These guys have no idea what they're doing. Complete waste of time. Sent an email explaining the issue precisely with the diagnostic's code, was told to drop the car next morning by some guy named Joseph. When I show up the next morning he says he has no idea what an ECT sensor is (he thinks only old cars have it lol) nor did he ever change it before. Why not just say that right after my email thay you have no idea what you're doing and make me go to the garage and waste my time? Then out of the blue without even scanning or paying attention the the error code I provided, he suggests to change the whole radiator fan. When I insisted to pay attention to the code and the sensor I had brought him he proceeds to say he has to call his friend at the Benz dealership for advice and will call me back the same day (never did). Avoid at all cost this horrible place. These guys probably only know how to change tires at best and call themselves a Benz "specialized" garage. Shame.

Took my car in for a check and was very disappointed. The mechanic was honest but the owner of the store was very rude and condescending and tried to over charge me. Maybe showing up in an S63 there for repair was a mistake

Went for an undercoating treatment (rust proofing) today, The Owner and mechanics were very informative and answered all my questions, gave me an appointment during this time of the year when every place was booked. Highly recommended.

I've been introduced to Centre Exclusif MB by my father in the 1990s, I was a customer then for many years and now I've returned to Montreal and I'm so happy to be a customer again! The service is first class, the prices are very reasonable and most importantly they do honest repair. Unfortunately you cannot say this from the dealers.

Very nice staff, Mr. Nazareth has the most patient and informative mechanics working in his shop. Haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet, but I can tell he is someone who takes care of the cars and customers though his choice of staff. Really the type of mechanics to show you what's wrong with your car and the best solution to fix it. Transparent, honest and straight to the point, no nonsense. Reliable as heck. This garage has become my go-to Benz garage. Love it. Update: Met Mr. Nazareth, amazing Mechanic and wonderful people person. Really shows you all sides of the solution to your car problem.

I had a problem with my blind spots. Joseph took his time and contacted the dealership and realised MB has extended the warranty to cover for this known issue. Instead of paying thousands of dollars, I ended up getting the problem fixed at the dealership for free. Thank you Centre Exclusif M.B. Mercedes.
