Not sure what is going on at Physimed these days. I've been a patient there for a few years and never had any issues getting an appointment. This year has been horrible... no appointments with my doctor available, they ask me to just keep calling every couple of days to see if the doc will open more slots and this has been going on for 2 months. The wait times to get through on the phone are awful. The receptionists are doing their best, the situation is not their fault and they are as nice as can be under the circumstances.

I have never experienced such horrible and arrogant service by the secretaries at Physimed. If you need to be followed by a doctor, I highly suggest removing your file from Physimed as before understanding your situation or looking at your file, the secretaries quickly jump to conclusions. I tried to cancel an appointment since I was going to be out of town, without even finishing my sentence, a secretary named Lana responded: " Sorry you cannot make another appointment with your doctor". Once I told her to consult my file and it was an emergency, she changed her tone and said " I can see what I can do". As I told her that her tone is not appropriate to patients seeking help, I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me. I really do not trust my health in the hands of unqualified staff who don't even care to look into a file before responding to a client. Any organization in which you ask to make a complaint and hangs up on you should not be servicing customers. If anyone reads these reviews, as none have been responded to, please give me a call.

I have been trying since end of October to get an appointment with my family doctor but every time I call, I am told they do not have a schedule for him. I have tried every week since then and we are end of December and still no luck. I am in desperate need to see a doctor but when I try to schedule a emergency appointment online at 5pm, within 10 seconds there is nothing left which makes it near impossible to get an appointment. This clinic has completely abandoned their clients.

I am very disappointed with this clinic. Our family doctor has been on sick leave for over 18 months and they were not able to transfer our files to another doctor. When I expressed my concern that our annual exams were due in March 2023, they replied there is nothing they could do. In other words, they threw my husband and I under the bus. We are both turning 70 this year and it is very important to be well followed. We had to go private. Imagine, we pay a ton of income tax and cannot receive quality medical care unless we pay once more.

Horrible! Do not bother with this clinic. You call them and they tell me to use an app during a certain time to book an appointment. I follow and app does not have appointments for more than 12 months. I go to the clinic, maybe 2 people waiting and 3 women behind the counter. I am able to book an appointment for the next day! The waiting room is empty. There are more employees there than patients. Something is wrong!

It's been a year since pandemic, most of the family doctors are still working from home full time. How come?! Now if you want to see a doctor in the walk in clinic, you have to make an appointment online on their website the previous day. Within seconds, its already booked. You are screwed if you don't have internet because they no longer take walk in appointments by telephone. On top of that, they only have spots for 20 patients a day and their last appointment is 2pm. Before, it used to be 7pm. Overall impossible to see ur family doctor in person and impossible to get a walk in appointment.

To bad there is no 0 rating..this clinic was once efficient. I don't understand who changed it. Its impossible to get an appointment. I have been trying for over 4 months. I can't get my family doctor. I have health issues and I need to be seen. When you call, after waiting for over 20 minutes, the person answering is totally useless and can't do anything to help you. What are we to do without a doctor. If I could find another doctor, Dr Machado I would say good bye and riddance physimed.

Physimed is a great clinic, however Dr Doina Sitaru isnt. I arrived 8 minutes late for an appointment and she cancelled my appointment. I have, in the past waited for her numerous times way past my appointment time. Unfortunately, not all doctors put their patients first.

I was a patient of the clinic for about 5 years. One day I was in need to see a doctor and wanted to use a service of walk in clinic just to learn that my doctor wasn't working at the clinic any more and I can't use the walk in clinic because the clinic doesn't consider me to be their patient anymore. I find not only it's rude but very unprofessional to refuse the patient that was with the clinic for many years and was in the need of the immediate medical attention.

Can never get an appointment with my doctor, even when it is to go over important tests that had been done and the doctor requested to see me earlier than we thought for a follow up. The way this place is set up sucks. While the receptionists are very nice, there isn’t anything they can do to help with booking appointments. Even if you call right when they open for an appointment the next day you can’t get one.

Worst clinic I have ever been to. I was a patient for 23 years. The secretaries make appointments and then cancel less than 24-48 hours before appointment. I am dealing with an infection that needs immediate attention and I can’t even get an appointment with my own doctor for a referral. The last secretary I spoke to would not give me any options but to reschedule for 3 months from now, she hung up on my face when I tried to explain myself, of course with a frustrated tone, as anyone would feel after this horrible customer/patient service. I know the healthcare system is suffering, but this is inhumane.

I have been with physimed over 15 years. I was trying to make an appointment with my family doctor to schedule an appointment for a year. Always said no schedule is available. Today I tried call again and I was told that the doctor is not practicing anymore. I was told to pay to the private doctor to do a yearly check up because they don’t have doctors to accept the new patient. I am panic now. All of sudden, I don’t have family doctor anymore!

I was very sick and could not find a doctor through the public system. I consulted this clinic and seen a doctor within 1 day of calling. I was given a diagnosis, and x-ray and a prescription to which I followed strictly. After the prescription was finished I was not feeling any better. I gave it a week before I called the clinic to ensure that I allowed sufficient time for the prescription to work however I was only getting worse. I called the clinic multiple times and never received a response. As much as I liked the doctor (he was pleasant, professional and seemed truly caring), I give this clinic a 1-star rating for the lack of follow-up received. I paid $400 for the visit and spoke to many nurses and professionals in the business who all told me that I should have had at the very least, a follow-up call or visit. I do not recommend this clinic and was disappointed in the service based on this experience.

