I wish I would have read more critical reviews before staying at the Delta Marriott. I stayed for 5 nights on business, checking-in on July 16th. The hotel rooms are out-dated, bathrooms not up to the expectations of a "4 star" hotel, and overall disappointing stay. I say this confidently as I had the unfortunate experience of staying in 2 different rooms as my air conditioner broke in my original room. While this was unpleasant, it was even more upsetting to be passed along to 2 different maintenance technicians who ultimately did not fix the AC. The first tech did not notify anyone that he was unable to complete the repair and also forgot to turn the breaker back on leaving my AC without power all day. The second tech ultimately decided to leave because he was receiving "alot of other calls" and left me a note saying so (see photo). All of this led to a poor night's sleep and ruined evening plans by having to deal with this. Very disappointed with Marriott on this one as I go out of my way to stay with them. Please look around for other hotels...there are too many superior options in downtown Montreal.

The reason for the 5 stars is because we got rooms with balconies, which is a rarity and one of my favorite features. Check in was easy. The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable which is very important. Some of the furniture does look a little dated and it would have been nice if the TV was larger or could be moved closer but realistically you shouldn't be spending much time in the room. The hotel is located in the downtown area and close to a lot of attractions, it's about a 20 minute walk to the old port. The city bike rental racks are right outside the hotel so that's always an option. I would definitely stay here again.

Room I was surprised how big the two queen bed balcony room was. On top of the space, it was so intelligently designed with lots of storage. The one odd thing was there was only one hook in the bathroom. I wish they have more for hanging clothes and towels. Everything else Location. Location. Location. It was so easy to get to old Montreal and plenty of stores nearby.

Stayed here for 3 nights in early April with my husband as our first trip to Montreal and were very excited! Usually Delta hotels are excellent and we haven’t had issues before (we’ve stayed at deltas everywhere) however this was an exception. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony but dusty.. I woke up with red swollen/ itchy eyes and attributed this to the AC. The sole reason for 1 star is due to the fact that they don’t tell you the health club is SHARED with the public and random kids swimming lessons. It closes middle of the day which is super inconvenient to use (never seen this in any hotel and we’ve been to 45 countries) and every time we went to use the pool/ hot tub, there were lessons going on in the pool which is half a lap pool which makes it very hard to enjoy swimming when there’s lessons going on and kids everywhere. They would splash and be loud as they are kids of course. They should tell guests this health club is shared with lessons/ public when booking!! We wouldn’t have booked this hotel if we knew this. We had no idea as we have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a private (for the hotel guests) pool/ gym area. Why is it shared with the public? We found that super strange and the fact no one tells you this when booking or even when you check in is wild. Would not recommend. My parents are coming in 2 months and we told them NOT to stay here due to this which is very unfortunate. Delta hotels are usually really great. This hotel needs to be more transparent to their guests about these SHARED facilities and the facts that kids are always in lessons making it difficult for hotel GUESTS to enjoy the health club space. Management - feel free to reach out to me and clear this up.

Rooms were absolutely spectacular. Large, spacious and clean. Although you can definitely see the hotel’s age, the renovations make up for it. We even had a little cute balcony. Bathroom was large with marble tiles and countertops, tub was clean and no problems with it. Beds sit quite high. The restaurant looked like it wasn’t very busy although I had heard from a patron that it was delicious. It is a very large hotel so there is on-site parking - however it is not free and be prepared to go down a couple floors (there are four parking floor levels) if you come in around 7 PM. It is a very nice hotel. All the staff were nice and our check in was smooth. I even saw a Lufthansa crew coming in after their flight from Germany. Loved the hotel, would recommend and plan on staying here the next time we visit Montreal.

The 1 star was given to the clean and spacious room. All other aspects of the hotel deserve 0 star. I had booked 2 rooms for my family. Check-in time was 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and our rooms were not ready until 5:30. We booked our rooms way in advanced and were charged with a high room rate. When I entered Delta hotel for navigation during our last stop, which was 2 hours prior to our arrival, the rate was dropped by $100. I thought I would be able to request for a price adjustment upon my arrival since we have been a long time Bonvoy member. However, our request was being turned down by the manager. I asked the staff what I should do when this happens again. He said I should take a screenshot to show him and he will honour the price adjustment. Towards the end of our stay, we realized one of our rooms needed to extend for one more night. The price of the same room type had gone up within 1 hr from the time I checked to the time I got to the hotel for extension. This time, I took a screenshot and showed the hotel staff. She showed the manager and again, the manager denied our request. The only reason the staff could come up with was, “BUT IT HAS BEEN A WHOLE HOUR!” Buffet breakfast quality was horrendous with a price of $20+/person. One of the housekeeping staff was rude and full of attitude. This is by far the worst hotel among all hotels in the Marriott Group we have stayed. This will be our first and last time staying at this hotel.

