Currently
guests
at
the
Hotel
and
I
am
disappointed
to
have
to
give
such
a
bad
review.
I
am
a
Hilton
Honours
Gold
member
and
never
had
to
complain
about
a
Hilton
hotel.
The
service
at
this
hotel
was
so
bad
that
for
the
first
time
ever
I
opened
a
formal
complaint
file
with
Hilton.
The
hotel
is
beautiful.
Interior
design
is
top
notch,
room
is
great
and
the
bed
is
very
comfortable.
The
big
let
down
of
this
hotel
is
housekeeping
and
Yama
bar
staff.
I
was
very
shocked
by
this
as
it
was
actually
the
worst
service
we
had
during
our
entire
Canada
trip.
Majority
of
the
staff
at
the
Yama
bar
were
too
preoccupied
with
themselves
and
being
arrogant.
On
top
of
this
there
were
far
too
many
mishaps
for
a
hotel
of
this
calibre.
-
We
were
snubbed
at
Yama
restaurant
on
first
night
for
not
wanting
to
eat
there
due
to
extremely
loud
DJ
(my
partner
has
hearing
difficulties)
-
Room
amenities:
shower
gel
bottle
empty
at
arrival,
no
shower
cap
etc
just
sloppy
-
At
6am
on
a
Saturday
we
received
a
telephone
call
from
front
desk
asking
about
guest
we
don’t
know
about.
No
apologies
were
made
and
we
had
to
actively
seek
help
to
understand
what
happened
from
the
front
desk
supervisor.
Scary
and
bizarre
situation.
-
Housekeeping
wanted
to
clean
the
room
at
11
and
was
quite
rude
to
my
partner
to
get
out
of
the
room
-
Robes
taken
away
(without
asking)
next
day
during
housekeeping
and
not
replaced
-
At
Yama
bar
on
two
different
nights:
took
a
while
to
receive
our
drinks
and
for
our
second
order,
after
20minutes
of
ordering
we
had
to
go
to
the
bar
and
ask
what
was
happening
and
they
said
they
‘didn’t
have
the
order’
despite
several
bar
staff
being
available.
-
Room
service
breakfast
was
yoghurt,
it
came
with
a
fork
and
knife
(no
spoon)
again
just
showing
the
lack
of
attention
All
in
all,
it’s
a
beautiful
hotel
and
we
cannot
fault
the
room
itself
because
it
was
very
good.
The
staff
however,
specifically
at
Yama
restaurant
and
housekeeping,
are
completely
indifferent
to
guests
being
present.
You
have
to
fight
for
normal
service
and
that
is
the
last
thing
anyone
on
holiday
would
like
to
do.
Edited:
noting
I
was
never
offered
a
conversation
with
the
Yama
restaurant
director.
