First time trying the Time Out Market concept food court and it was excellent. I love the wide array of options from countries all over the world including Haitian, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Indian, Canadian and more. Try one of the Mocktails which are delicious or hit the adults only bar. One downside French first means no English on the menus so you will need to scan a QR code to get the menu in English. This is in so many ways a negative.

Should you go there during PoutineWeek? OF COURSE! This year (2023), there are four restaurants that are participating in this event. It's a good way to try all of them in one place. Other than that, if you want to eat well and have money to spend, you should totally go there! Always a friendly service, high quality food and waiting time are fine!

Call it what you will, Time Out Market Montreal is a glorified collection of fast food counters. Granted that the place is better decorated than most and that it tries very hard to look and feel trendy, but you're still asking for and collecting your food from a counter. Trendiness comes at a premium. Prices are higher than at most of the other food courts in downtown towers. Definitely worth at least a visit, if only for the experience.

This is nothing like the original time out . Food is overpriced for what you get. Tip option for literally not even getting served at a table . Is literally a fancy food court , with average food . It cost us 90$ for 2 , with no alcohol . For literally go order pick our own food and find a place to sit . Rather go to a restaurant and oay this price with a well deserve tip to the waitress. This place is definitely overhyped and is nothing like the real time out .

This is an upscaled food court where each restaurants have larger restaurants somewhere in the city. We had the chicken sandwich and vegetarian tacos that blew us out of the water. I strongly recommend the surf & turf and tacos asada and make it an assorted combo which comes with a small side of guacamole and chips. It was definitely one of the best vegetarian tacos I’ve had. Chicken sandwich was also pretty fantastic - simple and to the point but does it very well. No complaints but also no real standouts. I would recommend it if you are hungry for some chicken sandwiches but I feel like you’d find better ones in the city. It was a great experience overall and I will be coming back to try other restaurants!

This Time Out Market is inside the Eaton center in Montreal. As with other Time Out Market, they have a huge selection of some of the best local restaurants and bars. So the food and drink selection is huge, and very good, and it's also not too pricey either. It's like an ultimate food court! The service and atmosphere are good enough. But you are probably not here for the service and atmosphere anyway. It is convenient located, so you can grab something quick to go, or dine in? So if you don't know where to eat, just come here and you have the best of what Montreal has to offer all in one place. We especially like the Timeout Bar, ask their drinks are delicious, and also quite photogenic.

What an experience we had here!! The set up is like a food court but times that by a thousand and you get a high end restaurant atmosphere which was amazing, it’s trendy and clean and the food is served in real plates and silverware! !! We loved the different high quality food varieties from the different restaurant from Spanish to Vietnamese to Jamaican etc.. and some restaurant are run by famous chefs! we only had enough room to sample from the three different restaurants but will definitely be back to try other foods next time we’re in Montreal !! The food was oh so good!!!

So far, Time Out Market is the best food court that I've been to. Although I only came here once, I really loved the atmosphere as well as the decoration. So unique and interesting! 🧡 There was a diverse food selection from many cultures to choose from, so I was so confused at first. Then I chose Campo - a Portuguese restaurant for my lunch. The food was absolutely amazing! 🍟🍗👌🏻 I only hope that the menus will include English when I come back 🌝

Had supper @ Time Out Market, tried Chef Paul Toussaint Roasted squash with coconut sauce and rice; delicious, loved it very much! Loved the service too! Passed again by Time out Market, you can buy food to go. Tried @ Paul Toussaint Accra de Malanga and cooking bananas, both delicious. Please encourage local restaurants when you can! Had the grilled fish with sweet potato, delicious!

I love Time Out Market! The atmosphere is great, there’s always good music and the staff are friendly. I love their events and shows too. It’s especially packed around lunchtime so make sure to plan your lunch hour accordingly. Definitely recommended if you feel like trying good International cuisine but can’t decide what! There’s plenty of choices.

Was looking for a quick lunch with my brother in the Time Out Market and we decided to try out Chef Paul Toussaint's stall. We opted to split a haitan jerk chicken, and although the price was quite high at $23 with tax and tip, the portion was large. The chicken was also excellent, with a smoky marinade that was neither too spicy nor mellow, and complimented by well cooked rice and smashed plantains. The flavours melded very well together, and I'd be excited to try out more options at the stall on a future visit.

It is a great food court above the shopping center where you can treat yourself whenever you are tired of shopping. They have covered all tastes well. it has a very lively and attractive environment. Reasonable prices is one the other reasons which this spot is highly recommended! If you are into salmon like me, try the spicy salmon sushi and salmon poke bowl here, there will be no regret!