Staying at the hotel now. Nowhere is it mentioned that the pool is closed for 5 hours in the middle of every day for private lessons. The manager was very rude and indicated that it is the law in Quebec to have a lifeguard on duty (this may very well be the case), but he refused to acknowledge *why* there was no lifeguard on duty during these times and why this was not advertised, but they were able to rent out the space to private companies. Had I known the pool was closed for most of the day, every day I would have booked a different hotel. There was no apology, no offer to assist in any way. *edit day 2* To add insult to injury we were told the pool would be open at 7am (or 8am depending on the employee) however we arrived at the pool this morning at 8am to a notice stating it was closed. *edit day 3* Pool flat out closed for the day. No communication from the hotel At check in there was not even any mention of check-in bonus points for Gold Elite status member (though they were able to check me in prior to check-in time). The room is clean but everything is showing it’s age and in need of a refresh. I understand that the following is highly subjective - the bed is comfortable, however the pillows are not, are all the same and there are no selection of pillows to choose from in room. This is not the level of service I expect from Marriott Bonvoy and I will not be staying here again.

Room was overall quite nice. We like that they included a kettle in the room without having to ask. The balcony was disgusting, it was completely empty of furniture and had cigarette butts. The shower was a bit small, but functional. The TVs are smaller than other 4 star properties. But overall a nice vibe and a good location.

Really nice hotel! Room even has a balcony :) also great location super close to downtown Montreal. Couple of the outlets in my room didn’t work though so at first I thought my hair dryer wasn’t working and had to request another. It didn’t work on time so I had to leave with slightly wet hair which wasn’t ideal as I was sick with a cold =\

I booked the room weeks in advance and i was upgraded to better room with balcony. All my special requests were taken care of instantly e.g. Microwave. Staff is super friendly. Only reason i didn't give all 5 stars is because of parking situation where my car got dinged twice from other cars parked next to me. Hotel couldn't do anything even after i showed pics of culprit cars (and i understand) but my car rental company will charge me.

Delta Montreal has the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met. A huge thank you to Marie-José for making my niece feel welcome and keeping her entertained. Room was clean, pool was great, easy to park and walk places. I would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to the friendly staff who answered all my questions whether on the phone before arriving or once we were there.

Old and fairly decrepit hotel unbecoming of the asking price. The elevators' programming in times of covid restrictions are completely absurd and inadequate (can't ride with other groups, but elevators still stop at all floors called before reaching the requested floor from the current riders), meaning that you could take 25 flights of stairs faster than waiting for the elevators to take you down. Use the maintenance staff elevators until Delta sorts their stuff out like most other hotels have (program the elevators to not stop at intermediate floors until current riders have reached their selected floor, then go to nearest next request)

The Room itself is good. As I would expect a room in this category. But the balcony is not nice. It need to be renewed. It’s possible to order furniture, but it would be better if furniture was there at all times.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Located in the middle of town. Serice was great. Only issue was elevators seemed VERY slow. We waited for 15 minutes then took the stairs. Then, we ended up on a rooftop, we went to the other stairwell and got lost in the conference room halls. Other than that our experience was great.

It's very rare that I will take the time to write a review but on this occasion I had to. This past weekend I took my partner to Montreal so that I could do a surprise proposal. We booked in at the Delta Hotel and the whole weekend did not disappoint. From the minute we set foot in the hotel and checked in the staff were super helpful, friendly and always had smiles on their faces. I spoke with the staff on the first night we got there to see if they could help me do something special for the room and it was safe to say they did not disappoint! From proposing on top of the Mount in the day to arriving back at the hotel to get ready for an evening out celebrating, I walked in the room to a bottle of Prosecco on ice, some amazing balloons, bath robes and a hand written card from several members of their team congratulating my partner and me. I was fortunate to get to meet the concierge ( A wonderful lady) who set up the room and every occasion we saw her she was the most helpful and thoughtful person. The front desk ladies who checked us in on the evening were always ready to help with directions, recommendations and all contributed to such an unforgettable weekend away. These employees are a huge testament to the standards and people that Delta employ and would highly recommend considering Delta for just a visit to the city or even a celebration like mine. Such wonderful people and so glad we chose to stay with them. 10/10 will be going back. Thank you to you all. You made this stay amazing :)

