It is definitely the worst clinic ever, they treat patients with no respect or humanity. Receptionist number 2 is very rude and not professional and she even told me that I should be grateful that they gave me an appointment and let me come in. I am just wondering where is Quebec gouvernement why they do not take action against these rude and disrespectful "medical" employees because patients are already dealing with a lot and mo one is happy to come to a clinic unless they real need to see a doctor. I can't imagine that we have such a bad clinic in Canada - I have been waiting for 2 hours and will see when I will get the chance to see the Dr even though I have an appointment

I went this morning with my brother to the walk-in clinic. As soon as he walked in, he was told he has to call for an appointment. What's a WALK-IN clinic for then???!? He went outside and called the phone number listed but no one would answer the phone and there were no patients waiting in the clinic at the time. After the fourth phone call attempt, he went back inside to ask why the receptionist wasn't answering the phone and her reply was that she was all alone and it's busy. Mind you, only a few people had walked in and anyone without an appointment, like him, were sent outside to call the receptionist for an appointment...SERIOUSLY??! Then she said to him that if she doesn't answer his phone call in the next 10mins, he should go back inside to get an appointment. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Please tell me what is wrong with this receptionist. She should not be responsible for the management of this walk-in as there are less and less people who will ever go there. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I attended this clinic as directed by 811 because of a sudden lump I had in my lower torso. The doctor was very efficient and arranged for a scan for me after telling me it was likely a hernia. From that point on I may as well have said goodbye to efficiency and my own sanity. To get to the radiology department you have to leave the building and head next door to reenter the building and go downstairs. Then you are faced with receptionists who seem in a permanent state of confusion and are endlessly shuffling paper. To see them you have to wedge yourself to one side of a very narrow corridor which is often in use. When you do see them, and have their attention for more than a minute, you feel as if you are imposing because they are so busy and you are in such an awkward position physically. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule an appointment because I had family issues then an accident. That meant I attempted to call the radiology department. Oh dear, more trials awaited. I called the number for the main clinic and listened to the seemingly endless list of departments and followed all instructions to be told a different phone number to call. Fine, that is what had to be done. What was not fine was that when I called that number it put me through to a financial institution which began talking about investments and other such things. Convinced I had made a mistake I repeated this ridiculous game, even getting others to try it, to no avail. With no other option I grabbed my crutches and got my wife to take me to the clinic. I headed to the reception desk of radiology and asked about the rescheduled appointment and was categorically told it did not exist. The receptionists did shuffle multiple pieces of paper to come to that conclusion, it must be said. I told them I was sure it did exist and the doctor would likely be in contact with them in the near future. It comes to the day before the appointment that doesn't exist and I receive a phone call to remind me of that exact appointment. When I say I cannot make it because I now have another appointment for my broken foot I am told I was informed of the one that they were calling about first. That would be the one that existed, didn't exist, and then they were calling me about I suppose. Basically their incredibly effective filling system had screwed up. A couple of weeks later the doctor calls me to tell me I do have a hernia and he will be in touch within the next three months about surgery. Almost three months later I was in the area of the clinic so I decided to check up on the situation. The receptionist then tells me everything has been dropped because the doctor had not talked with me. Yes, you guessed it, she stated he hadn't talked to me on the date he actually called me and told me about the operation. In conclusion to this extremely long tale; the doctors may be fine but the support staff are severely lacking and the arrangement of things is abysmal.

The worst receptionists and really bad service. The receptionists need to get fired, this is a clinic where patients come in. There is absolutely no need for these ladies to be impatient and rude for no reason. I wish these ladies get the same treatment when they get sick because the way they act so entitled is crazy.

It’s the worst clinic ever. The receptionists are beyond rude, impatient and arrogant. They don’t treat you like human at all. Their boss is as vile. They will gaslight you saying how you should be grateful for even having a family doctor and continue to mistreat you. They expect you to be sitting at your phone waiting for their call all the time. And when I suggested that they should update their communication system to email. They simply wouldn’t listen and kept talking over me, blaming every thing onto me for not being able to answer their call or listening to their vocal message that they left about cancelling my consultation less than 12hrs before it. They always notify you last minute, when you already took the day off work(Happens way too often). If you are still considering going to this clinic, please don’t. They literally do not care about you nor your health! They will ego you. I really hope someone will do something about their whole system and receptionists. Have a good day :)

