I am impressed beyond words! I ordered a pair of Perfectionists online, and they were shipped out of this store location. When I contacted the website to explain a problem I had with the shoes, my message was sent to Michelle. Yay for me! Michelle and her team (Hi Alex!) took on my shoe woes and didn't quit until everything was made right. I have NEVER experienced this Platinum level of customer service. I felt like I was important, and resolving my problem was important. Simply put, these folks are the absolute best and are a big reason to buy Fluevogs <3

An oft-neglected part of retail today is the customer experience, the quality of which tends to vary based on who happens to be providing the service. This is true even for premium brands. At the John Fluevog Vieux-Port location, I have observed that manager Michelle and every member of her team consistently provide an excellent customer experience, including pre- and post-sales service.

My favorite, Canadian design, best quality, professional nice staff. I could spend my life wearing Fluevog only, there are for all personalities, all occasions, all terrains, be it beach or road or ballroom :)

Absolutely a museum of shoes... but you can purchase and walk out with you very own pair. Hard to compare the quality, value and thoughtful design of the Colection, these are truly works of art you can wear.

This location may very well be the most gorgeous of all the Fluevog stores I’ve visited. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the selection is beautifully displayed. Impressive!

I splurged and got a pair of unique platform Mary Janes for myself, and a beautiful pair of Chelseas with a blue base for men. Brought back the men's shoes to exchange for size and my hubby ended up buying two more pairs of shoes! These are pieces of art and we are so happy with the comfort. Michelle and Marnie provided unbelievable customer service! Thank you for the recommendations and bringing up the one-off sale items!

On a recent trip to Montreal, my husband and I were so taken with the shoes in my the window, we went into the store. We were welcomed immediately by a sales associate. We certainly didn't look like people who would wear Fluevogs, but our associate enthusiastically was shared a wealth of information about the shoes, the manufacturing, and the designs. They spent as much time as we needed to appreciate the company, it's mission, and the shoes. While we don't know this person's name, they are a true asset for your brand. While we won't be buying Fluevogs for ouselves, we will be sending our daughter in NYC to a store for her birthday present. Great experience.

Love. Love. Love. I discovered Fluevog 13 years ago in San Francisco. On my recent trip to Montreal, the Fluevog store was my only ‘must do’ and it did not disappoint. Anthony was my assistant at the store and he was incredible. He brought me every shoe I asked for and made suggestions tailored to me. He was patient and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the shoes. Icing on the cake was meeting and chatting with John Fluevog himself and his wife, Ruth. They were awesome. So proud and happy to be a part of this Fluevog community.

The team here, especially Michelle, have gone above and beyond to help me out with repairing (just repairing!) a pair of mid-range shoes. Attention to detail and patience with a super-long email chain are greatly appreciated by someone who's now far away from the nearest retail outlet. Mille mercis!

The shoes are to die for!! I was able to buy a bag and the staff were so kind and helpful. Definitely come in, even if you can’t buy anything, just to admire the designs!

Visiting from TX with my Mom on Dec 27th. Wish I had unlimited funds-coolest shoe designs ever!!! Wanted to purchase at least 4 or 5 pairs of incredibly unique designs. Super friendly staff-they were informative but not at all 'pushy'. Felt comfortable browsing at our leisure. Will be saving my pennies for a pair of John Fluevog shoes!

Nice store, great shoes (I have 10) However 10 minutes without any greetings whatsoever, and at least 1 employee not serving a client and not a glance at me, nor any single hello. Disappointed, Again, I like the shoes but customer service was greatly lacking.

I saw a pair of shoes a few months ago at an event and immediately fell in love with them, but hadn't done much more than look. But I was in Montreal this week, and decided to go into my first John Fluevog store. Shoutout to Meredith for her amazing, kind and attentive service. I'm not going to lie, the store seemed intimidating at first, but Meredith was there to help, knowledgeable enough to know how individual styles fit (like that the ones I wanted fit a bit smaller than they say). She didn't have the size I needed, but she found a pair in another store, set up having them FedEx them to my home in Ontario, and later on sent a personal email (I expected an automated one you'd get with many stores) with my FedEx tracking number, and wished me well on some personal matters I had mentioned in passing. Top marks, absolutely.

Designs are amazing. Always get compliments on the shoes I get from here. Prices can be a little excessive but at least they're Canadian. Service is always excellent here.

Very rude. Because I was a poc they just straight up said NO! I was ready to buy bottles and ball out but NO cause we Didn’t fit the “bill”. God bless these plebs

Marnie was incredibly helpful taking the time to get to know me as a customer and find shoes in my size (12, so it can be a challenge). The best experience I've ever had shoe shopping!
