I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are super modern and updated. The beds were so comfy. My only "issue" is that the bathrooms only have a "vent" and not an exhaust fan. So if we used the bathroom, the smell was still there when we got back to he room 6+ hours later. More often than not, we ended up using the bathrooms in. The lobby, to keep the funk out for the room. Sorry, I know, TMI.... But it was an issue...

My son and I stayed here for a weekend hockey tournament and I was impressed by the attention to detail of every aspect of the stay. They make sure to spread out the families from the same team so as not to create noise problems for other guests, and they have a strict system with hefty penalties for those who flout the rules. While it means your team can't run roughshod over a whole floor or a particular common area, it ensures that the experience for all guests is what you expect from a Sheraton. Some details that I noticed were:. 1) Fast, efficient and smooth elevators with quickly closing doors and never a long wait. 2) Large packets of genuine Starbucks coffee for the in room coffee maker replaced each day. 3) Doors to the room that close slowly (don't slam) but definitely do close to provide security but also easy in and out. 4) Clean air in the room. I'm sensitive to bad air quality and I woke up each morning able to breathe perfectly. No stuffiness feeling after 2 people have spent the night in it. They obviously change their air filters regularly and have an AC system that is powerful enough to cycle in the right amount of fresh air. Only issue I had was the way they handled the parking with an event at the Bell centre on the same night. Obviously it's going to be busy on those nights so the hotel can't do anything about that, BUT they had attractive event parking prices for the general public ($15) compared to the price of overnight parking offered to hotel guests ($29+tax). This made it very difficult for overnight guests to find a parking spot as the attractive rate made the lot fill up. They shouldn't favour the general public over their own guests in my opinion. My suggestion would be to raise the event parking rate to $25 or $30 to keep the traffic reasonable. I wasn't personally affected by this since I did my parking arrangements elsewhere, but a lot of other parents from my son's team had issues with this. They ended up paying $39 + tax + tip for valet when it wouldn't have been their first choice.

I was able to check in early which I appreciated. Parking was very easy to access & they link your plate to your room. I ended up with a room at the end of the hallway on the eighth floor. The elevators were quick every time I used them. The room was clearly renovated and featured a gorgeous bathroom. I returned in the evening and called to ask about room service- I was informed I could just order in. For a hotel of this size, I'd expect on-site food service. The insulation amongst the rooms can't be that well done. I was able to hear conversations including the personal activities of a room nearby to the point where it woke me up. I attempted to use the gym however it felt like a sauna in there. I dont know if it was all the glass windows, or if the heat was on. I woke up looking forward to a shower to start my day. Instead I got ice cold water which never heated up. I informed the front desk agent when I checked out, saying it wasn't the way I wanted to start my day. She apologized and didn't offer any additional help or advice. Kind of a "well that sucks, get on your way" attitude. I definitely won't be rushing back.

It was my wife and I’s first time in Montreal. We chose this hotel because it looked nice and we were not mistaken. The staff was amazing and very accommodating to our every need. The room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable. I got the best sleep I’ve had in months. And our room was cleaned on a daily basis, so it was constantly spotless. The bathroom was beautifully renovated, and we love their choice of the Gilchrist & Soames warm oak body wash, shampoo , conditioner and hand soap. It smells so good. If you’re going to do self-parking, ,the underground garage is a little bit tight for larger vehicles but, they also have valet parking for $10 a day if you’re a hotel guest which is quite cheap considering we’re in the middle of downtown Montreal. And to get to the parking garage you go past the front of the hotel and turn right and you’ll see the parking sign. Overall, I wish I could give more than five stars for this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

This review is for the Sheraton hotel in downtown Montreal.. I stayed for 6 nights in October 2023. The hotel charged above average price for stay, but offered mediocre services. My hotel room was not cleaned at all one of the days. When I complained, the lady at the reception doesn't accepts the mistake, and instead blames me that I would have placed "Do not disturb" card (which I didn't touch at all during my stay). She also had the rudeness to say I should inform them before I leave the hotel each morning (as if I was at a hostel!!). Then she hangs up without even waiting for my response. I then brought this to the notice of her supervisor. Anyways, even on the remainder of the days when my room was "cleaned", it just appeared the sheets were just redrawn, not replaced. For the price that's charged, they don't even offer a community microwave (leave alone a personal one). The only good thing about the hotel is its location, but then there are tons of other hotels a stone throw away from it, that offer better service at a much affordable price. I am going to avoid stay in this hotel as much as possible.