Such a fun interesting food court and space. They have food from every culture you can think of, as well as a small market with local business’ products. I can’t remember right now where this was from in the food court, but oh my gosh it was easily the tastiest thing I’ve ever eaten. They also have a cute photo booth up there for a couple dollars that prints 2 copies of good quality photos. Definitely on the more expensive side for a food court. My small iced coffee was 7$ and the bagel I believe 22$. But as an “every once and a while” eat, it’s an experience overall.

It's a big Food Court with something tasty for everyone to eat. There are food counters from various countries. There are also games for kids and adults to enjoy. The bar is also there wherein you can carry your food and enjoy along the drink of your choice . The area is totally a self-service area, no table service. Food counters of various countries are there. The Menus are mainly in French, however there is QR code wherein you can see on your mobile in English too. The place is inside the mall. A nice place for your taste buds.

We had such a wonderful experience here! We discovered this place during a shopping spree out of chance! Amazing place, with many choices of smaller restaurants. Great food, great environment. Had a bar with great cocktails. We tried Sushi, Jerk Chicken, cocktails, Gelato, Italian, and Ramen. Finger licking food!

It’s kind of like a fancy food court! Very nice atmosphere and a good variety of cuisine options. When you order, they give you a little buzzer thingy which lights up to let you know that your food is ready. One of my friends even suggested it as a good place for a first date. It’s not too fancy, not too casual — good balance. I don’t there’s 1-1 tables though. There’s a very small section of arcade games, a cuisine workshop room that looks super nice, and a store with Québec-produced only products! I do recommend you try going there for lunch or dinner. I would totally go back there. Also, it’s at the top floor of a mall in the middle of downtown. So, you literally have everything around you from stores for shopping to cinemas, theatres and even other food courts on the bottom levels of the mall, which by the way is attached to 2 other malls! How awesome?

[SATURDAY NIGHT] Nice upscale food court in the upper floors of the Eaton Centre. There are several options of different cuisine that can satisfy everybody in your group (even vegan!). I opted for the Paul Toussaint food stall, which cooks up Haitian cuisine and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The place was indeed a bit dark (not much lighting) with loud music, but it didn't bother me. I had no trouble looking for a seat even though the place was crowded. I recommend you pass by this place for lunch or supper after a full day of shopping and sightseeing.

The food selection is relatively limited. What's refreshing is that you won't see any big banner / food court restaurants on this floor. Most stalls and vendors do not show any pictures of their products on the menu which makes ordering slightly more difficult. You'll have to guess the portion sizes... And just go with your gut. The seating area is a little dark though tidy.

I've been wanting to come here for a long time and I was not disappointed. The lights on the ceiling were romantic and intertwined with Christmas decorations, which made it magical. There are so many options for food and drink. We chose Le Blossom -sushi & poke and for dessert Tunnel Espresso. Both were delicious choices. Sushi was so yummy. The cappuccino was so good. Love the art in the foam and the Reece cookie, divine. I will be back for sure!

Definitely a beautiful and fascinating place to eat out. Located on the upper floors in the Eaton Centre, has a cozy and warm atmosphere and big inviting tables to dine with your friends and family and if wanted with strangers, everyone is welcome and it feels like a big international family table. The Time Out Market offers many types of cuisines like: Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian, Haitian & Caribbean, Pan-Canadian, Lebanese, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Burgers, Sandwicheria, Patisserie and Bars. You can order from different kitchens at the same time and eat all together. Working with buzzer system. Food was really good! Definitely come back each time I am in Montreal. ♥️✨✨✨✨

One of the nicest food markets I have been to! It has a very upscale, almost high end vibe. Very modern, contemporary design. I loved the fact the design of each individual restaurant was united. Every major world cuisine is present so you can literally pick anything you desire. We went for Indian biryani and Vietnamese vermicelli - both of them were a delight. It tasted authentic, was flavorful and delicious. Even though we visited during Sunday early evening (dinner time) we didn’t have a problem finding a seat, plenty of them around were available. There was also a section accessible for adults only, meaning it features a bar and you can buy an alcoholic drink - whether a tailor made cocktail, bottle of wine or draft beer is up to you. We opted for cocktails and were not disappointed. As it's a food market located inside a shopping mall, the atmosphere might feel a little rushed with so many people coming and going, but it’s definitely worth visiting. Overall ambience is great, with some nice music in the background. I believe all vendors accept cards (apart from cash of course) as a form of payment and while the prices might be slightly higher than in similar places, the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere justify the cost. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Visited on a Sunday, July 2023. Paid by card.

