BED BUGS My room was very old and dirty with old spills on the walls and inside the fridge. Shower walls not cleaned and potentially black mold around the tub faucet. Furniture is overly used and damaged. Bedsheets have cigarette holes and stains. There are traces of old bedbugs on the mattress but didn't see any (i removed the sheets to inspect). Where i did find bugs however, was on the stained chairs. I've been bitten. Caught the bug and flushed it. I wouldn't pay $75 again. Maybe $50 without bedbugs. The sushi shop next door was tasty...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We booked this hotel as the cheapest option when going to an MMA event in St. Agathe. The cost was $180/night and 100% of our dignity.... Upon arrival, it appears as though you're entering an alley into a junk yard, and the condition of "Restaurant Daou" out front contributed to that image ten fold. The reception area was nice enough, but the cage between you and the desk employee screamed they most certainly had an hourly rate if you just asked. They still had actual keys for the door, which is ghetto AF, but what complaint is that really? We entered the stairwell to go to our room and found a man sitting in there smoking and playing on his phone, the stairwell itself was far too reminiscent of "Caprini Green" and I was certain that Candyman was going to make an appearance. Upon entering the roo...... Box.. it was immediately apparent that we made a mistake by saving $120 on our hotel expense, the two "large double" beds were just about filling the room, the kitchenette was a little more than a closet and the closet was the size of a small kitchen, I didn't even take pictures of the bathroom because I was too damn embarrassed to show you all where I had to poop twice. The bed was god awful, they gave 1 pillow per side of the bed and they were flat as H! They had sheets that were not big enough and could not be tucked around the mattress and a mattress pad that was for a single bed. The beds were soft, but terribly uncomfortable for a man with back issues, though for smaller people, they're probably pretty comfortable. The tv was small, maybe 19" and the remotes (1 for tv, 1 for a/c) are not kept in the room, they're given to you at reception and are to be returned there when you leave. There were several mattresses being thrown away and the dumpster and garbage/maintenance shed are located in the middle of the parking lot on what could have been made into a nice benched area (it's a large grassy island) and as such contribute greatly to the ghetto nature of this unbelievable facility. we paid $180 for this room and that was $120 more than we should have been charged, but with Hotel prices from 300-6000 dollars for that Saturday night stay, our budget chose for us, and so I add as many pictures as I can to let you all know to splurge on the $300 Hotel.

Run from this place!! Dirty and bed bugs crawling everywhere i have over 50 bites on my body. They dont use exterminators instead they paint over and use matress covers to trap the bugs. I will never go back other than to knock on doors and show people the videos i have so they call the health department with me. Better off sleeping outside. The photos attached are from last night theres also maggots and cockroaches everywhere!

I recently stayed at a motel that was quite disappointing. The first thing that struck me was the overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the entire building. When I entered my room, I noticed that there were hairs on the bed, which was a major cleanliness issue. Additionally, the walls in the room were dirty and badly in need of a good cleaning. I must also mention the state of the washroom, which was nothing short of terrible. The tiles were broken, and it seemed like every corner of the bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. It felt as though I had thrown my money away by staying at this motel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance issues seriously detracted from what should have been a comfortable and pleasant stay. It's safe to say I won't be returning to this hotel in the future.

As the owner said... "you get what you pay for". It is an old motel so don't expect luxury. We stayed foroy 1 night and bathroom was clean, sheets were clean. I agree the room is not perfect but it was a place to rest before we continue our journey. Don't forget to get the A/C remote for the room. Location is very good with lots of shopping options, including a delicious boulangerie close by.

This 5 star is for customer service! I booked my room for the wrong night, showed up very late for the reservation and she allowed me to switch the reservation! It was very kind and much appreciated! Rooms could use a little bit of an update but you get what you pay for people!

It was below par experience. I suggest to pay some extra bucks to stay at a better hotel. Pros: 1. Staff was friendly. They moved me to a better room than the one I was allocated initially. 2. Cost friendly. Cons: 1. The room was unclean. Dirt was collected at almost all corners in the room and bathroom. 2. Furniture was in bad shape. 3. Kitchen countertop was filthy! 4. Rooms were smelly with cigarette smoke. 5. The overall motel experience was terrible. Need serious repairing and maintenance. 6. Bathroom shower was not functioning properly. Not recommend to stay here if you are a couple or a family.

Your night here will be your worst nightmare. Dead body smell in the room, hair on the floor, bugs on and in the refrigerator, the window can’t be opened, the furniture is so old it feels like a horror movie, and the bed is not comfortable at all.

absolutely horrible. we came to this after visiting very far from toronto and found this. it’s not worth it. we went into our room and the lock didn’t work bugs were everywhere and smelled absolutely horrible. please just spend the extra money and go somewhere else

It's a good place if you don't have a lot of money, the rooms are very old but nice and also if you speak Spanish they will treat you well

the motel is somewhat modest but meets what it offers. The lady at reception, that lady is a sweetheart, she attended and gave a cookie to my son, my wife and I, which I appreciate everything ❤️. At the time of going out to a young man who also treated us wonderfully he did not ask for a taxi to gatineau and advocated for us at all times Thank you very much

Good place for one night stand for family.we take double bedroom. Near by restaurant. Near to airport. Bus station

Rooms are clean and decent for the prices. Of course upgrading is required yet it’s worth for the price. Receptionist are always been good. It’s my 3rd visit.

There where two very fast cockroaches going around the bed and they did renovations in the room on top of ours starting at 5 am and it was very hard to hear each other speak

Forgot to mention cigarette burns everywhere furniture, floors pillows, mattress, mattress covers, white paint full on nicotine scratches everywhere.

The room was very unclean. Had burnt traces on the bed sheet. All room corners had accumulated dusts. Not hygienic at all. The room is very small not that secured. Only positive thing, the receptionists are very polite and friendly.

I stayed at this motel in 1966 and it was a dump back then. Avoid this place.
