We
just
spent
9
nights
at
Hotel
Manoir
Sherbrooke
and
we
couldn't
be
more
pleased
with
our
stay.
Although
the
hotel
is
centrally
located
on
a
well-traveled
street,
our
room
was
extremely
quiet
and
we
all
slept
well
every
night.
We
never
heard
street
noises
or
our
neighbors,
and
the
room
was
adequately
dark.
Housekeeping
was
only
a
request
away,
ice
is
easily
available,
and
the
breakfast
was
ample
and
gracious.
The
location
of
the
hotel
was
ideal
due
to
its
proximity
to
restaurants
and
sites
we
wanted
to
see.
However,
after
walking
a
lot
more
than
is
typical
at
home,
my
partner's
achilles
tendonitis
started
acting
up.
It
was
then
that
we
fully
appreciated
how
close
to
two
key
bus
stops
(Sherbrooke
e/w
and
St.
Laurent
n/s)
this
hotel
is!
It's
also
only
a
couple
of
blocks
to
the
Sherbrooke
metro
station
(orange
line),
and
5
blocks
from
the
St.
Laurent
(green
line)
station.
If
you
are
traveling
with
children,
don't
count
this
place
out.
We
had
a
half-basement
room
and
were
so
grateful
not
to
have
to
worry
too
much
that
our
kid
was
stomping
around
on
someone's
ceiling.
Also,
the
hotel
is
within
easy
walking
distance
of
at
least
3
playgrounds.
I
told
my
husband
that
if
we
visited
Montreal
again,
it
would
be
tempting
to
stay
elsewhere
in
town
to
get
a
better
feel
of
another
neighborhood,
but
I
cannot
imagine
where
we
might
stay
that
would
compare
to
Hotel
Manoir
Sherbrooke!