This hotel is super clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and had very beautiful lighting. The elevators were fast and clean. There was constant security monitoring the elevators to ensure safety of guests

We stayed here 1 night to take an early flight the next day. They no longer have shuttle service, but they do have a free taxi ride to the airport, so that was a much better option! They were very nice about changing our room for us when we asked. Nice staff and adequate rooms, with firm and soft pillows offered. Would stay again if needed

Very friendly service, which was the best aspect of our stay. Good location, and windows that open, which I always appreciate. But far from the 4 star hotel experience I was expecting as advertised, and far from the experiences I have enjoyed at other Delta locations. Generally shabby surfaces, no robes/slippers/extra blankets/pillows, small towels, shower stall tiles had soap scum/staining, stains on bedskirt and curtains, and in-room technology/appliances were out of date. Elevators smelled of cigarette smoke and carpets were dirty (although in winter, it's tough to keep those carpets clean, to be fair). Buffet breakfast was fine, nothing special, but decent fruit options. No signage for the pool direction in the elevators or lobby area made it awkward to find. Had to go to the lobby to pick up take out delivery, which I had hoped would be brought to the room. We still had a great time visiting the city but I was disappointed with the state of the hotel. It's in need of upgrades. I would go elsewhere next time.

I would likely triple my time in Marriott hotels if I could duplicate the authentic care, professionalism, and attention to detail that my family and I experienced here for a holiday getaway. Our rooms were spotless. The front desk and concierge staff went above and beyond - without being asked. Also, the restaurants servers welcomed us with smiles and authentic care. From the leadership of their Guest Experience Supervisor to the kindness of their housekeeping staff - this hotel was amazing! We thank you so very much.

Memorial Stay, I stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights with my family last August, as QQC member, treated as an Ambesder/ VIP Guest. What a lovely staff, excellent service from front desk to housekeeping everyone was smiling and helpful, the swimming pool was amazing. Definitely we will come back.

Outdated furnishings and an absolutely terrible carpet in the suite. No overhead lighting in the room. And no switches on the wall to control the floor or desk lamps. You have to switch each one on manually. Our room had a balcony which is nice but it had no chairs. The pool was so busy on Saturday, that it couldn't be used. About 10 people all in the hot tub at the same time. The next day it was empty so that may be just a Saturday thing. They also allow non-guests to use their gym and pool facilities, which is unacceptable. These should be for guest use only and the general public shouldn't be conducting swimming lessons in the pool that the hotel staff aren't even aware of the schedule for.

Stayed for 4 nights and overall a pleasant stay: The Good - attentive service and polite staff That will go the extra mile. - used the app to ask for specific items and it was delivered to me and top up every night. - rooms while dated had a homely Feel to it. The bathroom had carpentry and shelves that allow placement of toiletries jus like home. That is a very big plus. - great functionality in terms of usb ports placements of desk and power points. What can be better: - towel refresh programme. There were towels as new as Jun 2023 refresh but also some 2019 towels which looks visibly older due to discoloration. No smell or stench so no impact to functionality. I used them to dry my hair since they were not fluffy and heavy due to the years of washing. - one of the days it was rainy but the hotel had no umbrella for loan - Housekeeping was not always consistent as teabags and coffee refresh was missed out for two days of my stay. - finally, the bed does creak. This is in consideration that I’m a solo traveler and it’s creak whenever I move my sleeping position.

Good location, in the middle of the city, downtown. Check-in fast and reliable, friendly. Rooms are clean but have an outdated overall look. Toilet didn't drain, was clogged. Carpet had creases everywhere and was worn out. The breakfast buffet is good but quite expensive at around 35 CAD. There are also plenty of alternatives nearby, such as Tim Hortins. All in all an acceptable but aging business hotel

Great location. Close to the metro. Enjoyed my room. Got upgraded to lore of a suite with a balcony. There was a note on the doors that said balcony furniture available upon request, be nice if it was just there though. Bed and pillows were comfy. Sheets and towels were nice, soft, good quality. Water pressure in shower was good (included a reg shower head and a rain shower). Gym was decent. Very old but had more than a lot of other hotel gyms. A few treadmills, elliptical etc and then a bunch of dumbbells and machines. The pool is attached to it. All on the first floor. The lounge on the 23rd floor was nice. Ok breakfast, not bad for being free but nothing great. The guy working the lounge was super nice. Never checked it out for the evening snacks but it had a water bottle fill station that was great and a nice coffee machine that you could make americanos, lattes etc. didn’t experience the hotel restaurant but Montreal has so many great restaurants all over. enjoyed my stay. Would stay again.