It is a group of fast food restaurants with diverse concepts. You can find Lebanese food, American BBQ, pizzas and pastas, Portuguese chicken, Japanese, hamburgers, etc. The prices are very good in relation to the portion size of the food. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are well presented. Even though the place was full of people it doesn't take long to find a table and the dishes don't take long to prepare. Excellent place to eat something delicious while visiting downtown Montreal.

Time Out Market is a modern market to savour great eats and beverages. It's fine dining under a casual ambient atmosphere and a freshly modern interior aesthetics. Then transition to the Wine Bar for a Montréal vibe with great company and great wine.

Amazing spot to check out a variety of vendors. Tried the Vietnamese chicken bun vermicelli plate. Really lovely flavours. Also had a nata dessert which was so fresh and crispy. Almost like the real deal in Portugal. Lastly, I had the Haitian jerk chicken plate. This was the best dish of them all. The chicken was cooked perfect and melted off. Seasoned to perfection. Spice level hit the spot! Would definitely have this was dish again. This last dish is a 5/5 Only knocking off a star as my friend wasn’t able to try the smoked Montreal meat. This stall was closed as was the one that looked like it would have served bagels. Also the location is in the mall which is different from other time our markets I’ve visited.

As other reviews have mentioned, this is a glorified fast food court. I ordered the beef classic burger from Burger T for $ 13.00. As you can see from the photo, the patty is just bigger than a slice of tomato. The meat was "pink - red" under cooked even when the counter person said they cook it standard medium. Three bites and I was done. Positives : Nice atmosphere. A separate area for alcohol consumption. Large wooden tables that can seat large groups. Negatives : French only board menus. Have to scan QR code for English menu. CC / debit machine will ask for tip option when paying ... why ?, it's fast food takeout !!! Overpriced for portion amount, even if it's considered "gourmet". Without all the overhead cost of their sit down restaurant, you would think they would give bigger portions for their food court version to entice a visit to their main establishment. Note : I'm a Restaurant Manager with 40+ years of experience.

Food quality: delicious, tastyyy Food I ordered, and my rating: tenesee whiskey ribs (La Tournée Gourmande event) Food presentation: nice, generous for the $8 worth of one piece of ribs and some potato fries Service: it was okay. Understaffed, the cook did touch different foods with her hands: held the ribs, then held the fries and the chicken as well Seated? It's a fancy food court and there's lots of space, you can even sit at the bar area if you want to (no kids allowed) Venue decor: each fast food at the fancy food court is aesthetically the same to make a neat environment Please Like👍 if this review helped you!

Ok so this is some prime food right there. The quality of the food is supreme. If you want Griot that tastes like the one you can get in Haiti, this is the right place. The only downside is that the portion is on the smaller side. And it is in a mall which removes a bit of the fancy feeling you get from an actual restaurant. I give it 5 stars and strongly recommend still.

Food court with a twist & a must visit. They have a collection of some pretty amazing restos. We visited the marketplace over the weekend and tried out Le Blossom's salmon & tuna poke bowl - which was simply amazing plus made with fresh ingredients! The serving size was pretty good too. We ate while being serenaded by live music 🎶 🎵 They're offering dining in but you need to present your vaccination passport & ID. Brilliant concept & a collection of restaurants 👌 Instagram @zaraexplores

I've been to Time Out Market before and had the Vietnamese menu, which was absolutely amazing – definitely a 5-star experience. However, this time around, I decided to try the pizza, and while it was decent, it didn't really stand out. I'd rate it as an average three stars. Overall, I'd give Time Out Market in Montreal a four-star rating. The market offers a fantastic variety and selection from different kiosks, but I've noticed that some of them are just mediocre. For my next visit, I plan to explore the more exotic and adventurous menus. While the pizza wasn't exceptional, I'm looking forward to discovering new flavors and dishes that will truly impress me.

Ordered the jerk chicken, I had read the reviews that seemed generally positive, but wasn’t expecting anything new. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by a lot of different flavors. I had tasted spicy chicken of the likes of piri-piri, and had tried to cook jerk chicken myself but never got the spices right. Everything in the plate tasted new to me, even considering I have visited over 20 Carribean islands, was beyond my expectations, this plate made my day. Next time i eat out I know where to go, looking forward to try the other dishes. I put four star because it was only my first time here and I don’t know if the experience will be consistent. If you choose the jerk chicken, make sure you have something to drink, it’s a bit hot but in a good way :)

This place has a great variety of food choices! Very clean, very trendy. Too many amazing food to choose from! I went with Indian (Le Taj), however wasn’t too happy with my chicken butter dish. It was kind of flavorless and lacked some spices. The rice was a little cold and the salad was very tiny. The dish was just okay bud overall I think there are better options at this food court.