Dr. Zacharia is a horrible doctor. Doesn't listen to patients. While waiting for my appointment she was disrespectful to another patient and then hid in another room to talk about that patient with a nurse. We could hear everything. Very unprofessional and rude. For my appointment she didnt want to listen to what I had to say even if I was very calm and polite. She doesn't seem to like patients or her job. Avoid at all cost. Rating= 0/10

This is the WORST clinic i have ever been to in my entire life. Clinics in third world countries have better organized clinics and competent employees. The receptionists were not even wearing masks and were talking together about personal things instead of doing tasks they needed to attend to or answer patients walking in. They were rude and very unprofessional and made mistakes that even 5 yr olds would not! They gave us documents with wrong names, and were upset that we asked them to fix papers!!! Ridiculous doctor and staff

I have a very disappointing experience. I visit the clinic on July 18 to consult Dr. Amer Agha. Right from the start, the doctor seems disinterested and rushed. The whole process goes through without introduction, not any greetings (not even a single Hello or Hi, this frustrated me, because it is an act of disrespect for me). When I first enter that room, he asks me to sit down, then he starts to look into my eyes (I could say that he is literally staring at me), I get confused about his attitude, so I remain silent for a short while. Then he says ¨tell me¨. His tone is pretty harsh and impatient, it seems more like an order than anything else. My consultation lasts for two minutes. It is a consultation about my allergy to a specific plant. Toward the end, I ask him to describe to me that plant and how to recognize it, therefore, I could stay far away from the root cause of my allergy. Dr. Agha simply replies to me that we could find this plant anywhere, so he refuses to talk more about this in detail. It was evident that he does not take the time to listen to my concerns attentively. It leaves me feeling confused and uninformed about my allergy. I leave the appointment feeling more anxious than before the consultation. I understand that doctors can be busy, but the overall lack of professionalism and patient care is deeply disappointing. I have hoped for a more empathetic and patient-centered approach, but unfortunately, that was completely the opposite of the case with Dr. Agha. I believe there's significant room for improvement in this doctor's overall approach to patient care.

Awful experience. If you can avoid going to this clonic make sure you do. The secretaries are really disinterested and can be rude. I have been waiting over a month for a form to be filled Dr. Esper. No one seem to care. WORST service EVER!

Awful experience with this clinic. Even though I had an appointment, I got told that I have to wait for over 3 hours. The reception staff was very arrogant, rude and unprofessional and was texting on her phone, I had to say “excuse me” twice before she even got her head up. My appointment was scheduled at 11:30 and when I went to see the receptionist, for some reason she told me that she had it rescheduled for 13:15 without any notice. Very upsetting service. Avoid at any cost!!!

The worst clinic I have ever been too! The worst staff and I'm not even talking about so-called doctors! Zero professionalism. The clinic is dirty, without any basic sanitary conditions. One doctor, Dr. Massoud, even refused to see me, her secretary said that I was late even though I told her that I was at the reception waiting. What kind of a doctor refuses to see a patient?!? Aren't you a doctor, shouldn't your mission be healing people? She didn't even ask what my issue was, she just simply didn't care. And when I told the secretary what kind of a doctor doesn't even care about her patients, what if I die, she just sarcastically answered, don't worry, you're not gonna die. The worst thing is that there is zero control over these things and none of these people or clinics get sanctioned. And we live in a super developed country, Canada, yeah right.

They never answer the calls and never call back for follow ups. The receptionists on Saturday are the 2 worst receptionists that can ever exist, very disrespectful, extremely rude and loud. Never coming back to this clinic and not recommended to anyone.

The kind doctor I saw at your clinic prescribed urgent blood tests and x rays. I just called the clinic to see if I could discuss my results, and the very nice person on the other line said "No problem, I'll take your number and the doctor will call you back". Just now, I get a phone call from a very rude person and after I say Hello she says "Yes, you called us?" - I said, who is calling please? "Well, you called us!" she said. So I ask if this was Clinique Plein Ciel, she says yes. Then I said I called and left my number with your colleague because I was told a doctor would call me back. The lady, extremely rude (I should have taken her name but was too shaken), says to me: "No. If the doctor had to call everyone for their results that wouldn't make sense" I tell her, I am sorry but why are you talking to me this way? I am only telling you what your colleague told me. "A doctor will only call you if the results are bad. That's not at all how it works" In the rudest, most condescending tone. I don't even know what my medical condition is, I don't know what it means if my results are good or bad, nothing, I have no information. All I know is I am always in pain. All over my body. How can someone working in the medical field be so angry towards someone just trying to understand 1. The purpose of her calling me back 2. How I can speak to a doctor, because I've been told contradictory information. I had to hang up. How can anyone be so rude?