Feels extremely disrespected. The hotel receptionist and porter made eye contact, and snicker, when I didn't tip the porter. My friend and I all saw that. That is really mean, rude, and disrespectful. Welcoming guests and carrying luggage is your day-to-day tasks. I am just retrieving my luggage, not even asking you to carry my luggage. The receptionist is wearing a glass, and the porter is with a bun. Would give it a zero rating if I could.

I reserved my room weeks in advance. I chose it because it was very accommodating on the fact we were traveling with our big dog. They put us up in a luxury room with a balcony and very nice views. The staff were very friendly and I can say I would be staying at this hotel next time I am visiting Montreal.

Nice ammeneties and good service. Only bad point is the fact that they haven't reprogrammed the elevators to account for COVIDs regulations. It takes ages to go from floor to floor.

We booked based on a series of good reviews from Google and recommendations from a colleague, but sadly our experience did not live up to this. On arrival, the first room we were given had a mechanical fault with the AC and it was making a particularly loud buzzing noise. The reception staff were really helpful and apologetic, recognised the issue and swapped us to a new room. However, the new room had not been cleaned fully and there were patches of dark brown stains on the bed. We mentioned if we could get clean sheets for the bed and were told we can swap rooms. 3 different rooms just over an hour into the stay was not the best first impression. The staff were really helpful in all cases but I would have thought the rooms should be checked for mechanical issues and cleanliness before guests are allowed to check into them, especially if there was an issue the first time. On our third night, power to the hotel was cut from 9pm-1:40am. While highly unusual for this to happen, there was little support offered. The bathrooms were left pitch black, no window light and no emergency lighting available. No other buildings in the area lost power.

Parking is great. Drive a big SUV or pickup truck? this is one of the more spacious garages. Max height is 6 feet. Saw lots of mid-size SUVs, Jeep Wranglers, 4Runners, even a pick-up truck. Lots of space for backing up and stuff. So if you travel in a bigger vehicle, good to know this place has LOTS of parking and reasonably spacious compared to most places in Montreal. Just be aware to open your hatch carefully. While your vehicle can easily drive through, there's still pipes in ceiling your tailgate might touch if you are not careful opening. So open slowly or watch slowly if you have an automated tailgate. Well worth the cost for the convenience, and in/out access privilege. The fact that the vehicle entrance is on the quieter President Kennedy Street is a bonus for ease of coming in and getting out, unlike other hotels that output you onto a big street, then good luck getting through pedestrians

Make sure to use HotelDuIIy.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare countless booking web sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. I reserved my room weeks in advance. I chose it because it was very accommodating on the fact we were traveling with our big dog. They put us up in a luxury room with a balcony and very nice views. The staff were very friendly and I can say I would be staying at this hotel next time I am visiting Montreal.

The rooms were nice and what we expected. Two water bottles were left on the night stand for us to drink, which was very appreciated. When requesting towels, they arrived 15 mins later, so the service was speedy. Checking in took some time. However, checking out was very quick and efficient. Will definitely stay again due to convenient location in the central downtown area.

Good amenities, nice pool and well-equipped gym. Spacious rooms but dated (sorry, I don't need a VGA port...) but very clean and reasonable rates. Low rating is for the TERRIBLY elevators - we were late for two lunches. Will not stay there again, we ended up walking down ten flights of stairs as at one point we waited half an hour.

  • 3/5 Jasmin H. 7 months ago on Google
They have awesome staff working at this hotel. The only negative thing to note here are the elevator delays. There are only 3 elevators; nearly not enough to meet demand. Be prepared to wait - otherwise nothing else to complain about.

