Stay away from this place. There is no service at all. You should go several times to the counter and ask for what you have ordered half an hour ago. It's not clean. It's super expensive. They serve your food in costco disposable plates. We ( two adults+2 children) had breakfast there and paid 80 $. The day after we went to st. Huber restaurant in Quebec city, had appetizers+lunch+desserts and an excellent service and experienced a great hospitality and paid 100$. So stay away from this place.

Great spot for studying. Open 24 hours, tons of space, big tables for groups. I have no issue buying something to sit down - what I do at any cafe - but the food and coffee here can use some improvement. The menu is way to big for a complete lack of kitchen. I had a milky, weak latte and a flavorless sandwich there. Still, good spot - although I'd honestly rather just pay to sit down rather than buying anything. Needs a recipe revamp.

Best coffee shop EVER! Trust me - Take it from me as a regular happy client :) MILTON B, the newly urban cafeteria has been my place and the place of many people to have a delicious “third wave” coffee, 100% natural smoothie, freshly prepared baked foods while being super productive, read, relax, meet interesting people that last a lifetime in a friendly ecological, sustainable and communal environment. There is 2 private meeting areas if you need privacy as well. (You can rent the space for free only if you buy coffee and some food) BEST PART? It’s Open 24 Hrs A Day & You get your money's worth! ; On another note, I held a 45 people event there and we were 100% satisfied and happy.

It was my first time there! I went for breakfast. I was always passing by this Café & seeing it full so I thought I would give it a try. First of all, I love that it’s super clean! Not a lot of busy places manage to keep their cafés clean all the time but this one does! I ordered the regular omelette & a Mocha. The Mocha was just EXQUISITE; big portion, very tasty. The omelette was good too, not too oily, portion is great for the price. The vibe of this café is perfect for someone just looking for a place to work/study for a while. Definitely recommended!

Really nice ambiance and the staffs are friendly. The food is pretty good but a bit small in quantity especially the breakfasts. It's a great place to grab coffee and study with friends! 🐢

The place is nice and I appreciate that it is open 24/7. Many-a-times, I spend the whole day here studying. However, I don’t appreciate being pestered to order something the moment I enter the venue and how tabs are kept on me for how much time I’ve spent here and how it should be proportionate to how much money I spend there. While I understand the cafe needs to make money and I would order anyway. However, I don’t appreciate being forced to do so in the condescending tone of the employees. That pretty much ruins the whole experience for me.

UBER order. Whoever they have working the grill doesn't know how to cook. my sausages were literally burned to a crisp. Inedible. Waffle overdone as well. When I called there was no effort to make it right. This is the new low standard of restaurant quality in what was once a great culinary city. This is one of those bad restaurants trying to make as much money with as low quality food possible. Trust me, eat somewhere else.

I would like to leave a review. I was attended to by an employee of yours at 4.40 a.m on May 5 2020. He made me wait for sometime while he was on the phone which I did not mind. But after making me wait for 10 minutes he was extremely rude, arrogant and inconsiderate. I was assisted by a black gentleman the day before who was very kind and even suggested a sandwich for me. Please deal with this particular nasty employee. I will never buy from this place because of that nasty waiter.

The tea is refreshing. The outdoor is nice if trucks don’t make that much noise. It has a university student environment inside. Everyone has a laptop and focused on it.

This place seems to be a mainstay for students, primarily McGill students. A popular place to get work done, you will always see a number of laptops open here. There is lots of seating both inside and outside spread out throughout this place. Wide variety of offerings – café beverages, milkshakes, bagels, baked goods, sandwiches, quesadillas, pizzas & more. Service was good. Prices are very student-friendly so this place is doing big volume for sure. It’s also open 24 hours which is amazing to see, perfect for exam season where you will see this place populated heavily with stressed out students.

