Be careful of this "hotel". We got a deal online. They did not provide a fine print of the agreement. Ended up charging us extra for a weekend reservation (the deal was for any day of the week including weekend) which resulted in paying more for the hotel than the orginal price. We had even spoken to the clerk prior to booking and told us there is no extra charges so they lied straight to our face. The bed was broken (we could not switch rooms because no one is at the front desk until the next morning, even then we did not get a new room because its the only one left at that size) and this point i thought ok maybe they will give us a lower price but nope, they simply didn't care. No cleaning products, no cleaning service, room was dirty, the front desk made a mistake in my reservation and did not give us the room promised, the a/c was broken, not enough lighting, fridge was broken. Basically only the shower, table and tv was working/not broken. Absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this place at all. Would highly suggest getting everything in writting if you are still determined to book at this place.

AVOID AT ALL COST, the rooms are disgusting and so many things are broken, the bed sheets, cover and pillow were covered with hair, dust, and other nasty stuff. DO NOT trust there deals online or anything, they'll put you in a room that feels like you live with the people around you, you'll hear everything they do, and they'll hear everything you do, the walls are made out of paper. Service is so bad, no one at the reception for at least half of a day, they're disrespectful and won't even try to help you if you have a problem and there room "cleaning" service is so useless.

The owner of the hotel, mistaking me for a German, accused me ("you") of killing 6M of his people... This came after I said I couldn't care less about his 10M$ in real estate that he bragged with, and that their business practices (involving endless rambling about their generosity and even threats, after my credit card didn't go through) seemed shady to me. The incident would be laughable, if it wasn't the kind that fires up antisemitism.

Absolutely spectacular establishment. I am 100 percent convinced this is the best deal in town, providing lovely suites in a great area. You can walk everywhere and the building is so nice. I will be back for sure.

Please DO NOT stay in this property!! WORST experience ever, can’t believe it has also gone by three names too and has literally left a distaste of Montréal with me, sadly. It is now part of “Le Nomade MTL” and this was my most miserable stay in any serviced apartment ever. Literally no one at front desk, we’re expected to ring/message the “manager” of this property on Drummond. Unclear instructions, both a guest and I were struggling to find where to keep our suitcases till check in, and there is no one actually guarding your belongings? Honestly, unsafe… I also felt like anyone could break into the property since codes are used and it can easily be hacked + staff are aware of codes. I even came back to find out my door code to enter my room was changed and was freaking out outside my room. My check in time was delayed 20 minutes late (the room wasn’t ready and the housekeeping was joking with this manager who I only saw once, found this out only because I went up to the room.) It didn’t help that I had to rush to a time sensitive appointment too. They don’t even process payment at the counter?? It’s done over phone where they ask for credit number and card expiry?? Very weird. It’s not super convenient cause while it’s downtown, it’s on a hill. Tiniest shower cubicle ever, literally a triangle. Never had so much stress on any vacation like this, and I’m lucky it only happened towards the tail-end of my trip and that I was a little more familiar with Montréal? Can you imagine if you were flying in and experiencing all of this? Insane. You are way better off staying at a hostel or a Holiday Inn, speaking from experience it’s a world of difference in the best way possible. This doesn’t even deserve a one star.

This accommodation cannot be considered a hotel. NO reception, NO staff to be seen. For just a place to sleep it's okay, pink walls, black floor, it takes a lot of getting used to. We didn't book this accommodation ourselves and were unfortunately very negatively surprised. When we arrived, NO ONE was there to check in. There is only a counter in the entrance and we received information about our room and the access code for it via the intercom on the bell. The icing on the cake was a room in the basement with no windows. This is how I imagined Count Dracula's hideout.

This hotel was not as described. Looks great in the photos, the reality is an unfinished and dirty hotel. The receptionist carried on a conversation with his friend for 5 minuets before seeing is. He then proceeded to be rude and short with is. Like he was doing us a favour. When we got the key to our room, we headed down into want looked like work site/ storage area. The room itself had not been cleaned from the last visitors. Rubbish was left lying around, the bed hadn't been made or even changed, dirty damp towels on the floor, the list goes on. Add to that the smell of the place, I would safley assume it rarely gets cleaned. We went up stairs to hand the key back and explain why. He said he forgot to clean the room and offered us another one. We declined. Given his attitude and the state of one room, we really didn't feel comfortable saying there any longer. Please avoid at all costs.

I'm really surprised to read the bad reviews here. I had a great time at this place and I liked that it was so affordable for the location. The room was decent The check-in was pretty smooth. It was a little loud in my room, but the fact that my wallet wasn't drained by the rental fee means I slept soundly. So many hotels in Montreal, but none are at such an affordable rate. I recommend staying here if you are on a budget and prefer to spend your money on exploring the city rather than burning it up on a hotel room you hardly spend any time in. Still, building is pretty cool and the decorations are nice. The breakfast was a tad lame, so I can't give it five stars. Still, it's a good deal, I say.

Tres louche comme hotel, je me suis fait frauder ma carte de credit, et je suis certaine que c'etait le staff de l'hotel je n'utilise jamais ma carte et jai été charger la journée même de mon séjour! Do not trust this place I would not reccomend, I found them off of Groupon, do not go there very shady people... the rooms were ok spiderweb on the walls, they said that they provide kitchen in the room wich is true but no appliance were available to use it, service was awful, very shady staff I would never reccomend this place stay away!

Clean and comfortable, outdoor pool is small but ok

we went there in June, the interior looked nice , however, the rooms were super dark, no elevators. first room they gave us had no air conditioning! we had to ask for a change. breakfast it was poorly provided , receptionist didn't speak English. The price for the location was good.

Location was great. Overall look of the place was a little strange but nice room. No stove or fridge, handsoap, shampoo or conditioner were provided. We were put into he basement which was a little weird. They were very loud when setting up breakfast which was right outside our room.