Excellent updates rooms and great pool/fitness are. The staff was dealing with a tough situation where the elevator went out for a couple hours, but we’re very helpful. Special shout out to a great staff person - the gentleman who was attending the pool and fitness area during our stay Sept 22-25. We didn’t catch his name, but was always friendly, helpful, and provided excellence in service. Those type of employees always make for a better stay. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel! It was clean and quite fancy. The food was good (I was there for a conference) and the staff were on top of replenishing the food and clearing dishes. What I did not like was how loud it was. I could hear everything that the couple in the room next to me was saying and they were speaking at a normal volume. It took me hours to fall asleep because of this. The alarm on the clock in the room has also been set by someone, so I was unfortunately woken up very early. I didn't know it had been set and think this is something housekeeping should check when cleaning rooms. Also, housekeeping never came to my room.

Poor locks on the door. It wasn't locking and I had to move a chair in front of the door to feel secure. Long check in. There were 10 people in line and only 1 staff member. The phone didn't work when I needed to call the front desk. The front desk also told me faulty instructions to connect to wifi. Parking is tough. Good luck finding a spot. Honestly, just a little more competency from the staff would have been helpful.

Great place for the venue we attended. Lots of fun close to everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 Star for service was trying to get a luggage cart. I was told to go back to my room and dial 0, and they would come get it. It may sound like a five-star feature, but only if you're willing to wait for them. Everything we needed was a 3 to 5 minute walk.

Stayed for a weekend visit to Montreal and was very pleased with the rooms and the service. Everything in the room worked as expected, and was clean upon arrival. All the staff were kind and helpful when we had questions about the services or places in the area. It's in a great location, close to many restaurants and bars. Most within walking distance. Clean and staffed pool area with gym and sauna too. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. The location is excellent and close to the train station and centre of the downtown. Everything is accessible and the hotel itself is amazing.. It is very old building and lots of work done to bring it to the modern era of hotel.

We stayed there for 6days and 5 nights. Everything is excellent. From the front desk, Ingrid, who checked me in and out, was so friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping who cleaned our rooms everyday. Just for 1 thing, the housekeeping who cleaned our room last Saturday forget to replaced our shower curtain, but its ok. We enjoyed our stayed there. Love it 👏🏻👍🏻❤️

We stayed in a Deluxe king room with a sofa bed. The room was beautifully renovated with some nice amenities. The pool and hot tub and rooftop patio were a treat! Our king and the pull out couch was very comfortable. Only problem which was a big one for us and why we wouldn’t stay here again is that the air con clicks on and off all night long and it is SO LOUD! It woke all three of us up throughout the night. When I inquired about it the receptionist told me it was normal and eco friendly but that she would have someone check it out. Turns out it is normal and the same in every room. There is no way to set the fan to stay on like most other systems so you hear the thermostat which is next to your bed click on and then the fans grumble on loudly every few minutes. Serious flaw if you ask me. If you are a light sleeper this will be a problem for you. Also the whole area around the hotel is under construction which made getting around by car pretty difficult. The hotel parking is impacted by this as well. If not for the air con issue would for sure stay here again but don’t see that changing any time soon so sadly will have to pick somewhere else next time.

In the heart of downtown Montreal this hotel is very nice. The team is very welcoming from start to finish and everything is almost brand new. They recently opened their signature restaurant (Le Stanley) which offers a very great à la carte menu and their own homemade beers. The rooms are clean and well furnished and there is also some new private working spaces in the lobby.

Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful hotel. Clean. Smells amazing. Rooms are spacious and updated. Bathroom was clean with beautiful shower! The shampoo, condition, body wash and hand soap provided smell amazing. Disliked that no one came to clean our room, provide new towels etc during our 3 night stay here though..I brought my own towels, otherwise I would have had to call the front desk . But overall HIGHLY recommend.

