    By far the best animal center store when it comes to aquariums. These guys always maintain their aquariums. They have a wide selection of plants and fish. The prices are the best between all the nature animal centers (yes they have different prices for same fish sometimes). Plants are clean. No snails or algae. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I do my research for what I buy but I still pick a few tips from them every time I go.

    Very nice and friendly staff, ice-free sidewalk and parking lot, lovely selection of animals, but I didn't get what I paid for. I paid for 100 live crickets, ensured they were warm on the way home. At most, there were 50 crickets in the container at the time of purchase, and half had clearly been dead for a long while. The survivors are strong, but I think a lot of them simply got caught between the egg cartons and died of hunger. I waited 3 days before discarding anything, just to give them a chance. I am very disappointed, as this was my first time purchasing from them. I have an issue with my leg that makes it difficult for me to get about, and I was hoping to breed these guys and keep my geckos and tarantula well fed over the winter without having to go out and do more shopping. I don't think I will be purchasing my feeder insects there again. I don't want a refund or replacement, I'm not usually in the area.

    I love coming here. The personnel are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly plus they have a great selection of accessories for your pets. Also, the animals are very well taken care of here. Great service. My daughter and I were served right away and our questions were all answered and we walked out with a new member of our family, a crested gecko.

    I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit to this Nature, I'm usually not a fan of any of the larger pet stores. But the mammals were all healthy and beautiful, with nice sized enclosures, the birds were well taken care of, but I was most impressed with the reptile section. They didn't have very many species, but what they did have was well taken care of, in appropriate size vivariums, with actual proper husbandry! I couldn't believe my eyes. The feeder rats and mice are nice and plump, and the insects were actually gutloaded. I went in for some rats and wound up leaving with a beautiful boa. 5/5 will definitely be back for all my reptile needs. Great job!

    Lots of merchandise of all sorts. Manager very knowledgeable. An other emplyee breaks off their conversation with customer in middle of customer speaking, to exchange a few sentences on a personal matter. If she had excused herself at the end of my sentence I would have felt less invisible, less of an afterthought to her. But selection is well laid out and inviting, so yes for sure I'll be going back.

    Large pet store. Staff is mostly professional and knowledgeable. They really take the time to explain everything to you when purchasing an animal. We were greeted and assisted almost immediately upon looking at the cats (I forgot the employee’s name). Products are a bit pricey and they definitely push for the more expensive products. Nice environment overall though. Staff could be slightly more amicable and it wouldn’t hurt for them to smile. Also, I noticed the enclosures for the hamsters were a bit dirty so maybe the employees should pay a bit more attention to these smaller animals.