Ridiculous. My mom is prediabedic and hasn't had an annual checkup in 2 years due to the pandemic. She has been trying to get an appointment since May. As advised, she filled the form online but did not receive a reply in weeks. She then called to inquire about it. No apologies. They said they would call us when the schedule would be open, but NEVER DID. So WE have been calling often, just to be told to call again when the schedule is open for the following month. It is now almost the end of August and we were just told that everything is booked until September... Incredibly bad service and rude receptionists

Probably the worst private clinic I’ve ever been to. Had emergency tests ordered and have been waiting over 3 days for the results. The receptionist who manages the labs does not listen to you and cuts you off only to transfer you to a dead extension that only accepts voicemails. You are better off going the public route because it will be free and you will have a better experience and receive your results faster.

Very disappointed. I've been going to this clinic for the last 15 years but the services are deteriorating lately especially for consultations that are not paid out of pocket and are covered by RAMQ. I went to see the doctor for a day surgery procedure, I was told someone would call me for an appointment in 2-3 weeks, no one called and I followed up and got an appointment for 2 months later. I finally consulted with the doctor and he said someone would call me to book an appointment for the day surgery at the hospital, it's been 2 months and still nothing. When you pay high prices, they are all over you, when it's general consultation, no better than waiting at the hospital. I think I might just change all together.

Rudest doctor I have ever seen and slow service. I went in for a job medical examination with appointment time at 9 am, and finally was able to set out of the door at 11:40 with just for a single tuberculosis test. The doctor berated me for take out the staple from two piece of form (I did it because they were stapled wrong), and interrupt me during my explanation with a "just yes or no". Extremely rude. can't believe it.

I have been coming here for 2 years for my allergy shots. However, the past months, the service has been horrible. Everytime I come, I have to wait over an hour to get my shots. On top of that, they need to check for swelling 30min after, but I often have to wait more than an hour! Which means a total of 2h! For a private clinic, this is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed.

The worst doctor I've ever had was Dr. Boudiffa, I went as a walk-in, kept interrupting me barely allowing me to speak then told me the cure to depression is to just NOT be depressed. The entire interaction was so disrespectful, when I spoke to the clinic director she was equally useless and rude. She assured me he has been a doctor for a long time, meaning he has been degrading and mistreating patients for MANY years. Steer clear of this senile doctor and pathetic excuse for a clinic.

No empathy from receptionists, I had an appointment through the GAP system, and I was a bit late due to getting lost. The doctor cancelled my appointment and I got no notification so I wasted my time going there. Receptionists response was their phones and internet was down… the doctor was literally there when I was speaking to them and obviously could hear that I am really sick and proceeded with leaving for the day.. did they offer a new appointment. The point is doctors and receptionists know how difficult it is to get an appointment with a doctor and had zero empathy.

I had to go for an ecg at effort with Dr.Rose never been to this clinic was kind of stressed out at 1st. OMG I was first served by a secretary that was so kind and smiling then the person who did my ecg was MAURI. She was amazing explained everything to me from A to Z. MAURI was the kindest sweetest person I have ever met and I've met lots of nice people in my life. Then I saw doctor rose who looked at my results and explained to me nicely and examined me and took the time to make sure everything was oki 👍. Bravo to them I totally reccomend them great job team 👏. 5 out 5!!!! thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

I have been trying online to get an appointment at this clinic for well over a year, there is never any time slots available no matter what day you click on. Please fix this problem, or just let people know to call for an appointment. This is ridiculous.

It is very unprofessional that the clinic still hasn't updated their website information. I had called to know on how to book an appointment for a walk-in emergency seeing that on the website it mentions "those who are not enrolled and followed by a family physician from Physimed Clinic will be able to reserve online a time slot from 7 a.m. on the same day of the visit". When I called to confirm this information, I was told by the receptionist that the clinic has changed its system and is only reserved for those who are already enrolled and followed by a family physician from the clinic. It's unfortunate that a clinic that brands itself as a walk-in clinic refuses to see people that aren't registered with a doctor there. So, I wonder why they have yet to clarify this information on their website. Also, their website is so bad. The navigation system is horrible and outdated. They definitely need to clarify on their types of services and need to specify who can have access to them.

Good clinic in general, especially if you get a family doctor here. I managed to reach the walk-in for emergencies several times and I always got a good treatment from other competent doctors. It is keeping up with the digital era, much easier now to make an appointment, also available by phone or web. Dr. Machado literally saved my life. He was able to overturn a wrong medication from another clinic and work through my illness until I became again a fully functional person. Aside from being knowledgeable, he is very open and friendly. His blend of optimism and compassion makes up for a significant part of the actual treatment. I highly recommend him as well as the clinic.

Service and care was top notch. Very professional, educated, and genuine in their approach. From the front desk staff and secretaries to the Kinesiologist to the Flex/Id Professionals, to the Dr. in charge, excellent and highly recommended.

They have appointments for laboratory tests available on the next day. Super fast service and great customer service. It is a private clinic and the prices are fair. I recommend.

I had a consultation yesterday for the skin tag removal and i was informed that the consultation would be free of charge and when i finished with the doctor, and i asked the refund of the consultation fee, the blonde lady with eye glasses that was sitting in the secretary desk was very rude, i didn’t like her attitude at all, and i decided to not do any kind of treatment in the clinic just because of her behaviour.

Their way to book an appointment for a walk-in is a joke. It gives conflicting information (5PM vs 8PM) and then it shows no slots even though I entered at 5:01PM. Embarrassment.

I consulted Dr. Yann Azoulay in October. He found, among other things, that my blood pressure was high. He recommended that I be fitted with a medical device (offered by his practice, Physimed) that would measure my blood pressure continuously for 24 hours, which I promptly agreed to do and paid for in full in addition to the cost of my physical exam. When I called Physimed for my results, I was instructed by the medical receptionist to send an email to the doctor, which I promptly did. Dr. Yann Azoulay has yet to share the results of the diagnostic testing that he recommended despite my repeated attempts to obtain those results. I am deeply disappointed by the poor quality of medical care that I received.