Stayed in a club level room (upgraded from a regular king as a Platinum). Room was very well appointed, modern (USB C charging points) and clean. Staff incredibly friendly. Lounge / club is one of the best I’ve seen in the western hemisphere, and lounge staff are available to attend to your every need. Only caveat is drinks are incredibly expensive - beers average over 20 CAD whereas at bars next door larger pours are 10-12 CAD. Not sure what is driving that other than maybe greed. Everything else is quite reasonable and I would stay here again.

I stay at this hotel quite often with work and have ALWAYS had one major issue. The showers! They are very nice to look at but there is no pressure at all. The water is either boiling hot or not hot enough. Not pleasant to work long hours and to come to a nice hotel and not be able to shower!. Why a big shower if the water doesn’t even reach anywhere. Ohhh, and please change your pillows! They can’t even hold my head.

This place is always nice to stay. Except, I recommended that you don’t forget your belongings, because they don’t bother to give it back to you. I forgot my graduation dress in the closet. I had only went down the elevator and realized I forgot it, I went to the receptionist and asked if I could go back up and get it. She refused to let me go, but instead called a maid to check after 2 minutes, the receptionist tells me “the room is empty now” she didn’t bother to ask the maids if they took it and I left Sheraton without my graduation dress. I’m still pretty sad that I went to my graduation ceremony with regular clothes. And the fact that you pay so much to stay at Sheraton and this is how they treat you. I haven’t stayed here for 9 years now. I’d rather stay at other hotels for this reason.

The price is definitely comparable for similar hotels.

Thank you for making our visit in Montreal a memorable one. I booked this Hotel for two nights on our 7th wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint, although it was pricey what is a couple hundred bucks when your spending it on your significant other ?!? The room was clean and the amenities( pool, fitness centre, restaurant) are all available to you if you are able to provide proof of your double vaccination. Parking was $25 CAD with in and out privileges. At check in I let the front desk know that my wife and I are celebrating our seventh year of marriage and if there was anything they could do to make our experience a little more pleasant. The receptionist was kind enough to to provide a room facing Mont Royal on the 30th floor #Bless. Followed by a surprise knock on the door the morning of our anniversary, a gentleman holding a complimentary beautifully decorated plate of chocolate dipped strawberries, raspberries , and an assortment of coloured macaroons. My wife and I are absolutely grateful for the customer service and will look forward to booking a room at Sheraton Centre next time we are in town.

Our room phone didn’t work. The vending machines did not work. Our AC worked when it felt like it. Do not come if you have a large vehicle. The parking is located underneath the hotel and is insanely low. The parking spots are very skinny with huge polls taking up most of them. The lift gate to leave the parking garage would not work for anyone creating a long line and the front desk just ignoring any kind of solution. Parking in the garage is not included as an amenity so there’s another $30 a night. There are better spots for what you spend a night here.

Very disappointed in the stay I had here (one night). I had booked the room with a debit card and planned to use that to check in, never had a problem before at other hotels. The staff member told me there was absolutely no way I could use my debit card to pay for my one night stay, I called my fiancee and he offered to give his details over the phone but they also refused that. After over an hour I was exhausted and almost in tears and finally another staff member spoke up and said they could take the debit but there was a deposit fee... which the other staff had not mentioned at all during this. He then got very short with me and handed over the room key. The room was nice with a good view. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and there was no shampoo/conditioner in either of the shower dispensers, when I had called down to ask they said someone would be 'right up'. I understand it's a large hotel but I never got the refills, thankfully I had packed dry shampoo as I was going out that night. Checking out was just as frustrating as checking in unfortunately. They said they would need to do a quick room inspection to receive my deposit back in full which was no issue for me, so I waited in the lobby (it wasn't busy at all so i figured it would be 5-10 mins). After about half an hour I went back up to the desk as I had to leave and the staff members just looked around confused and had to go find the other staff who took the request. Apparently she had forgotten to send someone up to my room so I had to wait another 20 minutes for everything to be resolved. Very disappointed and never got a response from the hotel when I tried contacting them about how I was treated so just here to warn others. It's a decent location but the staff is extremely unhelpful and the hotel will not acknowledge anything once you check out :/

