My 70$ bouquet was gorgeous but Maude really needs to work on her attitude and behaviour- You work in a service industry. If you don't like your job, you can work somewhere else. She is not warm and welcoming, doesn't smile to clients, and talks to you like your stupid (I am not exaggerating one bit) . Maybe I actually don't know much about flowers but reminder that I am also here to spend 70$ within 10 mins. I came here because saw the great reviews on Google, but probably will never again. There is plenty of other flower shop in Montreal and people who might genuinely do love what they do. Replying to the response: Sunday was the day i purchased the bouquet of flowers, I was at a house warming party until 6:00pm. Afterwards I did my groceries and organized my week. Monday, I went to work until 8:00pm, jogged until 10pm and prepared for the following day. Today is tuesday and it is currently 8:51pm. I just got home from work and preparing to go for a jog. Did i seriously need to justify why I wrote a review 2 days later? I mean, you asked.

Happy to have found it thru web research.. it wasn't so easy to find good floral shops in Montreal to.be honest...not even hotel concierge know about them! I decided to go in person.... shop has decent flower varieties...expect friendly service and reasonably prices. Tip: they're inside a mall. Orchids selection look lovely, take one home!

AMAZING!!! I Called them from Ottawa to have flowers delivered to a good friend and they put together the most beautiful bouquet of exotic flowers. I requested that it looked more manly and they nailed it!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! They also spoke English which was a plus! Thank you so much for your help!!!!

Ordered a dozen small blue and pink pots for our baby shower and they arranged it beautifully with "baby's breath" inside each. Service was with a smile and very friendly! Will definitely come back for other occasions in the future. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!

Update: I have increased the stars. The owner of the facility called back and offered a refund after seeing this posting. He states the restaurant Jatoba is at fault as they delivered it despite Jatoba not wanting it or knew there maybe issues. Either way he or his facility should have called to inform my husband on the same day. I can honestly say I appreciate he cared enough to call back and offer the refund. It’s important to keep good business policy. Hopefully in the future his facility text or email the person who order to inform it has been delivered with proof. As for Jatoba, we will inquire more into this and I hope he does too. Initial review below: I really would like to give it a ZERO star. They took the money and the order without any issue, but did not deliver. When inquired about this the next day they said the restaurant did not take the flowers. Instead of calling or reaching out via email or phone (given at time of placing the order) to inform my husband on the same day, he had to call them the next day to ask what happened! Apparently they gave a long explaination of what happened but no apologies or refund. 🤯

Owner was very friendly and accommodated request to ship out the love poem box within a short time frame and also accommodated for specific delivery timings as well!

Beautiful restaurant who’s upstairs is more formal or have a casual dinner with fun pencils hanging from the ceiling to doodle with and eat downstairs.

Excellent work for our wedding arrangements. We came in with only vague ideas, and they took the reins and did beautiful work. Very reasonable prices, very communicative and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone!

I got the "famous bouquet" from la prentania for my sisters birthday. She was so happy also the flowers lasted for about 3 weeks and made the house smell like lilis and daisis. Thanks so much you will see me again!

Flowers were pleasing to the eye and fresh, even during the valentine's day delivery rush. If the flowers are good on 2/14, I'm sure the other days will be excellent as well. The delivery man tried extra hard to find my recipient, spending half an hour wandering inside a secured office building to deliver a dozen roses straight to her desk. I appreciate the effort, but how did he get past the badge readers and security guard? My conclusion is that Laprentania hires ninjas to assist in busy season. 10/10.
