Very
displeased
with
this
hotel.
First
room
we
got
was
extremely
filthy.
There
was
a
huge
mold
spot
on
the
ceiling,
dust
wasn't
cleaned
from
the
windows
at
all,
and
there
was
some
old
dust
and
dirt
next
to
the
bed.
It
was
the
most
unclean
room
that
I
have
ever
had
in
any
hotel!
The
receptionist
was
really
kind
and
found
us
another
room
pretty
quickly.
She
even
checked
the
new
room
first,
to
make
sure
it
is
clean,
which
we
really
appreciated.
The
new
room
didn't
have
any
visible
mold
and
the
dust
was
cleaned
this
time.
However,
the
new
room
was
missing
the
refrigerator,
which
was
a
problem
as
it
was
30+
degrees
Celsius
in
Montreal
during
our
stay
and
we
couldn't
cool
the
water;
receptionist
told
us
they
don't
have
any
spare
refrigerator
nor
another
room
with
the
refrigerator.
Another
issue
was
that
couple
of
electric
outlets
in
the
room
were
not
working,
including
the
one
in
the
bathroom,
so
we
couldn't
use
hairdryer
in
the
bathroom.
It
was
also
strange
that
none
of
the
windows
could
be
opened,
so
you
cannot
let
the
fresh
air
in,
and
the
AC
unit
was
so
old
that
it
was
pushing
the
musty
smell
in
all
the
time.
It
is
very
unprofessional
from
the
management
and
the
owners
to
allow
the
hotel
to
be
in
such
a
bad
shape.
It
is
also
absolutely
unacceptable
to
let
guests
in
any
room
that
has
mold,
dust,
or
issues
with
electric
outlets.
Overall,
it
was
quite
unpleasant
experience
staying
in
this
hotel,
and
I
will
definitely
not
stay
here
again.
I
highly
recommend
skipping
this
hotel
when
booking
a
stay
in
Montreal,
even
though
the
location
is
really
amazing.
Actually,
the
location
is
probably
the
only
positive
part.