I spent a week in October in Montreal and decided to stay in the Sheraton while I was there. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and helped out with my room key and details. The room was spacious with a great view of the city. My spouse joined me a couple days later and was also very impressed with the hotel, location and the amenities and services provided by our gracious host The Sheraton Hotel. Unfortunately there was an incident that involved another guest that was in the hot tub without swimming shorts on. I noticed and stopped my spouse from going any closer as I knew what was happening from a far as the man wrestled to put his shorts back on. My spouse and I were in absolute shock and were reluctant to say anything to reception as I was still in shock of what happened. When I finally mustered the courage to bring this to their attention about a day later I was asked to wait and speak with the manager and I informed her of what happened. Worst case scenario my spouse goes by herself to the hot tub and is met with the same situation... Aside from them not being able to do anything about it and that whole experience which was bizarre and uncomfortable to say the least the manager was as accommodating as possible. There definitely needs to be more walk throughs from security and maybe a system that tracks which room key cards where used at a certain time to be able to track this individual down.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are a little small and pillows a bit flat, and the shower a bit confusing to operate. Otherwise, the 37th floor lounge was amazing. Staff... exceptional... view...incredible. the location is 3 blocks from the train station. Way too cold to explore the area but lots to do and places to shop at.

We stayed 5 nights. Modern and very clean room. Guest service was pleasant and quick! The self parking garage is convenient, didn’t have any trouble with finding parking. The hotel has 6 elevators. Never had to wait more than 1 minute for one! Fast too!! Really enjoyed our family vacation at this location. Walkable to plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

The quality of the room itself was on par with what I would expect from Sheraton outside of a few minor things that needed improvement (several of the outlets didn’t work and the window, which had a spectacular view, was unfortunately absolutely filthy). The service on the other hand was really disappointing as I had to call down twice and ultimately go down physically to the front desk to have my room turned over one of the days while they had the audacity to try to nickel and dime me for each piece of luggage I had for bag storage (would have been a few hours at most) prior to my flight on the day of my departure. It ruined the last day of our trip as we had planned to dropped off our luggage and explore the beautiful city a bit more but were instead greeted by rude staff that told us to “pay it or just put it in our car”. I’m honestly shocked as I’m not sure when the Sheraton turned into a budget airline but there are too many other great hotel options for me to stay at this one again given they still price themselves as a premium hotel.

As a frequent traveler I’m very fussy when it comes to hotels and generally I avoid Sheraton but this Sheraton takes it to the next level. The rooms are modern and clean but that lounge in my opinion is the best in North America and I stay about 150 hotel nights a year. It’s exceptional.

Great location! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Only unfortunate part was that we couldn’t use the seating in the restaurant that’s in the lobby if you weren’t eating/drinking there…that leaves very limited seating areas in the lobby for those of us waiting for the rest of our large group. Swimming area was good but there was a staff person that seemed to be picking on our children alone…wouldn’t let them play Marco Polo etc. this is why I gave a 4star rating for service: He kept going out of his way to say things to the kids until we called him out and suggested they have a “no children allowed” if kids aren’t meant to have fun in the pool. Gym is really good and clean change rooms. Outdoor terrace is great too.

It was a bad staying experience here at Montreal downtown Sheraton, comparing to other Sheraton I’ve stayed before. The ventilation in the bathroom is dead, and the phone in the room is dead too. There is no window in the room which means no fresh air(let’s pass this for this time:( We’ve called the front desk (of course using my own phone) for extra duvets, and bottle of water. No one came in two hours, so I made another call to the front desk, and they said they will do it. So we wait another one hour, still no one came, and I called again, and this time it directly transfer to the room service, which the lady who answered the phone said they didn’t get this notification… and I’ve wait another 30min, finally someone came after 3hr30min waiting…. Duvet with no sheets! I’m really speechless about this…. The service is terrible and the teams should “COMMUNICATE”.

Great hotel. We had the executive suite which was very very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The lounge club has a good spread during breakfast and early evenings. The gym and indoor pool are a great addition specially with kids. Despite a big conference in the hotel, the service was prompt. The staff is courteous & helpful. The hotel is very centrally located and a 20 mins walk to old town Montréal and most other sightseeing attractions. If you care for it, there is a full size Starbucks at the lobby level attached to the hotel .

Nice room. Very busy night with a Bell Centre event going on. The parking lot is not built for anything taller than 5’10 so no trucks or vans below the third level. My rental Durango barely fit on level 5. Staff was friendly. The lobby was very busy.