Rooms are spacious but dirty balconies that arent cleaned. This is supposed to be premium range charging 300$ for me. Yet it was not wow. The front desk did help ne check in at 1130 which is way to early than even their check out time. So really happy for it. However, they rejected my higher floor request saying the hotel was booked solid and yet they didnt have lunch restaurants open and the dinner closed at 6.00. No room service either. If you spend the day outdoor sight seeing and are hungry, dont even botter coming to room. Eat out. This premium series is so out of class. Not sure if it is because of it being in montreal they are not able to inderstand quebec culture and train their staff with compasion to same high standards of other delta.

Great stay at this hotel! Customer Service was awesome! They had hot tub, sauna and pool. The continental breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room had fresh towels everyday and it’s quiet at night. The walls have good sound proof so you dont hear your neighbours. This hotel is walking distance to Place de Arts, St Catherine shopping centres and street shopping! Lots of delicious food to choose from depending which area you end up walking to! For the price we paid, definitely recommended!

A nice hotel, unfortunately they are plagued by staffing issues that result in poor hygiene and maintenance, and the front staff does not know how to manage the complaints that arise or communicate about them. My room was never cleaned during my three night stay, even though I spoke with guest services about it on multiple occasions and they promised it would be cleaned between my second and third nights after it wasn’t between my first and second. It never was, and they repeatedly told me “we’re short staffed.” The women’s locker room and pool area also suffered from neglect and appeared to not be cleaned from one day to the next. I requested a discount for the aggravation, and all they offered was continental breakfast.

The rooms are satisfactory, and the service could have been better. We chose this hotel because the conference was held here, but the building is old, and during this visit, one of the elevators was out of service. We had to wait a long time to move between floors. Additionally, the room was not properly serviced

I've stayed at several Marriott brand hotels in Montreal, but this is by far my favorite. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent beds (and I'm SUPER fussy!). Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were particularly glad they were pet friendly, as we were travelling with our cat. Highly recommended!!!

  • 2/5 Vico V. 4 months ago on Google
The location is pleasant, but the hotel is notably outdated. Despite having three elevators, they operate so slowly that there was a constant lineup to go to your room and or, to make it down to the lobby, prompting guests to resort to using the stairs. Additionally, the phone in the room was nonfunctional, making it impossible to contact the front desk for towels. I anticipated a higher standard from a reputable establishment.

Had our second amazing stay in Montreal. The service at the hotel was amazing. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were very accommodating. The room was clean and up-to-date. The only thing that we would have liked was a microwave but no biggie. Can't wait to stay again!

The hotel shower was leaking. Requested room service and waited half an hour for service after calling twice. I specifically declined a parking pass at check in and did not get a pass, but they charged me for the pass and only found out when I ask them during checked out. Overall not recommended except for the attitude of the staff.

A friend and I stayed here for a few nights and it was a great stay. The breakfast downstairs in pretty good and convenient. Pool and jacuzzi was still open which is great. For a four-star hotel, I'd say it was your typical average stay.

I am on a business trip and the booking was on my manager's Corp card. She was on a different flight and it got delayed too. Unfortunately my own credit card is locked out and I went to the nearest bank branch but it was closed. It's shameful that I have to wait for four hours and their manager M. Vincet is not able to walk that extra mile. He is absolutely inflexible and has nothing but those pre-formatted responses to share where you talk about customer service but know or do nothing about it. Come on, there is something you can do for your customers. It's Marriott, not a random small hotel in a corner. This is not what you expect from a global chain. It's over 8 hours now that I left home and has been a tiring journey.. they have no consideration at all. Actually it's my fault, I should have carried that extra card or my manager should have been on the same flight as me. Marriott is perfect. Never mind.

The front desk was very very courteous, helpful as well as caring with a beautiful smile. Room was hygenic, neat and clean, having all amenities like safe/ locker, tea coffee maker, iron board, bath tub, nice toiletries. Wifi strength very good. Location is truly worthy and walking distance to good options for food. Front desk was quick to respond even late night. Got fresh food late night. Surely a preferred place to stay on next visit. Thank you everyone at Delta Montreal ❤️❤️. You made our stay memorable for lifetime.

Great rooms ours was quite sizable for the price. Everything was clean and the AC was blasting thankfully cu the heat outside was killer. It was very comfortable and the communal areas were very nice as well. The elevators were a little weird shutting and zooming past you even when the buttons are pressed. A man almost got his arm caught it the single side. So be careful with those. The location is great close to everything. The pool was so refreshing an active. Breakfast before we left was good and had a lot of options. Stay here you will be pleased.