The atmosphere is a saving grace for this establishment - great place to study or get some work done. The food and drinks are frankly mediocre. The reason for the low rating is simply due to abysmal customer service. Personally, I was lucky to have a good experience overall. However, I write this to describe what I saw. One of the employees (likely to be the owner after reading other reviews) harassed multiple people over the 2 hours I was there, either kicking them out for waiting for a friend or asking them to leave if they don’t buy more food/drinks. Given the amount of paying customers they have throughout the day it baffles me how some employees hawk customers to keep spending. A business that needs to resort to hounding customers just to churn a profit is not one that deserves to run. I would advise management to find other ways to fatten their profit margin (i.e. cut out menu items that are rarely bought, focus more on traditional café items not “pizza”). McGill University is just a short walk away, I’m sure the owners may also find that Business courses prove useful.

Very disappointed by the lack of measures taken in time of covid-19. Many customers walk around without a mask, and do not get warnings. An employee took off his mask to tell me he cannot understand me because of my mask. Many employees do not wear masks or have them below the nose when preparing drinks. I have not seen anyone come to wash the tables in between customers. It is a shame because it is a great location to study.

It's a good place to have a coffee or complete your college assignments. Most of the people coming there are college crowd. Best thing to have is the different cakes, specially the cheese cake. Price is little high compare to food quality and taste.

My favorite study spot!! The people who work here are the best. Specially La "q" he is a great guy, I'm a regular there and it honestly feels like visiting a friend, very welcoming. All my experiences have being good, except for an asian manager who was very very VERY rude, and reminded me six times in a sole interaction (??) that she was the manager, to which I finally replied "yes, but that doesn't mean you can be rude". Then she apologized but the harm was made. I tried to cancel my order and leave, and almost didn't comeback out of the bad experience I had with her. So beware of her, but the rest of the people in here are such a delight to interact with! There's pizzas, gelatos, boba teas, customized coffee, and everything is good and delicious. A clean and lovely place.

Service excellent. Good almond croissant. Good space for work. Reason for three, rather than four, stars is the coffee...meh... If coffee is your raison d'etre, this is, as Guide Michelin says, "(not) worth a special detour."

We wanted to have breakfast and didn't want to walk far so we tried this place. Big mistake. Ordered the eggs deluxe which is supposed to include bacon and sausage but they got the order wrong, just eggs, one slice of toast and 2 orange slices for $10! It also came in a cardboard take out box. First time I've eaten eggs from a cardboard box. Not going back.

My favourite 24/7 cafe spot in Montreal, this one located downtown. The staff is friendly and they have good food coffee an drinks, lots of options. The internet is fast as well allows me to stream whatever I want and can do my live zoom sessions as well. Great place for students, awesome vibe. Thanks

Disappointly bad. The omelette was rubbery and bland. We’d planned on going to the place next door (St. Barth’s) but made a last minute (poor) decision to try this because of the outdoor patio. Oops. Possibly a good place to hang out if you’re a student looking for somewhere to work for a few hours while patiently sipping your coffee (but not longer than 3 hours, as indicated on the prominent sign).

This place has such a nice vibe, go study at night and you'll feel like it's daytime, it's full of motivated people. The prices are good and the staff very pleasant. I often see the gentleman who works during evenings and night shifts and I love his service. Super nice and funny. He treats all customers with great respect!

For total 18.29$ I received waterdown chilli soup. Employee literally add up hot water from the coffee machine. Macaroni salad that I asked to keep in the fridge till I am done with soup, I have gently received right away I took the place. I chose 0 tip option. Machine included 3.66$ You never do these things to people.

Milton B is one of my favorite places to go and study. The café is open 24 hours and always has a nice ambience to it. The pastries and cakes are lovely and there's a variety of more savory meals as well. Not to mention the music is top tier (soft jazz if you are wondering). I definitely recommend coming here for whatever work you may need to get done or whether it's to grab a drink or dessert :) ALSO the staff are super kind and friendly, making the place an absolute comfort to be at.

This is my go-to study spot in the McGill student ghetto. It’s open 24/7 and only a 4-minute walk away from my apartment so I am able to study there any time of the day. They have a great study ambience with lots of seating and friendly staff. Despite having a some-what pricey menu, they have a great selection of study snacks and even meals. I especially love their cheese pizza and Montreal-style bagels. I definitely recommend this place to any McGill student that's looking for a study spot that isn’t McLennan!