  • 3/5 Samm W. 10 months ago on Google
The place is very nice! Walkable to near by restaurants and museums. Reason for 3 star is: • The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. • When I reserved the room it said my total was $1,115.04 when I got home I saw that I'm being charged $1,390.20! Where did the extra $275.16 come from? I've stayed at other hotels and never has that happen. Just sucks when you're on a budget 😕

Everyone here is incredibly helpful, always smiling. Check-in was a breeze. Ingrid was extremely helpful and pleasant. The restaurant & bar , Stanley's, was fabulous. Unfortunately, they don't have Malibu, but I can deal with that. If anyone wants to come to Montreal, this is the place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend during the middle of October. We parked in their parking garage and found that his car had been broken into on the second day we were there. His window was completely smashed, glass was everywhere, and his belongings were stolen. There were no security cameras on that level of the parking garage. They need to have security cameras when it is an expensive hotel and when that is the only parking option available. We had to end our trip early and leave. The hotel didn’t charge us for parking and offered us Club services, but we didn’t feel like it mattered that his car had been broken into. Even after his car had been broken into, we had to pay full price for our room. We will not be staying here again.

  • 1/5 Alex G. 6 months ago on Google
On October 12 stayed here with my significant other. I parked my car in the garage underground through the hotel. Came back to my car in the morning to find my window completely smashed in and all of my clothes, work items, and personal things taken. Zero security cameras, zero help from security (didn’t even care to help) and no updates on any suspects during the process. Didn’t even look in the lobby camera to see who could have taken my STOLEN items. Hotel has a very big issue on security as a stranger went into the hotel and took an elevator to the garage to break into my car. Worst part is the hotel failed to compensate us for our stay when asked to as our trip was ruined and had to leave early. Not any accountability of theft and car damage in their own “secure” garage. Never staying in a Sheraton again. Terrible security and customer service.

I stayed at the Hotel from November 26 to 29, 2023. I really like this hotel, with spacious conference rooms, dining salons and workshop rooms! And the service is very good, with smiles and courtesy! I really want to mention this lady :Xiaolan, who was really an exception for offering the best room service possible. I hope that the hotel recognizes her wonderful smiles and great service to the customers. She has earned excellent praises and a good reputation for the Hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel. There are considerably better options at same or lower prices nearby. The rooms are rather average, the water pressure in the shower is low and the heating is extremely loud - sleeping without earplugs is hardly possible. The heating has to work hard at lower temperatures because the windows are not well isolated. The breakfast is also very average.

Stayed here for four days on my most recent visit. This is a centrally located, upscale hotel. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and efficient from the concierge to the parking valet. This is a very busy hotel and the lobby is always bustling. The room was a good size and was modernized. Bed was comfortable. There was no coffee maker but there is a Starbucks off the lobby. Cleaning of the room could have been more thorough, but the bathroom was always spotless. The restaurant, located in the lobby, was always busy but the staff, service, and the quality of the food was excellent. (One sour note was that on one evening we went down for dinner but the restaurant was closed for a private event...with no prior notice to guests! This was inconvenient, to say the least, as it is the only restaurant in the hotel.) I should mention the bartending duo who were friendly, patient and efficient. A clean, modern hotel with great staff. Recommend.

Perfect location near Bell Center in downtown. Clean rooms and very friendly personnel, always ready to help. The best is the view on the town from Club House where we enjoyed our breakfast. The only problem is that it is difficult to leave that view after finishing your breakfast.

