I've had generally good experiences here. But yesterday... I can't say enough in praise of Nurse Practitioner Alvaro! Holy smokes, he was terrific: super smart, thoughtful, great listener, thorough. Whoever hired him is a genius and I hope has the sense not to let him go any time soon. If every clinic in the province had a staff of nurse practitioners like him, the "family doctor shortage" would be a non-issue and everyone would be receiving excellent healthcare.

Highly recommend this clinic. I have been going here for years and have only witnessed polite and friendly staff members. They are cordial and efficient in both languages. The people at the front desk are busy and I usually get through to a receptionist right away, except for one time, but my telephone message was returned within the same day. Can't tell you how relieved that made me. The doctors (and I've seen a few) are very professional and listen to my concerns and needs. Thanks for loving your jobs!

I am so lucky to be a patient at this clinic as the staff including receptionists, doctors, and nurses are all so professional and thorough. The reception returns my calls within the same hour, and the doctors and nurses are always so accommodating and helpful. I walk out of this clinic feeling relieved everytime I speak to my doctor, and the staff at the front desk are always so welcoming and pleasant! Highly recommend.

Today I went in to the clinic for a standalone appointment (I don't have a GP right now) and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were all so kind, so empathetic, and I felt very comfortable interacting with them. I've experienced a few really awful interactions with medical staff at other clinics but everyone at MDCM was a joy. Thank you so much for treating me like a human being and for helping me with the issue I came in about! Not all clinics can say the same in Montreal.

Not a patient of the clinic but they offer PAP for external patients which is amazing! Plus, they do it on weekends so it’s very convenient to people like me who work and go to school. The PAP was done quick and painless by Dr. Sigal. I was comfortable throughout the procedure and she explained well what to expect after. Receptionists are also very welcoming and cheerful! ❤️ I would recommend it to my friends and family! Thank you, Clinic MDCM!

After waiting for a quarter of an hour, the doctor carried out the examination. required. During the examination she detailed the procedure and the result all in a cordial atmosphere.

I just spoke to an amazing girl named Kelly. The NICEST phone interaction I have had in a long time. Actually called me back after I left a message which surprisingly is rare these days. Looking forward to going to the clinic. Thank you Kelly for being so amazing. Update: I went to the clinic and it was also amazing. The receptionist, the nurse and Dr. Bianchini. Feel very lucky to have found this place.

I went to this clinic today for a test and was treated with such compassion. I get very anxious and most times end up crying. Dr. Segal made me feel heard and safe. Thank you so much.

Oh man! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Best clinic, best doctors, and best staff! I had an issue and called them at like 11am, got an appointment with another doctor at 5 pm same day! A clinic like this in Montreal are like Unicorns!

This is a great clinic and I wish I could have a doctor here but unfortunately, none are available. That said, they have taken care of me as if I were a regular patient, immediately prescribing the tests I needed, following up with phone calls and even a receptionist who smiles and laughs (Montrealers know how rare this is!).

Dr. Goldie Marmor is the absolute best doctor I have ever encountered. She is empathetic, caring, patient, professional and always makes herself available to me. I am truly blessed to have her as my doctor. Thank you Dr. Marmor for everything!

I’ve only had wonderful experiences at this clinic. The staff are extremely professional and if ever I call they are always very helpful unlike some other clinics. The doctors are great only positive experiences going here.

Excellent staff, always nice , understanding ,caring and very responsive. Despite the pandemic, the secretarial staff are quick & very organized. Every time I call with an inquiry, the staff goes the extra mile to ensure I don’t wait long and always helpful with everything. Mdcm is an excellent clinic! All the doctors and nurses I have encountered have been very kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I am one year post partum and have needed quite a few follow ups on a few issues and I was able to get appointments very quickly (which I know with our system can be quite difficult). This clinic, doctors and nurses makes me feel taken care of and I’m super grateful for them!

Dr. Alissa Sigal has been my primary health care provider in Montreal for three years, and I cannot praise her enough for her exceptional medical expertise, compassionate care, and unwavering dedication to her patients. One of the standout qualities of Dr. Sigal is her commitment to staying updated with the latest medical advancements and research. Her approach healthcare with a holistic perspective, emphasizing preventive care and patient education. I am moving out of the province and I can no longer be her patient, but I would highly recommend her to anyone who wishes to be in really "good hands". Thank you Dr. Sigal!

My children are patients at this clinic and they have always received excellent care. They used to dread going for appointments, but the nurses and doctors really knows how to interact with children and make them feel at ease.

I love my doctor but she's on maternity so the wait time for in person appointment is AWFUL! Also they NEVER answer their phones when you call. It's always a long automated attendant telling you to press a billion numbers before being sent to voicemail.The only pro is that the staff is really nice!

Dr. Liveanu always takes his time to listen and will never brush you off. Calm and reassuring man! The staff at the clinic is always pleasant and bilingual!

Wonderful clinic. I have been a patient here for a few years and they are awesome. They follow up promptly. Always do their best to accommodate when you're in a jam and need to see the doctor. Appointment booked through 811. In on time, rapid triage, called by the Dr 10 minutes later. Cleaned up and gift wrapped by a nurse and given a bag with follow up supplies. Total turnaround time < 1 hour

Dr. Kerner just moved her practice here and I spoke to them today, they only book 2 months ahead of time and her schedule is completely booked up so they cannot make me an appointment. The receptionist said she had to go day to day to look for cancellations and I could call back next week to see if spots in September were opened up. Most doctors book farther than 2 months ahead, and there are many booking softwares available than can automate finding open cancellation spots. It may be worth looking into upgrading the booking system. I never had these problems at the Greene Ave clinic. Very disappointing.

6 weeks waiting time for an appointment with my gp and when asking for a follow up appointment, they don't have a schedule for the doctor for the following month yet! Explanation: gp also works at a hospital and doesn't have their schedule yet. How can a system be so disfunctional? Don't hospitals plan ahead?? Of course this is the Quebec system's fault. The personnel is kind and friendly.

Very helpful receptionist, and I have had a good experience with my doctor. I love having a patient portal where I get notified of tests results as soon as they are available and can make appointments online.

Completely unreachable ....with all means of communication these days.... being unable to reach your family dr in some form is unacceptable

Dr. Liveanu is a very good doctor and spends enough time listening to the patients and trying to suggest the best treatment for them.

Best place for a PAP test!

Went there for a pap test at their PAP clinic, was easy to get an appointment and the person doing the pap test was very nice and took the time to explain everything she was doing.

Amazing clinic. Dr Liveanu is my hero. He listen to you, never rush you to answer. Taking his time for everything. Really happy with him. The clinic itself despite the pandemic they are super responsive. Even if you are busy you leave a message and they will 100% get back to you SAME day. Thank you everyone !

I feel so privileged to be a patient here, the doctors and staff are incredible. Compassionate, friendly, the follow up is amazing. My Dr. caught something that wasn't even on my radar and was so quick to get all the tests done to rule anything serious out. The clinic on the weekend has also been a complete life saver. They are always able to fit us in if there is an emergency and I am so grateful.

When someone speaks to you in French, respond in French! The receptionist answered me in English even though I spoke to her in French and she wasn't very pleasant! Really disappointed with the service!
