１２月、小雨の寒い土曜のお昼に来店。
テーブル席二つ、カウンター三席、コロナ禍の為？キャパ１０人程のお店でした。
たまたまテーブル席の方は配膳がすんだ所だったのでグッドタイミングで入店出来ました。ワンオペなのかな？店主が調理、配膳、会計と忙しそうな感じです。
メニューが若干わかりづらい気がしますが、初めてなのでとりあえず、かけうどんと天ぷら３点のAセットを注文。まずは天ぷら、その後数分でうどん着丼。外で仕事をしていて身体が冷えていたので「あつかけ」にしましたが、麺も出汁も美味い。噛み応えのあるうどんに大満足！！
汁はもちろん残さず完飲。
相方は「そのまま」でかき揚げうどんでしたが、水でしめている麺なので汁はぬるくなっても麺のコシを味わうにはこちらの方が良いかも。（私は柔麺が好み）
別皿の天ぷらは塩と讃岐醤油が付いてきます。西の甘い醤油は苦手ですが、天ぷらにはかけても美味しかったです。もちろんうどんに入れて出汁を染み込ませても美味い！
夜も一人で切り盛りしているのかな？夜のメニューも多いけど。
ちなみに生ビールサーバーには自分で注いだら－１０円。申告制って書いてありましたw
混んでいたら時間がかかりそうなお店ですが、近くの某チェーン店ではなくこっちを選んだ自分は何だか得した気分になりました！（自己満足ですが）