Stayed here recently for 4 nights in a Club Level Suite. Location is excellent if you are going to the Habs game, but the hotel definitely has some issues. The restaurant did not have enough staff on to take tables so we thought we could at least order a bottle of wine to the room but they would not let us do that either. The accessible room we were given was quite dated and the shower drain was extremely slow to the point of overflowing. The pocket door for the washroom was very stiff and un-closeable. I expressed upon checkout that maintenance should have a look and repair. The other thing about the room was that it was extremely noisy with what presumably was water pipes, elevator etc. making all kinds of noises throughout the night. These are not big issues individually but added up to a level of frustration over the visit. The Club Lounge was very nice though as was the service. What really irritated me though, was that on check-out we wanted to bell-check our bags for an hour as our flight was not until late afternoon. When checking we were informed by the bellman that there is a charge of $3/bag for this service. This nominal fee really felt like we were being “nickel & dimed” to death. It was a real slap in the face considering that we had just spent $2,252.33 in lodging, meals, & drinks here. I felt insulted that they would have this charge and as a result, we just caught ride directly to the airport instead. Sad to see that my 4 bags, or $12 was the tipping point. Have been waiting for the Guest Experience Survey to come so I can vent directly to the hotel, but it has been a week now and I don’t think they are interested in hearing from this guest. As such, decided to post rant here. I have stayed here many times over the years but will reconsider going forward. There is no shortage of hotels in the area to choose from.

We stayed here in August 2021. Rooms were very clean, and design was deserving of the Sheraton brand name. Sleek furniture and excellent ambient lighting fixtures provided for an upscale feel, while our high-floor room had phenomenal views overlooking downtown and partially Mont-Royal. The hotel is centrally located for any sightseeing, and within walking distance to the metro. We did find the line for check-in long, and despite checking in through the Bonvoy app, it was still required for us to wait in this line to go over parking formalities. Staff was very friendly however, and we enjoyed how flexible they were with late check-outs, permitting us to depart at 3PM. // Formidable séjour avec des chambres propres et bien équipées. Une bonne vue sur la ville de notre grande fenetre. Par contre, l'attente pour l'enregistrement était longue.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Centrally located 5 minutes to metro. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the only negativity l would give is the long wait for the elevators with a limit of 2 or same bubble. I definitely stay here again next time I am in Montreal.

Overall, a great hotel. Rooms were clean and location was perfect. They had plenty of parking but be prepared to spend $25/day. Most of the staff were really nice, except for a woman, named Ingrid, who really wasn't too helpful. Not sure if it was because we were from Toronto or if she was just having a bad weekend. Regardless, staff should always try to be helpful toward their customers.

The only reason i don't give this place a 5 is the guy who looks after the pool. He's rude and incapable of clear communication. Other than that the location is good within walking distance of a lot of downtown attractions. The other staff are amazing and really care about your experience and comfort at the hotel.

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received. Yes, we’re in a pandemic, and services are somewhat limited. But everyone on staff has been extremely courteous and helpful. Christina in Guest Services, Franz our coffee barista, Keith the bellman, and so many others in housekeeping and management whose names I don’t know. The Sheraton will keep our business for future visits. Thank you.

Great location right in the heart of downtown and excellent service very friendly and accommodating. clean and updated rooms. Only issue because of covid capacity limit the elevator was a nightmare on Saturday and caused huge lineups because you can only have 2 ppl per elevator or per family and parking underground was inconvenient. $25 per day. Must go down 4-10 floors to get parking and parking spots are very tight and narrow. Big cars nightmare

Recently renovated and close to all the action in the Golden Square Mile. Nice modern rooms with comfortable beds. On site underground parking is very convenient (no valet) but best suited for smaller vehicles.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have almost been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the hotel itself and it's immenities and the great service. This trip was likely even better, the large rooms have recently been renovated and are very comfortable and upscale. Service was great as always too, a BIG shout out to Gary in the main restaurant for his very friendly and excellent service. Thanks!!

This location probably has the best staff I’ve ever seen working in a hotel. They are kind. They are helpful. Pound for pound perfect definition of what customer service should be. This Sheraton location has now become my choice hotel in the Montreal area. Perfect experience! Whoever handles the hiring here has done a phenomenal job! Thank you!

The hotel is excellent and staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Very clean and spacious rooms. Maxime Buldoc at the reception (sorry if I misspelled the last name) who checked us in was amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming, gave us a nice room on a high floor and complimentary free drinks vouchers for my birthday! It was very kind and hospitable. We had a great stay at the hotel. Parking fees are reasonable at $25 day with unlimited accessibility during the day. Checking in and out never been easier and quicker. I can’t say enough of how pleasant was our stay. The lobby and bar are nicely designed. They had a pool and hot tub that are open until late night. Highly recommended.

