I
didn't
have
any
issues
with
Gold's
gym
up
until
they
first
automatically
decided
to
renew
my
membership
for
an
another
year
without
me
singing
anything.
I
managed
to
clarify
the
problem
but
the
staff
always
blame
"employees
that
have
already
left"
as
if
it
makes
any
difference
to
me.
The
second
problem
which
is
a
major
one
is
related
to
the
5
visitor
passes
included
in
a
membership.
I
asked
them
if
I
could
bring
my
brother
in
with
me
using
the
passes
up
until
he
decides
whether
to
sign
a
membership
or
to
look
elsewhere.
One
of
the
employees
told
me
that
there
would
be
no
problem,
so
the
third
time
around
when
I
was
asking
them
to
let
my
brother
in
using
the
visitor
passes
they
told
me
that
this
only
applies
to
5
different
visitors
not
the
same
one.
They
started
acting
very
rudely
and
shocked
as
if
I
was
stealing
anything
from
them
although
I
was
misinformed.
I
told
them
that
I
was
misinformed
the
first
time
around
and
asked
what
can
be
done
now
since
we're
already
here.
Should
I
always
be
responsible
for
every
misunderstanding
that
happens
because
every
one
of
the
staff
has
a
different
version
of
the
policies
?
They
told
me
they
couldn't
do
anything,
when
I
asked
them
sarcastically
"well
do
you
want
me
to
ask
my
brother
to
go
home
or
wait
in
the
car"
the
employee
rudely
said
"Yes
unfortunately".
When
I
asked
him
again
just
to
make
sure
he
understood
my
question
he
smirked
and
said
"yes".
The
manager
was
present
there
but
instead
of
talking
to
me
he
was
mumbling
instructions
to
his
staff.
Finally
when
I
decided
to
sign
to
cancel
my
renewal
for
the
second
year
they
changed
their
tone
and
"allowed"
me
to
let
my
brother
in.
That's
how
low
and
rude
and
disrespectful
the
staff
present
that
day
were.
I
cancelled
my
membership,
left
the
gym.
I
don't
recommend
it
to
anyone
if
you
don't
want
to
run
after
them
for
frozen
payments,
unjustified
membership
renewals
and
overall
rudeness
and
disrespectful
attitude
from
some
of
their
staff.
Other
people
working
there
are
very
friendly
and
are
part
of
why
I
wanted
to
renew
my
membership
initially.
Unfortunately,
the
staff
present
that
day
changed
the
whole
situation
around.
