Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at Dr. Malotsis's. The hygienistst used a very strong treatment - air flow (even though I told her that I have a weak enamel) and caused some damage (even though she tried to re polish later for free, some scratches stayed). Every time I visited Dr Malotsis, he was saying something different. 1. visit - I had four cavities on 4 upper teeth. 2. visit - they are not cavities but stains 1. visit- he recommended braces. 3. visit - I asked some details about braces, he said he is not sure I can have, he would have to evaluate my gums. It made me doubt. Besides, I was not well informed before the treatment (filling). He was supposed to change one old filling. Instead of changing the filling, he decided to cover the whole tooth with bonding, he did not informe me about it. I would have not wanted to cover the whole tooth. The restorations he made (4 in total)are not bad but no so good looking. Dr. Malotsis looked always stressed out and in a hurry.

In this clinic, you feel welcome and cared for. From the receptionist to the doctors, including the medical staff, everyone is nice and effective, professional yet empathetic and the services are good and smooth ! That helps with the normal tooth pain ;)

My husband and his family have been going here for years. I originally had a dental phobia and they made me feel right at home with no judgment despite not having been to the dentist in years. Such a compassionate and humble doctor and the secretary and dental hygienists are just amazing! I couldn’t have gone through taking the right steps towards my dental health without them. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Malotsis, who saw me for a dental emergency. I had a total no-pain visit, which was fantastic -- and I'm very sensitive to pain -- so that's really saying something. I found him to be an excellent communicator: he provided thorough explanations both before, during and my visit. Both he and his staff were friendly and put me at ease. He is so good I now see him as my regular dentist.

It’s almost 21 years that I go to the same dentist clinic!! Today, I had an implant surgery done, Dr D. M. and his assistant Helen did a remarkable job, like always (I love these two - incredible duo: they made me feel so comfortable, made sure that I didn’t feel that much pain, and the time frame was excellent. My dentist Dr. D.M is amazing, very caring, patient, professional, knowledgeable, I can go on... and on with his awesome qualities. His administrative assistant Nia is wonderful, keeps everyone on track: patients and staff, she’s very understanding, friendly, organized and always ready to greet you with a smile. His dental hygienist, Dila, I wouldn’t change her for the world: she cleans and brightens my teeth, I always leave the clinic with a smile. His dental assistants (Helen and Sonia) are out of this world, especially Helen she’s honest: she says it how it is, caring and always making sure to think of her patients. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Dr Malotsis not only takes great care of my mouth, but also makes me feel super comfortable by explaing the procedures patiently at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

One of the most humble and compassionate Doctors I have ever met. Extremely knowledgeable, very detailed and professional. His staff is also fantastic. I bought a house and moved out of the area forcing me to switch dentists...big mistake...i came back and i will take the hit with the distance because he is totally worth it. Good to be back!
