Good clinic and good staff. Been here just this year 2020. All I can say is the personnel are all friendly. The receptionist is very accommodating, Nurse Zu also knows how to handle patients, very informative. And I like my OB Dr. Jaber because she is easy to understand how the process of my pregnancy going on as a 1st timer. But one thing I don’t like is I cannot call them it’s always on voicemail.

Jasmine the receptionist is very approachable. I had my OB appts here with Dr. Jaber and she is very kind and competent. The nurse Zubeida is very helpful as well giving tips about pregnancy exercises, food, etc. Love the service!

I would give 10 stars 💫 if I could 🫶🏽 the stuff cool, my family and I always feel welcome when we go there! The nurse Zubeida , she’s very professional and you can tell right away that she’s not only speaking from a place of experience but she genuinely cares about her patients, she also always has great advice for me and my new born 🤱🏽 and I wish we had more doctors like MD Kabangu 👌🏾👌🏾 .. his not like other doctors that just see you as a number, he takes all his time with you, him too you can tell that he generally cares for his patients well-being and you definitely know you can trust on his knowledge and professionalism.

Lovely staff! I am an Australian needing my prescriptions renewed and didn’t have a health care card. I was struggling to get in anywhere that had less than a 4 hour wait once arrival and charging $200+ for a 5 minute appointment! VMS scheduled me an appointment and I only waiting about 45 minutes from arrival. The receptionists were really friendly. The doctor was also lovely and listened to my needs and gave me more than what I needed which put my mind at ease as I was travelling Canada for awhile. Highly recommend!

I am taking my time to write a review even as I am not a patient at this clinic. I have called many clinics looking for a family doctor and pediatrician and have been told no many times or even hung up on. Not only did this secretary named Jasmine take her time to let me know politely that they did not have anyone accepting she took our information down and even gave up other clinic locations to try. As a result of this amazing woman I have managed to find a family doctor for myself and children, I would never have found a doctor if not for the amazing woman's help! Best and most compassionate person I have ever spoken to. Keep up up good work and I will come see you for any travel vaccines my family may ever need!

This clinic was recommended to me by my school and I have had a great experience. The nurse was incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful and the secretary was lovely. Everyone I encountered was very competent and provided me with the best service they could.

Jasmine the Secretary is exceptionally amazing. She answers the phone, entertains the kids, take appointments, calls back patients to give update about theirs results etc. She's the definition of super women. Dr. Jast who is supposed to be a doctor without discrimination and has supposedly taken an oath to help the people, refuses to see long time patients that are not vaccinated. He is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen and I cannot believe that he is allowed to refuse patients!

Today i went to this clinic and since I didn’t have a family doctor there was a walk-in clinic doctor her name was Thomas . I was feeling very dizzy and wasn’t feeling well. My body was very week . When Doctors took me in she told me to go to a CLSE and she didn’t even care about me. Didn’t even treat me properly. Never go to the walk-in clinic special Dr. THOMAS

I have found the location of this clinic to be very convenient. It is very close to the metro station. The staff and the doctors were also very kind and helpful. I'm very pleased with the care and attention my newborn son received at this clinic. Highly recommend.

I had VERY pleasant experienes with each of the staff members that I encountered. They were such a comfort to me. Zubeida, the head nurse was fantastic. I didn't feel my injection at all! I highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent service, particularly from the perspective of a healthcare student requiring vaccinations. Appointments are designated promptly and efficiently with minimal wait. Staff are all pleasant and do great work. Prices are reasonable. Will come back here again when necessary.

My mom has been a patient at Clinic VMS it's been a couple of years now which we visited today . I can never ever stop thanking Zubeida Ali for her most caring attitude and all the time most generous healthy natural tips and suggestions when chatting with her. I went there for my vaccines because I had to travel out of Canada. I met the head Nurse, OMG it was an amazing experience. She went over and above and I would recommend anyone anytime to go there . She is full of experience and very professional. Excellent performance.

The VMS clinic has a very harmonious atmosphere and has amazing staffs, especially with nurse Zubeida. Our conversations were pretty nice and intriguing whenever I have an appointment with her. She’s very professional, genuine, and sincere. She does her job very well, even if she’s fully booked. VMS is well organized they have a really good working team. Jasmine welcomes you with a bright energy and assists you very well in setting appointments. Nurse Zubeida is so relatable and takes care of her patients closely. She always made sure that my daughters are comfortable when receiving their vaccine and that are scheduled for wellness check up also my favorite part is when she gives mom hacks and tips. Waiting time is reasonable and the doctors are approachable and reliable

My son did his circumcision in this clinic it was great job..the staff are nice and friendly and Doctor E Kabangu is good surgeon..i highly recommend this clinic.

My husband had a minor surgery yesterday and I am so thankful to our family doctor, Dr. Kabangu (the best family doctor) and the nurse Zubeida for giving their best care to my husband. They are so nice and friendly even the receptionist. You can hardly find a clinic with staff as cool as them. I will give 10/10 to VMS Clinic and I highly recommend this clinic, great service.