Great food, great ambiance and great music . Also kid friendly. They have a separate 21+ area for enjoying alcoholic drinks, wine, beer, etc..and 2 non-alcoholic 'bars', one serving mocktails and the other sodas and smoothies/juices. There's a central seating areas with wooden tables and seats as well as a few high chairs for little kids. Over the weekend, there was a DJ playing great music. Lots of food options from sushi rolls, ramen, pizzas, pastas, Mediterranean, Caribbean....

Ordered various items from different vendors, great location to try different items. Overall food was good, some could be improved. From Il Miglio we tried the burrata and ravioli, the burrata was disappointing as a full piece of burrata wasn’t given, however the ravioli tasted amazing and was full of flavour. The pizza from Moleskine was good, it was a good pizza, not much more to say. We also tried the tiramisu and it was not great, it seemed deconstructed and the crunchy biscuit around the side was not great. From Paul Toussaint we had the jerk chicken pea and plantain rice, this was very disappointing the chicken was dry and had no flavour. Would not recommend eating here. From Mezzmiz we tried a meze platter, the falafels and hummus tasted good. The flatbread was over heated and therefore seemed hard. There was no need for rice to be in this platter it is not needed. From Americas BBQ we tried the passion fruit tres leche cake and it was good.

This is not a regular food court, the food is upscale and its a culinary experience. For vegans, there is a Mexican Restaurant that is entirely vegan here. I ordered a salad roll from a Vietnamese restaurant and a Vegetarian Briyani. The salad roll was simple but absolutely delicious. The attention to detail is amazing... I absolutely loved the freshness of my salad roll along with the spring roll that was inside.

I love this food court - can we have one in Toronto please?? Cool atmosphere, chill, good food, I can stay here long time not getting disturbed by waiters. I can work on my laptop. Different types of cuisine to choose from. Cafe, desserts, bar. The only con is that the food prices are more to the expensive side, totally understandable though. Can be crowded in popular times but not to the point you can’t find a seat.

Went there before the pandemic, saw the owner watching over everyone, went up to him and had to congratulate him, food was spectacular think I had the rice, ribs, accra. Went back few weeks ago after everything had opened up fully, had issues with my passport took me 30 mins to sort it, finally went up to eat. Decided not to eat there for lack of effort on following protocols which I will not mention as all restos have suffered from this pandemic, dont want to be creating headaches for owner, only advice is keep an eye on your business, make sure your employees use their brains and follow pandemic protocols. Went to check mex joint, same deal protocols not being followed. Hit the Asian joints as they had it down packed (Thai 7/10 and Japanese 8/10), Time Out had the setting near perfect, but If I was them I would walk around and check if my tenants are following the protocols. Was super disappointed really wanted that rice and beans. Will definitely go back to try again but will observe b4 I order, hope they get their act together.

Upscale food court which needs several visits to try everything. Lots of choices to suit most tastes. Noodles from Marusan & Formaggi pizza (sauce mornay, mozzarella, cheddar, pecorino, tartufata) from Moleskine (this pizza is a MUST!) & Thon Tataki torched sushi from Le Blossom (this was not was nothing extraordinary)

Had the L’Haitien | The Haitian and a bottle of the Ting Sparkling Grapefruit. The protein is good. It’s a gem in Montreal, who knew there’s this kind of food here :) in the Timeout Market Food Court

This was my first time trying Carribean food and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the jerk chicken by reccomendation from the cashier. The chicken was extremely flavourful (although slightly salty) and cooked perfectly - it was tender and fell off the bone with just poking with a fork. The rice was nicely seasoned and the plantains added a nice crunch to the meal. My order was prepared so quickly that I didn't even have time to look at other vendors at the food market. Slightly expensive (~$20) in my opinion but decent portion size for dinner.

The quality of meat is pretty good and portion was large. But the seasoning is close enough to those homemade Japanese curry….The wait time was really long for food court though, about 20 mins.

Finally honed in on the Goat Curry after contemplating for a while since all their dishes looked good. It took a while to get my order…When I finally got my food, I was not disappointed. Delicious, freshly made home-cooked goodness. The extra wait was worth it - it takes time to make authentic homemade food. Definitely give it a try if you’re at Time Out!

I read great reviews on Google and Yelp, so I decided to try this restaurant's jerk chicken. While the chicken was tender with crispy skin, the sauerkraut was simply overpowering. They must have added too much vinegar, making the vegetables far too acidic. It ruined an otherwise 4-star dish.

