Great service, atmosphere, and food! The chicken poutine is so delicious! Their beers are also very enjoyable! Highly recommend.

Great beer selection. Fast and friendly servers. We had the passion fruit beer which was really refreshing. It was recommended by the waiter since they ran out of the one we wanted. Also the cranberry and gin cocktail was really tasty. The duck poutine was delicious. The only downside was the fried chicken sandwich. The buns were really hard and the chicken lacked some flavors. Overall, we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area. It’s conveniently located right outside of station Berri.

I had a disappointing experience at Saint-Houblon bar. The charcuterie we ordered was quite awful - the pâté was inedible, the bread portions were small, and the $27 price tag didn't match the quality. I'd give it 1 star as the combination of tastes was a poor mix overall.

The food was great and the staff were friendly. They had a very nice deal on the food were you get the appetizer (tacos), half a pint, and the main dish for 22$+tax if I remember correctly.

*** MUST EAT - DUCK POUTINE *** the best duck poutine ive ever had in Montreal! was cheesy, crunchy & the duck gives a deep flavor, it was amazing! PROS • friendly & helpful staff • food is an Asian fusion • duck poutine - get it CONS • no parking anywhere if you don't eat duck often, I suggest you build a duck tolerance! will be back to try the rest of the menu!

Stumbled into this place and I am glad I did. Fantastic food and beers. The fried chicken burger and hamburger are both absolutely delicious. Perfect balance of flavours and textures. The brews are also fantastic. Good quality food, beers and service. Can't go run with this place.

Really awesome place to have some in house beers. They have a lot of variety and the range satisfy different pallets . One of my favourite place to get some good beers. Food is also really good. Servers are really helpful please ask try them for suggestions. Mango Suave , UK bitter my favorite. You can also try Mac n Cheese here :)

A gastronomic experience. Each bite reveals an explosion of flavors. We came on Sunday morning, my husband and I. The service is excellent! We ordered the brunch a volonté (all you can eat and drink) in this option you get a delicious brunch with all the options and then you can repeat the dishes you liked the most, if you still want to eat. Drinks include mimosas and house craft beers. Important tip, if you make a reservation, the value is lower. 😉 Add this place to your list of places to visit in Montreal.

Nice terrace for drinks and pub food right in the Quartier Latin if you go in the summer. They have a good selection of cocktails and microbrews. Right in proximity to a lot of attractions, such as bars, karaoke, clubs and the comedy club.

Great place for lunch!! Tasty, good service, good craft beer and great value!! For 20 dollars you get a main and a salad with salmon. For another $2 you get a glass of craft beer. The duck poutine is fabulous! As well as the white beer. Must try!!

I went here to taste your delicious espresso style stout ale, one of the strongest beer sold here, it's excellent to drink and I ordered a diet coke can, the employee is very friendly and nice because he offered this soft drink free. Thanks a lot ! Also the music I listened here is excellent and I also went here for charge my phone. 5 of 5 stars.

The staff/service was great and the drinks were good but the food on the other hand... I went for a group event, we ordered brunch so there were shared platters. Although it was supposed to be "all-you-can-eat", there was not nearly enough for all of us and there was too much time in between refills of the platter, almost as if it was intentional. Even then, the food was of really poor quality, especially for the price. Overall I would say this was the least cost-effective meal I've had in years, I would never recommend this place for brunch, but okay for drinks and general ambiance.

The environment is nice to sit and drink some beers. it is a shame they don't have a good selection of beers made by them, we tried two and they were ok. We tried the Canard nachos and they were good, tasty and good amount. We also tried the hamburgers and we were specially disappointed, the fried chicken hamburger was extremely dried, zero sauce and the chicken was though and chewy, even worst the Doble hamburger was also dried but I don't know what type of beef was but we were all night feeling horrible. It is pity because we saw the good reviews but I wouldn't like to return to eat and for special beer I can find places with more options.

Simply amazing service. Best I've experienced in Montreal this far. Little expensive for food and drink but worth it. Amazing experience all across the board. The poutine was fantastic, we had the duck and the chicken. 6 stars.

While my husband enjoyed his brisket dip sandwich, I didn't like my eggs Benedict at all. I prefer my food to be more on the savory side but I found everything from the potatoes to the sauce on the ham to be too sweet for me. The mimosa wasn't sweet enough. The service was great, however and the ambiance was lively and bright. I might like to return and try something else on the menu, just maybe not for breakfast or brunch.

Took over 40minutes to get a drinks order they offered tequila shots, but throughout service was a hit or a miss!! I cannot speak much about poutine, as I am not a native. The cocktail was ok.

Perfect place. Great vibe. Tasty menu (duck poutine is a state of art dish), and the people... Yes, you can't go wrong with this place. Every time I come to Montreal, I have to go.

