How to get a one Star Review. Step 1: First, if any of your guests ask for water to start, tell them that there is no tap water, but they can have bottles of water for the table. For extra low ratings, make sure to not mention that the cost of each bottle is 7 dollars (a whiskey is 12). Step 2: Make sure smokers are allowed to smoke right beside the entrance, and ensure there's sufficient traffic so that everyone's jacket, which should be kept right by the door, so that they can really have a mild cigarette scent when they get it back. It's even more effective if they're non-smokers. Step 3: Take about an hour to bring appetizers to the table, but don't bring them all at once, space them out so the first person gets there's and the last person gets it 15-20 minutes later. Step 4: Take another hour to deliver the main course, after you've taken the last appetizer away. Step 5: Never apologize. Step 6: If there's an escalating issue, let your wait staff deal with it, even if as the manager, you're literally standing 10 meters away flirting with the singer -tell the wait staff to inform the table that you aren't coming, and that the solution is to pay, and call with a complaint to minimize the chance of a bad online review -you only want the most dedicated 1-stars on Google. Why deal with an issue yourself when you can throw your staff under the table! Step 7: Repeat. Bonus: Give periods of 20 minutes where the waiter doesn't come by the table. For more tips on getting 1-star reviews, check out Prima Luna on a regular basis for all the best ideas. Once we finally got the food, it was pretty decent - so there's room for deteriorating standards there.

As per usual, great Italian food and amazing all you can eat sushi. Only good all you can eat in all of Montreal that’s actually good quality and that doesn’t have a limited menu. Good staff & service, everything was up to standards.

The service and food quality were excellent. The main meal was served rather late.

This place was okay. Many of our guests did not like their dishes , I.e. the Alfredo was too salty, the tomato sauce was too salty , the tomato sauce tasted canned, the risotto was too fishy, the seafood tasted passed and the prosciutto wasn't properly cured. My pasta was pretty simple which was just penne with oil which I enjoyed. The server was really good however because we were a big party (23 people) however the food came out really slow and there were only 2 other tables there as well . We had two other servers whom were a bit rude with us and my grandmother but I believe they were just frustrated. I would maybe return as a smaller group. Their foccacia was really good as were their olives.

My wife and I really enjoyed our meal here. We had calamari, general Tao chicken and cannelloni. Everything was delicious. Food was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. I’m only removing one star because I asked for tap water and I was told by the server that they do NOT offer tap water but we could purchase a bottle of water for seven dollars after tax and tip that’s almost ten dollars for a bottle that fills three glasses of water. Very bad policy. Here we were rationing our water just in case we choke and needed a sip. But I would risk my life again to eat here I really liked the food.

We went here on Thanksgiving weekend for a baptism. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the food was amazing. Also, special shout out to the staff, who were all curteous, professional, and fun to be around. We started with an antipasto with prosciutto, boconccini, grilled vegetables, cabtalope, and olive. Then, we had a pasta dish with two kinds of pasta, one stuffed with ricotta and spinach with red sauce and the other was what tasted like home made long gemelli in rosé sauce. The red sauce was a little too acidy for me but the rosé was delicious; not too creamy and the perfect combo to the al dente pasta. I was looking forward to the arugula salad with parmesan shavings, but it was way too salty. The next dish, a braised beef dish on a bed of mashed potatoes with carrot and asparagus was melt in your mouth superb. I was too stuffed at this point to have anything else so I gave it to my husband, who was happy to oblige. I would definitely book this venue for an event.

We went for sushi night! We had some of the best sushi I’ve ever had and I’ve had Sushi all over Canada! The options are amazing and super different than just the basic ones you usually get at all you can eat, the price is great, it’s fresh in the taste also! The ambiance is amazing with the DJ & the staff was amazing. Our waiter Dominic was amazing! He was quick, always checked on us and great sense of humour! He made my birthday extra special! I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The restaurant section is fantastic and the food is out of this world. My family and I had never been to the reception hall portion. It did not disappoint, well done to the staff and chef!

We had a party in the hall. The hall seemed overbooked to me. People were dancing in the hallway. What a mess!!! The kitchen couldn't keep up with all the orders. It took over two hours just to get our appetizers. I feel bad for the waiters because they did an amazing job but they can't serve us food if the kitchen is not ready. The food was good except for the pasta ( too salty). I would never book a party there again. We did try the restaurant side several times. The sushi wasn't to my liking. All the rolls had similar sauces so they all tasted the same. Italian food was good, but the waiter overcharged us for several items. This restaurant is way too greedy. Ooh and the waiter (old Italian man) on the restaurant side, spoke to my husband only (in Italian) ignoring me completely not even eye contact, like I didn't even exist. I felt like I travelled back in time to 1924!!!! Also forgot to add one day we came and they had kids' menu. The following month we come and he never heard of it?!! Interesting!!

