This place is my favourite korean dessert place to-go. I am Korean myself, but the things I eat here reminds me of when I was living in Korea. The cakes are so freaking delicious, they have matcha, sweet potatoe, strawberry, blueberry, oreo cakes and so on. If you go there, they sell their cakes by pieces, if you want to order the whole cake, you will have to preorder 2 days in advance You should definitely try their macarons and their korean shaved-ice dessert with all kinds of toppings. Must-try guys On their IG they show some pictures of their cake and macarons artwork and yes. they have a dog named Momo, they called their cafe by his name he is adorable!

Great place for desserts and coffee! We tried the injeolmi bingsoo and had the grapefruit ade : both delicious and refreshing! They play kpop and the decoration is really cute. One downside is the small space, so when it gets busy, you have to takeout. They also do not take credit cards, so bring your debit or cash.

One of my favorite dessert places in town. I received this Christmas macarons gift box from a friend. The cute design of the macarons light up my day and make my holiday extra special. Merry Christmas to everyone reading this post🎄🎅🏻

My favourite macarons anywhere. When in Paris I compared all the macarons to Momo’s and none were as good. This is my favourite gift to give and receive.

I have seen cafe MOMO decor change and progress over the years! I remember when I used to come by in 2017. It has been a while so I decided to stop by. The service over there is always nice and friendly. The sizes have definitely changed. I missed the old large bowl look, but we took a medium since we weren't too hungry. My all time favourite was the mango bingsoo. The sweetness of the mango is still the same as back then, which made me happy. However, I believe the shaved ice isn't as "milky" as it used to be. There should be more syrup to balance the amount of shaved ice as well. My partner took the strawberry one, it wasn't sweet enough for him, a bit bitter, but it was okay. I think there should be a third layer of toppings in order to balance things out more, maybe at the bottom. Cafe momo will always be one of my favourite desserts in Montreal and a must try. I've added a picture of the bingsoo I ate back in 2017. I miss the little cute spoons they gave back us then. I suppose they swapped to plastic spoons due to covid!

Been coming here for years and I was never disappointed! Favorite brownie bingsoo in town (also the only place who has it 😂) But recently started to take a liking to their macarons as well 👀 i don’t know how but they’re soft and crunchy at the same time, not too sweet, just perfect 😮‍💨 It’s true that they don’t take credit cards so just prepare cash or use debit card (it’s not that hard 🤨) 10/10 would recommend ✌🏻

LOVE their bingsoo! 100% Recommend trying this place out. My fav is the strawberry and tiramisu flavour bingsoo. The blueberry one is my least favorite. The tiramisu cake was also very good. Looking forward to try their macarons and other cakes.

I crave the mango bingsoo all the time! I had no idea what it was coming into the shop, but once I tried it- nothing compares. Fresh mangoes- Definitely a must try! So many favours to choose from, so you’re bound to find something for your taste buds. The strawberry cake is great too! If you’re looking for fresh Asian-style dessert, you must visit cafe MOMO. My go to order it a hot chai latte with a mango bingsoo!!

The crowd in front of the café caught my attention. So I decided to go in and tried matcha latté. It was good. Next time, to try its shaved ice. (A suggestion, will be great if credit card is accepted, especially because price is Starbucks-like.)

Delicious Patbingsu!(Korean shaved ice) I’ve tried most of the flavours on the menu and I’d recommend any of the fruit ones. They’re a little on the pricey side but when you split the large with others it makes it worth every cent! As the cherry on top the staff are super friendly and the ambiance is great. If you’re in the mood for a light cold treat I recommend Momos!

Ordered Medium Matcha Red Bean Cake. I was expecting something super sweet, but to my surprise, the cake was not at all sweet😊. Instead, we could taste the strong matcha flavour and the red beans. It somehow recall me of the desserts I ate in South Korea... I appreciate how the cake was made delicately and the writing of happy birthday with a ❤. Amazing!

We took two bingsoo, one was mango and the other Oreo. It was really good! The mango one was refreshing and the Oreo was excellent. A great dessert for summer in warm weather. I highly recommend trying it!

It's a cute little place for authentic bingsoo (Korean shaved ice cream). Good Korean music being played in the background. There was a little miscommunication where the staff made the wrong flavors of bingsoo, but they were so accomodating to make us new ones with the right flavors.

We tried the Bingsoo and it was good. Place was small but homey. We tried dining outside since inside was mostly occupied.

Really small place and there is a time limit to eat there, so not ideal for a study location. Nonetheless, food and decor was super good. I took some macarons to go and they were super good, I highly recommend the passion anana macaron (the snowman one on the pictures). They are around 4$ each.

Cute little shop! The desserts I took were all so unique and super delicious! The bingsoo is one of the best, it is not just shaved iced with syrup, it's great quality bingsoo where the ice itself is tasty like ice cream topped with fruits. I really liked their mochi as well, they tasted really authentic! I'm not a big coffee drinker but I tried one of their latte and I was impressed!

I’m obsessed with this dessert cafe! Everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is perfect. My favourite is the Strawberry Bingsoo with Oreo crunch and extra mochi. Definitely recommend trying that combo. As well, the macarons are heavenly✨

My friend and I enjoyed the delicious strawberry bingsoo and matcha bingsoo. We also tried the cake and macaron. We had hoped to try the strawberry cake, but unfortunately, the last piece was taken by someone else. The Oreo cake, however, was incredibly tasty! We plan to visit again specifically to try the strawberry cake.

Bingsoo is similar to ice cream, but it’s made with frozen milk that’s grated and you have the option to choose your topping from the various selections that they have available on the menu. First time trying bingsoo and I went with 2 flavors. Tiramisu and brownie, both equally delicious and sweet, perfect to enjoy in the summer. Service was really helpful & friendly. There is limited seating inside and it was pretty full when I went, but there is seating available outside.
