My
sisters
and
I
stayed
in
a
hotel
that
was
booked
from
the
US.
When
we
get
there
they
dropped
for
us
all
the
way
in
the
back
side
of
the
building
and
they
did
not
have
an
elevator.
The
room
was
small
and
nasty
with
very
smelly
bedding.
Our
trip
was
for
business
and
my
sister
doesn’t
want
to
complain
with
customers
service
but
we
found
out
that
we
paid
more
for
a
better
room
but
they
ended
up
giving
us
a
worse
room
that
was
listed
as
a
cheaper
option.
The
room
we
booked
and
the
room
we
stayed
at
was
definitely
different
so
we
asked
customer
service
because
we
found
out
the
room
price
the
one
we
booked
two
persons
for
and
we
got
a
room
that
was
listed
as
half
the
value
as
the
room
we
were
supposed
to
receive
yet
we
still
paid
the
same
amount
and
we
have
to
carry
our
stuff
up
the
stairs
ourselves
since
there
was
no
elevator.
They
said
all
this
happened
because
we
booked
through
an
online
source
as
opposed
to
buying
it
there
in
person.
