I will spare you some details but here are the highlights of my visit: I had an appointment. I arrive at the appointed time and see two waiting lines. I get into the right one and wait for an hour and 45 minutes outside in line. Once inside I wait another hour, waiting my turn. I arrive at the counter and am told that the system has just broken down. I wait another half hour at the counter until they tell me to come back next week and give me another appointment. I wasted almost 4 hours of my working time, only to return home without anything being done. We are one of the highest taxed provinces-state in North America and yet we have public services worthy of third world countries.

It says it's open on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm so I drive all way long to Montreal Nord to see we were not the only ones fool by their misleading hours. Very médiocre service for a government service point for citizens.

ive been there today. I am extremely chocked at their customer service. Not all agent but there's one Tiffany (I think that's her name, a round haitian woman) She yells at the customers and her own colleagues. Maybe the SAAQ belongs to her father or something. She ended up by saying that she was tired of working in that place. Well my dear, its better to quit at this point. She's a savage. I know it's Montreal North but a little class won't kill

Just because you made an appointment, doesn't mean you won't have to spend an hour in line. Terribly managed place. Who's accountable for this? How many hours of people's productive time wasted here?

If you ever have to go there consider never driving than forcing yourself to have a such bad service. The girl at the desk was talking to her friend for 45 minutes until her boss tell her to do her job. Unreal how this is allowed.

Really Appreciate the Service Susanna was amazing ,knowledgeable and professional!!! Security Guard was polite, friendly and patient, very clean and organized!!! Would definitely refer my family and friends!!! Thank You for making my visit smooth!!!!

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. Showed up at 11:50 am on a Thursday. There was maybe 20 people inside the place and I was served and left by 12:25. Stellar service.

It's the only place in Montreal ryt now where you don't have to book appointments A little tip Write some no. On a white small paper and the guard will let you in but write a 3 digit no.😁

Very poorly managed, horrible service, the gaurd at the door is lost, letting people without reservations in and the one with reservations last...what is the use to reserve online if you don't respect it. Stay away from this location...clowns.

So ridiculous, my appointment was at 13:00 they made me wait outside the building for 20 minutes in the rain because they were on lunch. They should atleast let people wait inside. That's inhumane!

Yesterday, I drove for an hour and drove from West Island to this place after get off work. I arrived at about 4:40, and then the security did not let me in to go through the formalities anyway. My reason was that you closed at 5 o'clock and the time was still there. enough for the procedure. Then a man who appeared to be a manager in a shirt came out of the office, chatted with the security guard, and locked the door directly. Lock the door after 4:50! ! I am very disappointed with this kind of operation and wonder if every SAAQ treats customers like this! ! There is no humanity at all! !

The teller was very helpful. With the appointment it went quite well and fast.

Not one of the workers were wearing a mask whether there was the plexi boards up or not, they should be wearing a mask considering they are all working less than 1 meter from eachother. The only individual wearing a mask was the security guard.

Worst customer service ever , they still have the appointment strategy, if your a dealer you wait in line for ever , the employees inside dont take their shift seriously all they do is talk and waste time with customers the saaq should definitely change all the employees there !!!! Very slow very long & very unprofessional i do not recommend going there at all you will waste your whole day just to get one thing done!!!!!!

Was there on a Saturday around 1:40 pm with ither people but the place was closed already. They dont even respect their timing.

One of the employees let her friends cut in line for several times! They walked in without an appointment while I’m waiting when my appointment should started an hour ago. This is very not professional

Today it was fast...it should always be this way! My appointment was at 9:45am...I got out at 9:50am.

Quick and efficient, in and out under 10 minutes for change of ownership for car

This line reminded me very much of going to the hospital with a 5 hour wait, they do everything according to the law as is customary in Quebec

Despite the utter shambolic state of the SAAQ, the staff at this outlet are very courteous, efficient, and give clear instructions about how to get your business done.

I had one question ,I went there,the officer was very cooperative ,I got my answer perfectly

Horrible location they take more breaks than serve people expect you to make a appointment which they don't respect what's the joke... The real SAAQ should close down this privately owned location.
