I always find something here. They need more representatives on the floor. They need to start showing organization ideas in all of their displays. I really dislike when I open a display and it's empty!!!!!

Ikea is one of the best practical furniture shops in the world . Many practical ideas with affordable prices .The issue with the furniture that it will be damaged once the bottom of it gets water . Clean store . Not much employees in the store to help you with your inquiries . Huge free outdoor parking . You can bring your kids to spend a nice half day in the store then to get a nice meal at the end . The furniture once dismantled it will not be the same after you fixed it again.

Worst IKEA in last 15 years. First they didn’t let me take trolly upstairs!! Why!!! I had to carry all my stuff in hand until I reach a trolly!! Really? U want me to carry everything on my shoulder. Worst was no IKEA blue bags at the payment counter???? R they getting broke ? When asked the counter lady had no clue. She suggested that I buy fancy flashy bags to carry my stuff!!!! Seriously ??? I have visited ikea in London, Zurich, US, Singapore and Hyderabad. Never saw such a low level service. I had a fully loaded trolly that I left at the counter. On the top of this missing details under app!! So keep guessing run around. Wasted 4 hrs. And found shortage of stuff!!! How come amazon has it and they don’t!!! This was my last visit to IKEA. They make u walk for hours and from beginning to end horrible service!!! They have lost intention for business and just waiting for their business to vanish slowly.

Whoever thought of turning $14/hr checkout clerks into $14/hr security guards of self checkout should be fired. Obviously…employees are human beings. And like human beings, they will exercise as much authority as possible given they are accustomed to menial jobs. They use this newly given license to treat customers like garbage, as if they are police officers at IKEA. Sometimes the newly formed ikea SWAT team swarms you from all sides as if you’re stealing, even when you’re not. They interrupt even when you’re not having any difficulty. They answer questions you don’t have. They accuse you of not scanning items that you did. They shove their hands into your bags to look at items. All while you’re trying your hardest to scan all items yourself and have an enjoyable shopping experience. Then when you ask them to stop going through your bags they yell at you claiming “you haven’t paid yet.” Excuse me? Ikea has turned shopping into a miserable experience all over saving $5 in wages per customer. Many of these new security guards cross boundaries, especially with younger buyers

Supposed to go to find a swivel bar stool, a lot of choices but none fits my expectation. Interesting enough, do find an office chair interesting, and ended up taking that home. Used the automated check out. It was excellently designed. I picked up some cookies on sales, the cash system would display the original price of each item, once the quantity reached the sales item, it would showed the sales price indicating the money saved immediately, all on the same page. No confusion. Thumb up!

It’s a great store if you are looking for affordable stuff. Everything is minimalist and simple. Always check the availability online before going there in person. I love my patio furniture

I have visited this place many times, but I see something strange about the design of this place. It has everything a home needs. When you enter, the designer forces you to enter every place in order to see as many products as possible inside it, and sometimes you need help from the employees to get out of this maze. It reminds me of maze games. Designer Wonderful and very smart, he forced all the customers to pass through every place, very wonderful

Often have a bad experience at self checkout. They force you to do self checkout and then have an employee who makes sure you’re doing their job properly lol. She thought I didn’t scan all my items. How about you hire workers to do their job instead if you’re paranoid I didn’t scan 2$

You have never been to IKEA? Just go! It has everything possibly need for you house. Be ready to have $$$ as if you plan to buy one thing, you will come out with 10 like from Costco. Parking is almost always full in the front so go a but further or hunt for the spot. Highway 40 is super close so easily accessible.

Overall, it's pretty good. Food is so so. Breakfast was not good. Some products are very reasonably priced and good quality. There is something for most tastes and price range.

I usually have a good experience here. Wandering through the store and shopping while enjoying the displays. This time i did my research online with a coffee table I wanted. It was accurate with what they had left in store. 3. So I went, grabbed my cart, found it quickly with great help, and someone also helped me with it to my car. It took 15 minutes and a wait of 5 minutes at checkout. I was very happy with my experience again...

Their cafeteria offers healthy menus and the kids love the desserts. It's spacious and they always have great decorations. They recently serve vegetarian balls with rice and steamed vegetables: delicious and healthy!

IKEA has one of the biggest (if not one of the best) showrooms of furnishings choices/pieces in Quebec. You have a great variety of products for your home. A multitude of presentations and agencements possible for you to explore with the exposition center. An app that needs work but aims you to have a quick and easy experience when you can directly know where to go to get your item and be on your way. Still a bit long and labyrinth-like but if you take your time it’s worth it. Plus a restaurant or snack to have a bite before or after your shopping experience. A must see to help you, with great prices by the way (whether quality wise or budget wise), change your scenery for your home...lots of parking space, a self-check out service which make shopping easy and quick. Lots of staff on site to help and provide assistance to decide what suite your needs.

Can’t find anything where a garlic presser has 100 in stock but none to be found downstairs. Restaurant is closed and bistro is closed where clerks are clueless on the ground. And you won’t be able to order for pickup in two hours. They would charge you extra $10 for dashing anything to your house…for two days! By the way thanks for the racist showcase with fake chopsticks, very cultural appropriation.

Always a nice place to shop and eat cheap food, breakfast is delicious and the ice cream is a must... But the wifi is super bad here.

We had a great time here and we definitely enjoyed the food! Although the meat balls are made from beef and porc... the plant balls are no less! We took plant balls because we eat halal food...and it was great! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Definetely refreshing experience since the latest round of renovations. It will get ridiculously busy on weekends so try to head down there on weekdays or weeknights, especially if you plan to go around the whole showroom and marketplace. It is the largest IKEA in Canada, so there is a lot of stock compared to others in the area (Boucherville, Quebec City).

Very happy to visit this Ikea location for first time. Very affordable furniture and household items, many of them on sale. Customer service is amazing. I gave four stars because of cafeteria is not very clean. Need more employees in that area to keep it clean and neat. No space to eat and if you have your little one with you then it’s very inconvenient. I really like how they arrange the floor. Rush during weekends, I could not find the parking for 15-20min. But for sure will visit it again. I will definitely recommend this location for amazing furniture and great deals.

Biggest furniture store. Good selection and wide variety of products. Self counters are available for billing along with other counters. Lots of floor area. Easy access to the parking.

Wonderful place to shop for your home decoration and other utilities. The best thing is the layout of the items, and the perfect arrangement of everything.

Ikea is a famous and popular brand and has all the necessities for life, and with the respect it has for the customer, you can always return the purchased items within one year and get the money back, which is very useful for some. Everything is available in this store and it has a good parking lot. The employees respond with respect and sometimes you get good discounts.

Parking is ALWAYS hectic it doesn’t matter which day and time you go. I’ve been to other locations and I find this one to be the best. Prices have gone UP, but that’s inflation. The inventory is sometimes inaccurate so I always check online before hand for my big purchases. Otherwise there’s always great finds, staff and service is overall great.

Over crowded however good stuff to shop around. Price have up on iteam which are not durable. Christmas items are fun to shop, especially the ornaments and these can used season after season.

Durring my trip today, I was lucky enough to be helped by the wonderful Clarisse. She has AMAZING customer service skills & knew exactly what I needed. It’s rare nowadays to find quality part timers who actually care about the customers. A must keep for the ikea team! Will gladly come back :)