The place is pretty fine. I was there few times for bubble tea and once for a night lunch and everything was great, except that everyone had to take a key to use washrooms, but still I see no problem with it. Also I don’t see a problem that owners ask u to make orders, while you’re sitting in there because it’s obvious that they should make money - its a cafe, not a charging room. Though, the last time I came here for a bubble tea there wasn’t a girl which usually makes it, the worker was man and he made me completely different tea, which ofc tasted very different from what I usually drink and I didn’t like it at all… it didn’t even look like in a picture. Also he gave me a paper tube, which destroyed after few minutes so I couldn’t drink through it. Ofc I left a tip but I don’t think it’s ok to make a different drink, if you don’t have one of ingredients, at least ask or tell smth to the customer. After this I probably won’t come here for a bubble tea, but still it’s a great place to eat / work at night.

Thank you Ihab for making my visit truly memorable! Your service was great. The cafe was clean. Even the washrooms were spotless. And because I spent over 2-3 hours at this location, it wasn’t hard to notice that you didn’t stop working and cleaning for even a minute…and all by yourself. You definitely need a raise or at least some recognition. Definitely 5 stars and definitely worth another visit! Thank you again : )

Amazing place. Amazing initiative for a cafe. (Seriously, what do they not have?) The tapioca for the bubble tea could be better. Drinks are alright. It is overpriced for being a sitdow and study/work kinda cafe.

Great place to work or study with nice food and friendly staff. They have reasonable rules that say you have to purchase something to be on the premises which puts some people off but it's a business, this seems fair enough to me. It is one of my favourite cafes, especially as it's 24/7 including bank holidays. I love the place :)

Pros: 24 hours, lots of room on the terrace. The internet is stable. Cons: Unfortunately, smokers tend to puff cigs on the sidewalk a foot or two from the terrasse. This cafe seems to attract the type of clientele who don't think twice about watching/listening to videos at their table without headphones. I've witnessed it dozens of times here.

Wonderful cafe, with a large seating area, seems always busy but personally i would suggest you to sit, have a coffee for work or meetings. But not great compared to other cafe's in Montreal. The food was okay, would rate 7/10 tastewise, but not value for money. Also seeing the rules of buying a specific value to stay made me reluctant to come back again. Obviously i understand the cafe may get crowded and full but there could be a subtle way to mention that

My go to place for late night studying sessions with a nice cup of flat white. I love the ambiance and the staff. Especially the one that works after midnight, he's very welcoming and nice with everyone. Food wise, their 3 cheese pizza is delicious and my fave. The samosas are good too although a bit pricy in my opinion. Can't wait for this quarantine to be over already so I can go back regularly. For now, at least they're open for take out.

This is a student spot gem. Open 24 hrs. Depending on when you go, you’ll get a different crowd, from families sitting down to eat the comfort food they have for decent prices around midday to the stressed students throwing back overpriced coffees to study for their exam the next day around 12am. The fact that it’s open 24 hrs and the fact they have extensive table space are the main selling points for me as a student.

The posh and friendly look of this place is deceiving. I went as a visitor to Montreal and ordered a small poutine for 8.00. Grossly overpriced for the portion size. Since it was in downtown Montreal I had hopes that it would be good food but to my surprise it was nothing better than acceptable. They have many signs saying that you have to spend $20 to stay for more than 3 hours; You have to spend 5 to stay for just 60 minutes. This place, although nicely designed, conveys the idea that you are spending money to merely sit there (not the food). All in all, this is essentially the least student friendly place that I have been to (no exaggeration). Most of my reviews are very positive and I am genuinely not a tough critic. However, for three bites of a poutine that was mediocre at best, I left the establishment feeling robbed. I would expect better from a place that has mostly a clientele of students. Unfortunately, I don’t have good things to say about my experience. :(