Thankfully the Szechuan was delicious but the overall experience was not pleasant. My family and I expected to enjoy an evening out at a restaurant not a club. The diners in the restaurant were separated with a curtain from a party happening in the same eating area. The music was loud and every once in awhile we were interrupted with speeches from the party people. My family and I had to yell to have conversations and our very own happy birthday chant was drowned by the loud music. Should you decide to go out for a nice dinner I suggest you call in advance to make sure that a party is not going on at the same time.

Great food with great price for a chic and cosy Italian restaurant with a special sushi menu for lunch time. I go often during my break hour and the service is fast and excellent. Feels like old times standards wich feels nice. The music could be improved but still cosy.

The food was amazing. Unfortunately the bartender does not know her cocktails at all. I ordered an amaretto sour and she gave me an orange juice drink, which is completely wrong.

Terrible experience, service was non existent. The restaurant was overbooked and severely understaffed. I had the table d’hote, the appetizer was bland, steak was ordered medium but received blue rare. The fix was re-firing the same steak until it was leather. To their credit they brought a new plate that was medium and took it off the bill. The food was still mediocre. The only thing good was the presentation. To top it all off, they charge $7 PER bottle of water… with no option for tap or simple filtered water. Absolutely no reason to ever go back. We were there for well over 3 hours for a party of 6 rarely having anyone check in at the table.

Had lunch today with my tax lawyer. Was surprised to see sushi/italian/szechuan on the same menu. Well, it was surprisingly BAD. The Szechuan looked and tasted like it came out of a Chung King box… Just sweet gooy red sauce, frozen veggies and white rice. This place used to be good…. Not sure what happened. Service was good.

Terrible service and price was not worth the food we received. Not only is the owner argumentative, but the food was subpar and costed more than it should for a family of four.

We hosted a very important milestone for our son at Prima Luna and we couldn't have been more pleased with the turn out of our evening. The food was amazing, and the staff (especially Santino) did their absolute best to ensure everything was perfect! We can strongly recommend Prima Luna for hosting any event and can't wait to return! Thanks again :)

I was recently introduced to Prima Luna by my friend Gio and I loved it. It's a big elegant and friendly Italian restaurant in St-Leonard. To start we shared some delicious fried calamari, and a plate of beautifully spiced sausage. I chose a lunch special of Spanish Beed that came with creamy potatoes and grilled veggies. We chased our meals with Baba au Rhum for dessert. And of course the VINO and the conversation flowed. The atmosphere is a great mix of elegant and fun. The wait staff are superb. I can't wait to go back. One last note...they have a large parking lot.

    1. They have a "policy:" They don't offer tap water. You have to buy bottles of water, even if you just want regular flat water. This is so wasteful. 2. We were there for 5a7. When most of the table didn't order food, they cleared the table - our plates, cutlery, and napkins - immediately. In the middle of our drinks. Everything gone. Unreal.

Been there many times and all the time it was great. Last night was so dissatisfied, 5 min after arriving and getting our menus, right away , he came to the table 3 times to see if we were ready to order. the waiter rushed us in ordering as well as rushed us out. it was a quite night 3 families in the whole restaurant. No refilling of water I’m our glasses. Not impressed at all. I guess the waiter wanted to go 🏡.

Food was great but the steaks were on the tough side. The homemade pasta and lobster was superb as were the entrees from the table d'hote and the octopus. Service was great except one waiter who was rushing us to order (even though we were early for our reservations)

Food was good but so little for a 30$ plate. I do not recommend this place! I ordered a veal with veggie or a salad because of my GD they could put at least 2 portions on veggies. Left hungry and it took 1h 30mins for the food to arrive.

This has got to be one of my worst eating experiences ever. We were a party of 12 so I understand that the service can be a little slow. That being said, waiting for the food was much better than tasting it. My veal parmigiana was packed with tomate paste not sauce, something right out of an Italian fast food restaurant. My daughter has a veal limone, the tires on my car were more tender then the meat. Two young kids ordered 2 pasta dishes and both were not even cooked properly but I really enjoyed my beer