The room was very nice. Big and spacious with everything we needed. Bathroom was nice and clean. It's just the lack of service. The front desk was terribly busy with an obvious shortage of staff. We couldn't even get into the restaurant for breakfast on the Sunday morning as the line went down the hall. We did get in on the Monday morning but the food is a pretty basic buffet. I was expecting to be able to order off a menu for a 4* hotel. They have onsite parking which is convenient but be aware that the price is before they add tax.

Highly recommend! The location is great, close to restaurants and other areas. Staff were very friendly and nice. The room was clean and all supplies were replenished accordingly. They do offer underground parking for a fee. They also do have two restaurants in the hotel itself. Overall, it was a great stay!

So disappointing. Outdated, not very clean. Dirty, rippling carpet. Mouldy shower tiles, hair on the bathroom ceiling, basic shower soaps. Terrible squeaky beds. Simply installing laminate flooring would really improve the cleanliness and feel of the place. Great location and polite, friendly staff. Overall: don’t stay here.

Excellent, high quality Hotel. Stayed there with my family including three teenage boys, and the hotel was able to cater to all our needs. The pool, workout room, and showers are all clean and well appointed. They have a great dining room with reasonable prices and a tasty variety of appetizers and entrees. The rooms are all lovely, spacious and very clean. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient at every request. The hospitality team at the front desk were always friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. And you can't beat the location. Right downtown beside McGill U. with only a 20-minute walk either way to Old Montreal to the south, or the base of Parc Mt Royal to the north. And the Delta chain is now part of the Marriott Hotel family so that's even more gravy for ya. You should go.

Overall a good stay. Within walking distance to many places in downtown and sightseeing. However, I expected a little bit more given its a 4-star hotel and not 3.

I had pretty good experience with this hotel. It is pretty clean although it is a little dated in the decor. The only complaint I have was the location of power sockets in the room is oddly placed. You have to plug in your phone, laptop and watch in different places (like in bathroom, on floor....etc).

We stayed here 3 nights between Christmas and New year's Day. We enjoyed the location, right between Mont Royal and old Montreal. There's a subway next to the hotel. We used the gym every day, it is well equipped with all you need to continue your workouts while away from home. Rooms are clean. They offer charging stations for electric vehicles.

Nice room. Quick check in. But someone needs to explain to me how a higher end hotel charges $150 for a damage deposit. I’m 66 do I look like I’m going to trash a room? A warning would have been nice. It’s not listed anywhere in the fine print. In all my years of travel for business or pleasure I’ve never paid a damage deposit. Especially when I’ve paid up front for the stay.

We spend two wonderful weeks at this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous and beautifully located. The staff is courteous and attentive. The exercise facilities, restaurants and bar was top level. Will be making this a part of a future trip to Montreal.

It was a great stay! The room was big and clean. The staff on the floor work very thoroughly and lovingly (my daughter's cuddly toys are always nicely displayed on the bed)! 😘 The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff is courteous and attentive and also very nice! I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience!!!!💪

The hotel is conveniently located to main walking areas. The facilities in it of itself is modern and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Particularly, MJ, at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was excellent. She greeted us and gave my two boys children’s’ toys to occupy their time. We asked about the pool and she advised us to book a time and did it immediately. She provided suggestions for our short stay to do in the city and even followed up on us. She was stellar and deserves to be recognized for her exceptional guest service. Merci!

Wonderful experience. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, location is perfect, right down town. Parking is a bit expensive, but this is expected for this location. The hotel has a very nice and large gym, a big pool and a jacuzzi. Definitely a great stay, and I would want to come back.

An unexpectedly exceptional experience! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Delta in Montreal for 7 nights and were beyond pleased. From check-in to check-out, we were greeted by all staff with smiles and kindness. Earnesto at the front desk was always in good humor yet efficient. Erin in the concierge lounge always greeted us with a great smile and attentive to our needs. My greatest compliment goes to MJ (Marie-Jean) Pepin, the Guest Satisfaction Supervisor. She was welcoming, helpful and always assuring we had nothing but a great experience at the hotel. Our room was clean and it was nice to have a home away from home. The downtown location is perfect. We were there for the Montreal Jazz festival and were just a short few blocks away. There are metros close by and access to the underground was nearby as well. So many wonderful restaurants nearby and a short trip to Old Montreal. Well done Delta and thank for a great stay!
