Geat
gym,
friendly
staff,
and
good
facilities.
However,
as
with
everything,
there
are
some
down
sides.
My
experience
with
energy
cardio
after
over
a
year
of
being
with
them
is
that
they
pester
their
clients
via
phone
calls,
messages,
emails,
and
even
in
person
for
marketing
purposes.
I
get
it,
they're
a
business,
but
their
kinds
of
methods
actually
begin
to
be
borderline
harassment.
I
have
had
go
as
far
as
ask
them
to
remove
my
phone
number
from
their
system.
Seldom
have
they
asked
me
if
I
enjoy
my
workouts
or
if
I
am
satisfied
with
their
facilities...but
when
it
comes
time
to
renewing
a
membership,
they
pester
their
clients
to
no
end.
Last
week,
as
I
entered
the
gym,
a
woman
at
reception
tried
to
convince
me
to
renew
after
I
told
her
5
times
that
I
was
not
sure
because
I
was
moving
to
a
different
area
of
Montreal,
with
an
Energy
Cadio
dead
zone.
She
persisted,
and
insisted
on
knowing
where
I
was
moving
to.
After
saying
'NO
THANK
YOU'
5
times,
let
me
just
say
that
I
was
not
treated
with
the
same
enthusiasm
or
warmth,
as
when
I
was
trying
to
be
persuaded
to
make
a
purchase.
Might
have
to
reconsider
renewing
here...
PSA:
Ladies,
watch-out
for
the
unannounced
man
who
walks
into
the
locker
room
for
scheduled
cleanings.
He
has
walked
in
several
times
without
forewarning
while
many
of
us
are
getting
changed.
I've
seen
him
around
the
gym,
he
likes
to
stare
at
women
while
they
workout.
Not
cool.