Honestly, in terms of mediocrity I've never seen that. From the receptionist to the doctor who refuses a medical note or ticket to indicate my presence, everything is disgusting in this clinic. Seriously, if they could they would piss us off verbally since the non-verbal indicates it. Avoid going to their house. If you, who work there, read this comment, know that you are a disgrace to the medical community.

I had one good experience there and that is when a Practitional nurse listened to my problems and scheduled the blood test and everything that I needed. I was scheduled to see a gyno ... they changed my appointment 30 minutes before it was originally supposed to be , they said I was wrong but I should them the 2 confirmations I got . The second time I went my appointment was for 10:30 . I got there 20 minutes before my apt . Waited for 2 hours while they passed EVERYBODY I noticed everyone was gone and was told that everyone went on lunch and they just left me there waiting and no one was going to be back 1ithin the next 45 min to an hour . My appointment was supposed to be with Jocelyn Mercky. Worst experience ever ! I work I can't just take days off like this and it's the second time I'm just being pushed a side . It's hard enough getting doctors to want to help you ..I don't know if it's a race thing or wtv but I hate this clinic. The only person I want to thank is Catherine bissonette for listening to me and scheduling the blood test I needed as well as trying ur best to have some help me regarding my condition . This is why I try to just look after stuff myself . Actual doctors don't care

The nurse and doctor were very kind and professional even with the long wait times. The nurse told me to check in at the receptionist R-3, I waited around for a couple of minutes as the receptionist was not present. She walked by me and said "assoyez-vous madame, c'est assez" with no context and without even saying hello. Overall, the receptionist was very rude, not only to me but to other patients as well.

Guichet d'acces première ligne gave my son an appointment at this clinic since he has no family doc yet. the doc saw him for 1 minute and told me he'll refer me to a pediatrician, wasn't interested in hearing any concerns. Gave me a paper and shooed me away, very dismissive. Receptionist told me to call the pediatrician clinic. It's been weeks I'm trying to get an appointment. It's impossible, because phone reception is open mon-thurs: 9:30-11:30 and then 1:30-2:30 and Friday only 9:30-11:30. What kind of hours are these lol? No call waiting, automatically hangs you up. No way to leave a message. Called more than a dozen times and all extensions are always busy.

TRULY worst experience. I got my appointment with RVSQ for 8:40am, got a confirmation the morning of. Arrived at the clinic and the receptionist tells me the doctor only comes at 10:30. They tried to call me yesterday apparently but I don’t see anything on my call log. The receptionist is really rude. She put all the blame on me. Again, I don’t even see anything in my call log. Well, she is so arrogant. I tell her no wonder the google review is so bad. She says: well people still comes back here and you will too. I definitely won’t. If you see this, Please don’t come here. You will definitely regret like I did.

I was worried when I was assigned to this clinic considering the bad reviews but my first experience was excellent. The security agent at the entrance was nice, the receptionist was efficient, the waiting area and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the doctor was professional, took his time to provide observations, diagnosis and recommendations. Thank you!!

The doctor was very good, but this post concerns only the radiologist in the X-Ray department. She lied to the patients who had waited for more than an hour, as she said that the person who was inside was not a technician, but her deception was revealed when the receptionist stated that he was the technician who was trying to repair the X-Ray machine, but he couldn't. So after we waited for more than an hour while the machine still does not function, she had to just ask us carelessly to come another day.

I had a really good experience at this clinic yesterday. I have not been able to reach my family doctor for an appointment so I went online on Bonjour Santé and I was able to get my appointment here. The receptionists (the main 1 and the 2nd one) were polite, nice and told me exactly where I needed to go and what to do. I was seen by the triage nurse and waited about 45 minute to see the Doctor. Doctor Farah was super kind and understanding. I got my blood test done asap then today, Doctor Farah followed up with me with a telephone call and explained all my results and what I needed to do next. I think my only complaint would be the parking. So if you are driving, maybe bring someone who can drop you off and pick you up because the parking fills up quite fast. Thank you to everyone there! I feel so relieved and I have peace of mind.

