Had an appointment because my ankle was blue following a fall and an injury to the leg, the doctor sent me for an X-ray to make sure nothing was broken. He told me I would get the results within 24h, I had to call 3 times to get the results it took more than 48h, meanwhile my ankle was getting worse. When the nurse told me it was not broken I asked what was I supposed to do because it was getting worse, she told me she’d get the doctor to call me… never had anyone calling. I am never going back there again. I don’t mind paying for a private clinic 250$ 10mn consult but at least so your job.

I have been to your doctor twice. I had a severe ear infection which was treated poorly. they gave me no antibiotics and no strong treatment. I had dizziness and nausea and I received no response and no more specialist visit prescriptions. i paid 500 dollars for 2 visits. the second visit lasted 10 min. I have now returned to my country of origin because after 2 months the pain has not gone away. I lost 10% of my hearing because of you. Incompetent, greedy and no work ethic, go at your own risk. Family member had a small lesion, went to UnionMD for removal and saw Dr. Simone Fahim. They happily charged $850 for a 5 minute procedure. Less than 3 weeks later it came back at exactly the same spot looking exactly the same as before, and they demanded another $600 to correct their incomplete removal (confirmed by surgeons at Montreal General). For comparison I've had similar procedures done at other private clinics who upfront guarantee their work for life.

I had to write a review as this keeps getting worse. The last thing paying patients need is being antagonized even before showing up. The wait for appointments can be long when you show up. Expect an hour waiting time when you show up almost every time. Some of the procedures are ridiculously expensive -I compared prices with the hospitals -and not covered by health insurance. For the money you spend and the reasons above, you're better going elsewhere.

I requested them to give my covid test report but i never got it. They are liable to give the results but its concerning that they dont provide results to the patient.

After spending 17 hours in the ER waiting for stitches, I gave up and called Union MD right as they opened at 8am, and was able to get an appointment the same day at 9:30am. I was seen at 9:30am sharp and by 9:45am I was walking out the clinic, wound bandaged up, with an antibiotic ointment prescription. Everyone was very kind and patient with my sleep deprived self, and while I don't wish any more injuries, if ever I end up in a similar situation I'm skipping the ER and coming straight here :) Thank you for everything.

I used their services three times in the last 2 years. They have great doctors and amazing nurses. The doctor call me to give me my results, which I highly appreciate. Something which made me give two points is the administrative group. They are just terrible. Every time when I call them, I never have a good or clear answer by the receptionist. The other time I pressed on the option 9 to speak in English and when I got the receptionist on the phone, the latter didn’t know how to speak in English. I know we’re in Quebec but knowing how to speak basic English is quite important too!

I had to call back the next day and at that point they made sure everything was in order to make things right and I was mostly satisfied. Changed rating from 2 to 4.
