Friendly staff, speedy service! Fixed my weird watch. Not expensive.

Rosa's was able to fix two of my gold necklaces perfectly, and cleaned them to look better than new! The rates were very reasonable, everything came back on time, and the sales representative was very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that doesn't know who to trust with their special items that may need cleaning or repair.

I went in mostly to check out some watches they had, and was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman inside. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through a lot of options.

Amazing prices on beautiful authentic Portuguese jewelry and really honest, they were able to fix a ring and bracelet where other jewelers failed miserably I'm very thankful as they were my late grandmothers most prized possessions. Store owner Eddy sold me a Victorinox Swiss Army watch for $500 which stopped working twice in the past 3 years. First time it was covered under warranty but the second time he wanted to charge me $150 just for repairs. I am super unhappy that this expensive watch broke twice and the warranty is so short.

Best portuguese jewler my family always goes to Rosas for our gold

I bought my Tissot PRC 200 this store in September 2012. I love my watch and it is still running. I bough my dad's watch also from them in March 2009. A Tissot PR 50. It stopped working in August 2020. I was about to go see you but you were closed. I found out by another jeweler that your stored was robbed. I am deeply sorry about that. For my own watch, I would always visit your store, for the battery changes. Now I have to deal with another store. Paid them 120$ for my dad's watch and it stopped working again. They gave me a six month warranty on the repair. The watch worked two months only. So this weekend I will go see them again. Hopefully they can fix it. Son and father, both a great people, and I hope they can come back and regain their business. God bless you.
