Was there last Saturday night and it was terrible comedy and a complete waste of money. I am a very regular at local comedy wherever I travel and only 2 comedians on Saturday were mediocre at best, one guy made people cringe with what he thought was comedy but was barely comedy and I have a high threshold for political incorrectness, and one comedian was so stoned that he could not even complete his jokes. The host started off slow but got better as the night went on. Without the host the night would have been a total wash. Overall very amateurish low quality comedy. Would not go back.

If you're looking for an amazing time, this is definitely the place to go :-) Always great comedians, delicious food, very nice staff and free indoor parking. Once you came watch a show you're only looking for coming back again!

Jan 27 update on location: there are 2 entrances, one on either side of the Rene-Levesque escalator/stairs. When you turn right after coming down you will go through a maze of restaurants so turn left and it's right there. Jan 26 We had an amazing time and made a full night of this once we found it. A heads up many people get lost and our best route was from inside the train station by the Rene-Levesque Blvd stairs/escalator. Clean, great service, and food portions were "massive" so if you're eating, make sure you're hungry. Prices were great, we paid maximum $21 for each of our meals which included dessert. I had the best grilled chicken I've ever had, it had Greek style flavourings. My husband had the smoked meat. Both were loaded with fries. We got there super early, 7 pm, to get a seat and eat. Lots of reserved tables near the front but loads of seating and it didn't start to really fill up till 30 minutes before the show. Started on time at 9 pm and went till 10:30 pm with 5 comedians plus the host. All hilarious. Americans, hope you have a thick upper lip though. I would definitely go back for a night here and may even have that grilled chicken while waiting for my train. Thanks for the wonderful night and thanks to our server who was on top of it all and very personable.

Great night of laughter! The lineup was diverse to keep the whole audience engaged. The atmosphere was lively and comedians were a perfect blend of humor and entertainment. A must-visit for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a great time in downtown Montreal!

Amazing event, the organizer was incredibly accommodating and the comedians were hilarious. They each had fantastic sets (refreshingly not afraid of being edgy) and were exceptional at interacting with the crowd and making it feel more intimate. Next level experience, would definitely attend again and I'd certainly recommend to anyone interested in comedy.

Cute space, great selection of beer and drinks and their shows are always hilarious. I am always laughing out loud and feel super good during and after the show.

My wife and I, attended the comedy show at comedy ville on Saturday . We were blown away by the comedians excellent work , jokes were fantastic, the ambiance and feel of the event was classy and Funny. The Host Ali as always brings the crowd to life and sets the mood and stage for the comedians . I will definitely be re-attending this event at multiple time in the near future . Thanks again for a great and fun night ! Keep up the funny work .

Being a huge fan of stand up I was excited to find this gem downtown. My wife and I frequently visit Montreal, and we decided check this place out. Great experience you guys! we had a great time on Friday we decided to attend Saturdays show as well. Nice environment, great food and excellent service. Ali, the host, brings the entire show together, hilarious guy and does great crowd work. Every comedian we watched had solid sets, Both nights. Tons of laughs. Go with an open mind and don’t take things personal. ITS A COMEDY SHOW! Was able To talk with a couple of them after the shows and had awesome conversations. Really nice people off stage. Keep up the hustle, hardest job in the world in my opinion! 10/10

Wify and I had a blast this Saturday early show. All comedians were awesome except 1. Hope he got the message when people barely laughed. Food and service was also good. I would go again.

Was here for a Saturday show with a friend who was getting married, great atmosphere, skits were absolutely hilarious, and they all had some friendly advice for the groom. Ali, Hadi, Gino were all amazing, will definitely be coming back next time we are in Montreal.

I’ve been multiple times and it’s always a blast!! The comedians are hilarious and they sometimes have special guests such a professional comedians come on. Food, drinks and laughs…. What else do you need ?

We recently organized a private event at comedyville for a small group of international guests (20) visiting in Montreal at a conference, and Ali did a phenomenal job hosting the comedy show and taking care of everyone. The show itself was fun and Ali did a good job selecting performers and making it somewhat clean and suitable for a business audience. Comedyville also organized catering for the evening from the menu and arranged drinks serving, and it all went very smoothly. Highly recommended for company events! Super affordable option compared to other venues such as Cathcart in the area, and you get a show as a bonus! Only (minor) issue is how the guests will find the place, you will need to provide detailed instructions for the guests on how to arrive. The Google Maps pin is not in the right place, as this venue is located direcly under the La Reine Elisabeth hotel, even accessible from the elevators there in the lobby. (Suggested edit to the pin)

Great shows with talented local up and coming comedians 3 nights a week! Sometimes you might even get a special surprise pop in. Hands down the best spot for English comedy in Montreal.
