We've
been
going
here
for
a
few
summers
and
have
always
had
a
great
experience.
However,
traffic
heading
into
the
carpark
is
always
a
sore
point.
It
would
really
help
if
they
opened
the
gate
at
the
north
end
of
the
carpark,
but
for
some
reason
they
don't.
So
with
only
one
entry
point,
there
is
always
an
inevitable
logjam
with
cars
coming
from
each
direction.
Expect
to
wait
at
least
15
to
30
minutes
moving
at
a
slow
crawl.
Other
than
that,
once
inside
everything
is
great.
The
wave
pool
goes
every
20
minutes,
which
is
much
better
than
the
once
per
hour
at
other
pools.
And
there's
a
variety
of
slides
if
you're
ready
to
wait.
The
straight
slides
don't
actually
take
so
long
to
queue,
but
the
twisty
slides
require
a
good
deal
of
patience.
The
lazy
river
is
a
bit
chilly,
but
not
too
bad,
and
there's
a
few
other
fun
water
features
for
the
kids
to
enjoy.
We
went
on
a
weekday
just
after
obon,
and
arrived
about
90
minutes
after
opening,
but
there
was
still
plenty
of
space
to
pitch
the
tent.
Getting
food
wasn't
an
issue
either,
as
there
were
lots
of
food
trucks
and
ticket
windows
with
yakisoba,
fried
chicken,
kebabs,
crepes
etc
etc.
Food
was
reasonably
priced
and
tasty
enough.
At
the
price
of
admission,
Ichiman-nin
Pool
can't
be
beat.
I
guess
it
being
not
so
close
to
Tokyo
helps
keep
the
big
crowds
away,
but
we
still
make
the
drive
each
year.
