This place has terrible customer service. I went to get some sandals fixed and they were suppose to be ready the following day. Since I was away I had my friend pick them up for me 10 days later. My friend went out of her way to find out that they were not ready!! When I called to question this they claimed that they had been "forgotten". So I had to wait even longer now before picking them as they needed some time to actually get done and when I went to pick them up they weren't fixed correctly and I had to wait again and ended up being late at my appointment! I wasn't even offered any decent discount for this terrible experience and customer service. I highly do not recommend ever going there to get anything fixed.

I used their service to repair the zippers on my boots and they came back completely new. I am really satisfied with the service received.

Incredible service. I bought a pair of gorgeous shoes from them. I have very wide feet and they were able to fix the shoes up for me so that they didn't pinch ! They spent over 20 minutes just adjusting and stretching them for me. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much ! Happy holidays

In July 2009 I bought a pair of shoes and a leather belt from Cordonnerie De La Gare in Montreal and the shoes were extremely comfy and the leather belt is by FAR and STILL my FAVORITE belt and I wear it daily. I used to go to a different cordonnerie in downtown but it unfortunately closed during the pandemic. I decided to try this store by the train station and I'm so glad I did!