Wish I could offer a review of the food but it's been 35 minutes since I've ordered, and I still haven't seen my sandwich. I've asked and was told it would be only 5 minutes longer. But that's also passed now too. It's disappointing. Sadly, the food wasn't worth the wait. Missing the plantain and the empanada beef was burnt. Hopefully they can get sorted.

Cerviche was bland, the sweet potato crisp doesn't suit. The plantains tasted like sad. It's tough and tasteless... I feel like the sole of my foot is probably more flavorful than those plantains. The jambalaya was ok. The seafood wasn't fresh, and the mussels only had shells on. It's more like a risotto than African food however. Overall the price is really quite high for very low quality /average cooking.

Great atmosphere, a ton of varied well thought-out food options from a bunch of restaurants from all over the world. I love the atmosphere. It's well spaced out so it never feels cramped, and I enjoy everyone buzzing around getting their own food. There are vegetarian and vegan options, alcoholic drinks are reserved to a special section. I get it, it is a mall after all.

We ordered the recommended sushi + some kind of chicken dumplings from the Japanese stand. Was yummy. The entire place is super clean, elegant and inviting. There was lots of room for people to sit and eat. Amazing delicious smell. There are a few machine games available.

Ordered here at lunchtime. After 25 minutes of waiting, I went back to the counter to see why everyone was getting food but us. They had not yet started our meal. It took another 15 minutes after that for us to actually get the food. Once we did get it I asked for hot sauce and the person behind the counter replied, “you have to pay for it,” and then walked away. Rice and peas were good. Oxtail super salty. Overall deep disappointment.

Time Out Market Montreal is located inside Eaton Center. It is centrally located. When you are in the area and not sure what to eat… check it out! With the curated selection of vendors, and a big food court where you can sit anywhere you want, it’s suitable for solo or family alike. There is also a mini arcade where younger kids can get some entertainment. Coming from Toronto, this place reminds me of our Assembly Chef’s Hall. I went for Iberico, Spanish food. The service was good, the guy didn’t give me a hard time for not able to speak French. I liked the Brussels sprouts salad but the pan con tomate was a bit disappointing since the bread was a bit stale. My partner ordered a chicken sandwich and found it a bit dry. Nonetheless we enjoyed the vibe with the loud music a lot.

We went to the poke bowl place since their food is always fresh and we were never disappointed so far. I’m happy they don’t fill the bowl with rice. There is a good variety of different components in the dish. Also if you want water, go to the bar and ask for a glass.

Amazing! Super clean, and there us plenty of space for distancing from other visitors. There are a ton of food options, I ate at the Peruvian chicken place and it was amazing. Highly recommend the chicken platter, poutine, and the pastel de nata dessert, which was fresh.

Just think of this place as a much fancier foot court! But there is amazing food from all around the world! From the ambiance to the food to the private 18+ bar area, it’s just a wonderful experience all around. Thinking about going? Just do it, you won’t regret it.

Insanely busy, does have a small area with a few arcade games for kids or adults. Does have an area where you can eat and grab a drink, wine, beer, or cocktails, whoever be prepared to spend as the drinks are almost $20 per. Went with a Japanese chicken with a curry dish it was so good that I didn't want to leave any. There were many other choices, so I'd make sure you go there hungry. If you can't handle crowds or have kids, I don't recommend going. For a date out, it's a good choice.

A modern upscale type food hall that makes the idea of a regular "food court" obsolete. There are many different food vendors; all with differing cuisines. I believe most of the choices are already well established restaurants in their own right. Seating is plentiful and there's a lot to do other than eat. There is a small arcade in the middle with table hockey, pinball machines, photo booth among other old school game cabinets. There's also a small market selling random local goodies and TimeOut products.

Refined somewhat upscale food court located within the Eaton Centre downtown. COVID vaccine passport required but getting past that you enter into a refined food alley with lots to choose from for varying taste. There is also a cocktail lounge bar located to one area with all the mixology one may seek. Meals here are reasonable as one would expect. Certainly worth a visit.

First time in this place and I was in for a treat. There are varieties of food from well known restaurants in Montreal. I saw the sea food Paella and I fell in love. It was so good that I think it’s the best I have had in Montreal. Cooked to perfection and reminded me of the Paella in Barcelona 🥰 I also had the lamb Kebab fro Le Taj with the garlic Naan. It hit a spot and was stuffed 😂😂 but it was worth it. The atmosphere is very lively and the music was good but some may find it a bit loud. It was hard to have a phone conversation 😉 I want to come back to try the other restaurants. There is something for each taste 👍
