平日に初訪問しました。 素泊まり4,100円、部屋の広さ、景観(高速IC近く)、アメニティ、セキュリティ等で、お得だと思います。 元々、マンスリーの部屋らしく長期滞在の場所らしく部屋には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、流し(食器無し)、冷暖房設備あり、長期滞在は割引もあるらしい❓️ コンビニ(800mくらい)あり。 レストラン等もあり。 以前は室内プール、温泉，食べ放題レストランなどもあったらしい(コロナで休業中❓️)。

外観が暗いですよね。雑草伸び放題で手入れされてない。店長さんも手が回らないのでしょう。 お風呂も食べ物にも手が回ってないように思えます。

値段が安くて決めたが、部屋はとても広く、洗濯機やソファ3つ、テレビもあり設備は良かった。 ただカーテンがボロボロで破けていたり、長さが足りず完全に閉めることが出来なかった。 ソファもあるのは良いがシミが何ヶ所かについてて綺麗ではなかった。 お風呂も浴槽に髪の毛が落ちていたり、前の人？の湿布が棚に置きっぱなしだったり清掃が行き届いておらず残念だった。 スタッフの対応は親切で良かったが、21時すぎると館内にスタッフが誰も居なくなるとのことで万が一の時に不安がある。

真岡インター近く。車でのアクセスは抜群で駐車場は広いです。 公共交通機関で来られる方は成田空港から１日３本のバスが停まりますが、一般の路線バスはありません。真岡駅からはタクシー必須です。 チェックインは20時迄、夜間は無人になりますので夜遅くのチェックインの際はご注意ください。 立派な施設で部屋は申し分無いです。 電気コンロ、洗濯機、ポット、電子レンジ、掃除機、空気清浄機があります。 部屋のお風呂も温泉は出ますが、お湯が出るまでは出しっぱなしで30分以上かかるとの記載がありましたので、すぐ出る普通のお湯にしました。 大浴場を含め、宿泊以外のすべての施設が利用中止となっています。そのため食事は施設内では取れません。 自動販売機のみ、エントランスの所にあり、アルコールも買えます。 近場の飲食店はすぐ脇にあるパチンコ屋の駐車場内にラーメン屋があり近いです。 コンビニは国道408号を下館方面に向かうとファミマ、北に向かうとローソン、セブンイレブンがありますが、歩くと距離がありますので事前調達をオススメします。 一言で言うと豪華施設が休業中の勿体無いホテルです。
