No
hot
water,
my
door
got
stuck
and
and
the
custodian
had
to
kick
it
in
to
let
me
leave
my
room,
causing
the
door
frame
to
splinter,
which
I
have
video
and
photos
of.
The
phone
didn't
work.
Two
of
the
front
desk
employees
claimed
to
be
managers
and
were
EXTREMELY
unprofessional
and
just
plain
mean
to
me.
I
asked
for
their
names
just
to
write
a
nice
review
but
they
treated
me
like
trash.
Four
other
guests
were
there
to
witness
this.
The
ACTUAL
manager
(a
very
kind
gentleman)
was
an
angel
and
he
was
wonderful
and
kind
enough
to
switch
my
room.
He
was
the
best
hotel
manager
I
have
ever
encountered.
Thank
you
kind
Sir!
The
woman
with
long
blonde
hair
and
the
woman
with
brown
hair
at
the
desk
were
unbelievably
unprofessional.
I
never
received
my
deposit
back
and
was
promised
a
full
refund.
Which
I
never
received.
I
was
charged
$300
and
she
called
my
room
to
tell
me
to
leave.
I
am
still
owed
$300.
I
was
waiting
to
see
my
husband
after
his
work
trip,
tipped
everyone
well
and
was
kind
and
polite.
My
husband
booked
the
room
under
his
name,
and
when
he
arrived
after
traveling
for
8
hours
across
the
country
to
see
me
she
did
not
allow
him
to
enter
until
she
finally
figured
out
it
was
under
his
name
even
though
I
paid.
I
also
have
Autism
and
I
explained
that
to
the
women
claiming
to
both
be
managers.
This
is
an
abuse
of
human
rights
and
inappropriate
behaviour
towards
someone
who
is
Disabled.
The
hallways
smelled
like
cigarette
smoke,
the
television
did
not
work
properly,
and
the
bartender
was
extremely
rude.
I
went
to
have
a
cocktail
and
she
ignored
me
for
a
solid
5
minutes
before
rudely
asking
"what
do
you
want?"
While
flirting
with
another
customer,
make
his
drinks
first
then
took
a
cigarette
break
and
a
personal
cell
phone
call
before
serving
me.
So
I
paid
$300
for
being
mistreated,
verbally
abused,
locked
in
a
room,
and
being
taken
advantage
of
because
of
my
Disability.
Even
though
I
clearly
stated
that
I
am
Autistic.
Regardless
of
my
disability,
the
behaviour
displayed
by
the
staff
was
despicable.
The
only
exceptions
were
the
very
kind
and
professional
male
manager,
the
kind
and
understanding
custodian
who
freed
me,
the
receptionist
lady
who
I
first
met
(kind
and
sweet
with
pink
polished
nails
who
checked
me
in
but
was
done
her
shift
when
I
left)
and
the
lovely
lady
who
was
taking
care
of
the
rooms,
she
gave
me
extra
towels
and
had
a
lovely
smile.
The
restaurant
at
the
hotel
has
unprofessional
and
rude
staff
but
the
food
is
delicious
and
they
have
fantastic
cheesecake.
In
conclusion,
I
want
my
$300
back.
And
I
would
definitely
come
back
if
those
two
women
did
not
work
there.