My first and last time with this clinic. I went to my appointment only for my doctor to meet me for 2 minutes. His name was dr.agha ( im not even sure if i should call him a doctor ). He was so rushing that i cant even speak, he just says whats wrong with you and thats it. He dosent look at the computer for your history, he just talks garbage until he makes you leave the room without saying anything. Its like hes working in a streetfood vendor where he hands out sandwiches and goes next as soon as possible. My worst doctor experience in my life. I hope quebec government intervenes and does something with this careless guy.

Have been trying to get an appointment anywhere for the last few days. I keep trying to schedule online at 6pm but everything is booked by 6:01. I went to a clinic today and they referred me here saying it was a wall I'm. No appointments needed. I walk in...the receptionist doesn't even glance at me after I say hello twice. After s few minutes I asked if she was going to help us. She said I need to make an appointment online. I told her we have been trying for days and cannot find one open ans this was supposed to be a walk in. She said how do you think other people are seeing doctors right now? So freaking rude. So frustrated with our health care system right now.

Met our needs. Provided timely medical care (on a Saturday) so thank you. No issue with anyone in fact I think they are overly nice (probably due to the reviews). The doctor took time to evaluate, explain, answer questions. Our experience was not like the many negative reviews.

By reading the reviews I was totally afraid to go to this clinic today when I got appointment for my son but I had no other option because he was really sick. But my experience here was just awesome. The Dr who was assigned to check my son Dr abid, was so gentle and good to kids and had enough patience and knowledge to make me understand that there is nothing to worry about his Condition. And the nurse who checked his vitals was so gentle and made him comfortable. I recommend this Doctor. Great work...

Worst experience at a walk in clinic ever, Dr Ana Zacharia was having a bad day and took it out on my 79 year old mother who doesn't have a GP. She has been on a waiting list for months now and I had to book an appointment somewhere to have her driving license renewed. She did not help with the paperwork and informed us that she would not be taking on more patients. We have an appointment with a physician at the clinic to have an examination and tests I hope. But today was just a waste of tax dollars and time. The visit was 10 minutes of abusive questioning and confusing my mother even more about why she doesn't have a doctor. I understand that a doctor has to take precautions before filling out paperwork for a patient... but explaining the process nicely would be more effective than accusing a patient of not answering correctly or lying. Hardly gave me time to answer questions directed at my mom which I was translating. She wrote in my mother's file that she refused physician appointment instead of:could not make it at the time offered. Just a mean person! Should not be practicing...

Very good service and very quick too. I was skeptical by reading the other reviews but it turned out being a much better experience than I thought. The receptionists, the nurse and the doctor were all thoughtful and well intentioned. The reason for giving only 4 stars is that the clinic does not accept strollers because it is too small so be aware.

The worst clinic I have ever dealt with! If there was option to put half a star, I would use that. The pediatrician was very rude and doesn't give you any time to ask questions about your baby. He told me my baby needs to gain weight, but I went to another doctor and she told me my baby is good. Note Dr. Warren the gynaecologist was an amazing doctor. Very professional, kind and sweet.

I was given this clinic while on the waiting list for a family Dr. After reading reviews I was curious how things would go. But I showed up for my appointment on time, they called me to see the nurse less than 5 mins after I'd arrived, the secretary was nice and polite and so was the nurse. I then got called to see the Dr. Esper Less than 10 mins after. He was patient and took interest in my shoulder injury. He asked plenty of questions and seemed sincere in aligning me towards recovery. I have nothing negative to say about my first experience.

My very first experience with this clinic and I wish they gave my mom an other group of family doctors. She is under medication for the rest of her life… I took her very first appointment for her today Jan 12th … at 2:40 pm and they doctors took her in at 5:20 pm. She go told that the doctors was «  late » I too work with doctors and I never see a doctor being this «  late ». This is why people just got to the emergency or stay home till it critical. Lot of health worker especially doctors and nurses have lost the main goal of their job… saving life… I have my own family doctor at this clinic and I will remove him cause one thing I hate his when someone that suppose to listen to you doesn’t.

I can't speak for the other doctors at this clinic, but I felt belittled during my appointment with Dr. Zakharia and the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. DO NOT GO. I am not one to ever write reviews, but this is the second time I had to come here for emergency appointments and both time the doctor was dismissive and irrespectful. This time she kept cutting me off, did not even bother to examine me, she belittled me and made me cry as soon as I left as I am in pain, but I am not being listened to. It sounds too bad to be true, but trust me and all the other bad reviews. Please it is not worth the few good reviews, go somewhere else. Also the receptionist was rude, but I feel like that was nothing compared to the treatment of that doctor who just uses her position to have a power trip.