The all you can drink mimosas were great but not the food. Eggs were cold and not seasoned. The potatoes look appealing but are hard to eat. The glaze on them is not necessary. The veggie samosas had the best flavour.

Great place, big variety of beers to choose and tasty food. Price seems fair. I order a drink which was super big and was $11, so that was great. Also ordered fries and olives, super good. Staff is super friendly however it took a long time to receive our orders, that's the only reason I didn't choose 5 stars

This place is so good! The beer, the food, and the service was fantastic! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!! Highly reccomend!

Came here on a Thursday night. Server was very friendly, but the service was incredibly slow for food (i think we waited for over an hour) - drinks were pretty fast though. Duck poutine was a solid 7/10, but the fried chicken wings were so tender and yummy, a 10/10 for us!! Huge selection of beer. Music wasn’t too loud which was a plus.

Delicious and fast! We managed to get one of the lunch deals which was a meal with appetizer and a discount first alcoholic drink! The portions were also massive, but we got a goody bag to take the rest home thankfully! Cannot recommend the lunch deal enough! Must be busy at night, so be aware!

Friendly bilingual staff with great tasting food options that go well with the several craft beers available! All-you-can-eat brunch is recommended on the weekends. The limited seating can be uncomfortably wobbly and in need of renewal. However, the food, drinks and people make Saint-Houblon a relaxed and casual place to go for Sunday brunch.

It was fine. Service wasn't bad, although waiting 20 minutes for the server to take our check was a little unfortunate 😅 but nothing was bad. We got the fried Oreo which was nice, but I got the sausage nachos and it was quite honestly the most bland nachos I've ever had.

What a lovely and lively place for a quick bite and a beer or two! Our burgers were delicious, beer was great, side poutine was one of the best I ever had, but best of all was the service. David was super friendly, quick and just a perfect server to have. Great place to hang out with a company!

Great location, delicious food and the Blonde Nordique is the perfect beer for a lazy Sunday afternoon in the sun. Right next to the subway so it's a busy street bit there's plenty of space and the inside is so beautiful! We had the duck poutine (5/5) and broccoli and zucchini Mac and cheese (5/5). Plenty of vegan/veggie options. Would make a great venue for a birthday or a night out. Clean bathrooms as well and the staff were super fast and friendly. Thank you!

Revised from recent visit. Been coming here for a while. They were up then down and now they are back up again. That’s the way of the world right !! Great job guys, keeep it up ! Cheers 2022/03/17 We’ve decided to drop a star from our rating. One of the reasons that brought us back here was their super crispy chicken, a/p our photos. This time there was no sample beer while we waited, beers tasted ok and the chicken was over cooked, dry and no the same quality as our first visit. This time 4/5 _________________ We felt transported into another timezone and city ! Although there isn't much space to wait for a table (because this place is often full), we were received with the warmest of welcomes - which isn't always the case in Montreal. They offered a sample of beer while we waited for a table (genius !) and the service was excellent. The ambiance and vibe was enough to transport us in time. We felt amazing once we left, having discovered almost a hidden gem in the city. Great selection of beers, ambiance, vibe, food and service. What more can we say - 5+/5 ! Well done

Fantastic little gastro pub. Awesome selection of beers, lovely and locally sourced food, and very rustic and interesting feel. Staff were super accommodating and helpful, especially our server Keven, who welcomed us with open arms as it was our first stop in French Canada, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and an all round delight! Can't recommend this place and Keven enough.

I just had a beef burger at this place and it was BEYOND amazing. The flavour combination, the size of the portion, the termination of each component of the burger, particularly the onion. It was all well thought and planned, and my tummy couldn’t be any happier after. This is definitely a place to come hungry, you’ll regret it otherwise! Props to them.

I loved this place! the selection of beers is huge and the other drinks are also tasty. The food was also particularly good - I had the double burger and my friend had the schwings curry, which was excellent. Their fried chicken is really a cut above the rest. The staff are polite and serve you in a timely manner.

Amazing spot! They have a patio in the summer. Our server was really nice and very helpful. She got us the wrong beer but was quick to fix that and gave us an extra beer on the house. Great selection of beer, my fav was Stout Blanc, it was amazing! Food was also good, i would go back again.

We had a good experience. The service, food and beer were all good. Would recommend this place. We ordered spring rolls, Roasted garlic potato, curry bowl and brocollie and zucinni mac & cheese and couple of golden brown ale.

Just ate here. Of course the poutine. We are two adults and two teens. Wanted a snack. Shared two plates and the beer sampler. Amazing.

Pros: This place has extremely nice staff. They're super friendly and welcoming. You can tell that they love what they do. Excellent service. Their food options are unique. Very tasty homemade sauces. There is a good selection of beers. Sangria was delicious! They have outdoor terrasses. Cons: parking can be difficult to find since it is downtown but the place is a few minutes walk from the metro.
