepared to spend a lot of money on a standard blowout, stay away from this place. Also, I hope the receptionist learns at some point in her life that curly hair IS normal hair.

The team has changed completely, it was really good when Kim was there. I was a customer but after several years decided to dye my hair, actually balayage. I paid 420 dollars for a very uneven yellowish balayage that I had to colour them again to get rid of yellow (which was not what I wanted and showed to Lady). It also damaged my hair. So if you don’t know the hairstylist don’t go!

First time going there and I really liked the vibe. It's pretty laid back and my hairdresser Sia was the best. Not only did she provide good advice but answered my questions, very down to earth and I loved my haircut! You can tell there's a passion for the craft and customer service is on point.This salon is cool because the aesthetic is very unique but also very inviting, they provide coffee and tea, hairdos ,Manicures,pedicures and more. Really worth the try !
