We have been using this parking garage for 4 years visiting our college student and had no issues. However the parking spots are not drawn and painted clearly and has faded so you may get a note on your car saying 3 cars are suppose to be parked in a tight space OR a note that only 2 cars are suppose to be parked in the same kind of space since you could be blocking the cars parked in the back rows. In our case you could be getting a note and a long large key scratch on the driver side. I only can assume a 2 year old is hired to attend this parking lot 🙄

Aweful customer service and dirty parking. A car parked behind my car where he/she wasn’t supposed to so I could not get out. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and they could not care less.

Please don’t park here! our car got stolen from here and when we talked to one of the attendants he said EIGHT cars have been stolen in the past month. Not sure if he was exaggerating as another one said “only” one had been stolen last week, but he said it’s a risk. Campus1 security also wouldn’t allow the police to look at the security cameras and said one of their people would come and do it? Extremely shady and weird vibes, our whole car got stolen which is a massive loss! Plz be careful here- there are no cameras on the levels with the car, only exit and entrance, and there is 0 oversight or security.

My car was stolen and broken into on separate occasions in this garage. Target park was unwilling to pull security camera footage for the police and my insurance. I strongly recommend against parking this this garage under any circumstances. Thieves know to target this garage because management does not do anything to stop them. Beware.

AVOID!!!! Horrible parking lot. Their system is a mess (SCAM). They kept putting warnings on my car even though I’m paying for the parking daily. So later I got the monthly parking in the hope that this problem would go away. However, even when I’m paying $228 monthly, nothing changed. When you want to access your car,no one is there to unlock the door to the indoor parking,there is a dial up which has no human contact ,it;s alway leave a message after the tone,we had to wait for a car to come in that made the garage door open,almost 30 min wait, seven of us waiting to get in.Not a postive system