Went to the restaurant today to eat. We waited to be seated but realized after a while, and having the staff look our way several times, that maybe we seat ourselves. We chose a table for 2 and waited to be served. We observed a couple come in beside us and get waited on promptly. And then another. After waiting for more than 10 minutes we chose to leave and eat at an amazing restaurant just up the street.

Great location. Clean and Renovated rooms. Clean bathrooms. Daily housekeeping upon request. Luisa at front desk will go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. The only complaint is breakfast is too expensive. But I love the service.

Remember to use HotelDuIIy.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it.

Overall a decent experience. We thought this would be a good deal based on price and location, but turns out it’s priced just right- the pool was constantly overflowing with people (we never got to use it), and between one and two of the elevators were constantly out of commission. We drove an electric vehicle- they do have chargers but of the 8 on site, only 3 were functional. Otherwise the rooms were clean, facilities were modern and staff was relatively friendly.

Wanted to upgrade the breakfast/snack option - Waiting time at the reception was 30 min. No solution to upgrade directly at the breakfast lounge or to take a note and add the upgrade later, after having enjoyed the buffet which was almost closing in the meantime. Apart from that, staff is friendly, rooms are clean (a little bit old fashioned though) and location is perfect.

This hotel far exceeded my expectation. It’s so beautiful that any online photo doesn’t do its justification. I really like the decor and ambience of this hotel throughout. Everything is extraordinary about this hotel. Great service, nice view from the top floor club room. Only improvement I can think of is food at the restaurant. It’s August so maybe the chef was on vacation. This will be my go to place whenever I visit Montreal again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and highly recommend to anyone visiting Montréal. It is perfectly placed downtown with access nearby to the public bus to the airport. I also recommend the Club Level rooms which include access to the Lounge on the top floor. It has a very nice view with free appetizers and buffet breakfast which both had many nice choices. This was a very nice surprise. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Had a good stay. The rooms were quite and convenient. They have plenty of amenities available. Location is best. Its in the heart of downtown. But parking is an issue. It’s expensive and at the same time very difficult to park. Its very much congested and the way towards parking looks like a tunnel. So many marks on walls make it clear that people do bash their cars regularly while entering.

This place feels totally new and looks it. I was there for a national union event that was attended by over 600 members. You would think the service would suffer trying to feed 600 people at once - not at all! Food was awesome. Staff was great! It is just a few blocks off of St Catherine - so shopping is not far away. Food at restaurant was very good though the menu was small. The only thing I would watch for when visiting Montreal is that a lot of shops and restaurants close at 5 or 6 on a Sunday. However the concierge pointed us to an excellent Italian restaurant- food was so good reasonable and fast. I was not a fan of the body wash etc smelled earthy but kudos for being ecologically aware. But if you stay here look at the shower with your glasses on as the directions are imprinted only and very small.

Thank you Sheraton Montreal for a wonderful holiday. The service was responsive given the current situation. Room was clean on arrival and the views of downtown Montreal were amazing from the 31st floor. The elevator traffic at times was busy due to the limitations on number of people in the lift, especially evenings. But no complaints, just had to be a little patient and usually we got a ride within 10mins of waiting. The safety protocols were well followed and overall felt safe in the hotel. Hope to come back soon.

I spent 10 days here. The room is very nice and also comfortable. I do have to say that, I think my mattress was a little old, compared to what my companions had. I still slept well. This hotel is 36 storeys and the largest I have ever been in. It is a bustling place on the event levels, but the hotel rooms are relatively peaceful. A downside is there's currently no restaurant or bar on the premises, so you have to make do with the onsite Starbucks, use the delivery option, or visit a nearby restaurant. They are currently in the midst of renovation on the main floor, so hopefully, a future dining space will be in the plans. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, if I were to return to Montreal.

The clerk at the front desk was very helpful she let us have a look at what room we could get. The lounge is worth the price. You can go in for a snack or for breakfast and small supper.

I've stayed at many Sheratons, I actually really enjoy staying at their hotels however this hotel does not go in line with the Sheraton standard. They charge for every little thing. I paid 30 dollars for a wine bottle and they forgot to bring the bottle opener so I call back to notify them and then they tried to bill the room for their mistake. Then I called downstairs for an extra cup in the room and they stated that it would be a 4 dollar charge. The room was also not clean and up to standard but they did not seem to care.
