Very
cool!
My
boys
had
a
blast
and
did
not
even
want
a
snack
break
for
the
4
hrs
we
were
there.
They
loved
the
aerial
space
the
most.
At
5
years
of
age,
they
were
able
to
do
the
Green
level
and
some
blue
level
ones.
Lots
of
interesting
courses.
Challenging
even
for
the
adults.
I
would've
loved
a
snack
bar
inside
the
aerial
area.
My
main
qualms
were
some
of
the
staff.
They
are
young
and
distracted.
It
actually
started
upon
check-in
when
one
staff
member
had
to
remind
two
other
staff
members
to
stick
by
another
customer
while
they
were
checking
in,
to
which
they
replied,
but
they're
just
filling
out
a
form
(they
were
standing
far
across
and
just
chatting
away
to
each
other).
Once
inside,
on
the
aerial
course
my
son
was
stuck
for
quite
a
while
on
a
challenging
part
of
a
course,
and
I
kept
looking
down
at
the
helpers,
and
they
were
too
busy
chatting
away
on
the
ship
(not
close
by)
to
notice
what
was
going
on
up
above
and
help.
Another
time,
staff
was
too
busy
chatting
to
receive/notice
the
incoming
kids
coming
in
via
zipline
at
the
end
of
the
course.
They're
supposed
to
wait
one
at
a
time
and
the
staff
member
didn't
notice
that
a
couple
had
come
in
and
were
waiting
to
be
unclipped.
Also,
the
staff
at
the
archery
station
weren't
making
sure
kids
were
walking
behind
and
NOT
in
front
of
those
playing.
I
had
to
actually
step
in
and
guide
the
kids.
At
some
point
later
in
the
evening,
the
staff
were
even
shooting
the
arrows
across
into
the
cafe
sitting
area,
completely
outside
of
the
archery
area.
They
stopped
as
my
boys
and
I
walked
by,
and
then
resumed
their
"game"
after
we
passed.
My
boys
spent
some
time
at
the
jumpy
castle
area,
and
again,
they
had
to
go
up
and
interrupt
a
group
of
4-6
staff
members
who
were
too
busy
chatting
amongst
themselves
in
order
to
ask
them
what
the
protocol
was/where
to
go/if
they
could
join,
etc...
That
being
said,
Tokyo
was
a
stellar
staff
member.
He
really
helped
out
my
boys
during
tricky
courses
and
double-checked
harnesses,
etc.
He
knew
what
he
was
doing
and
he
was
very
involved.
Great
space
and
we
all
had
a
great
time,
but
again,
the
staff
is
young
and
lack
that
awareness
of
customers.
