There's no one else I would book a liveaboard with! Marcel was extremely patient with all my questions and stayed on top of all the details to coordinate a unique itenarery. On top of that I happened to pick diving in Sudan the week that war broke out. Marcel was a lifeline in a super stressful situation, going above and beyond calling travel insurance and airlines on my behalf trying to get me evacuated safely while also protecting my wallet. I can't recommend working with Marcel enough! If there's somewhere you want to dive I guarantee you he's been there and knows the best way to do it.

We all love the ocean and whats more; we love intimate close encounters in unknown areas of the world and BTM does just that! Add to that Having our dear Marcel at your right hand and you surely will have an ease of mind, he will handle things from A to Z smoothly and efficiently. Our trip to the Azores was the best 12 days i had of my life; meeting the wonderful Vanessa Cara-kerr, being flexible, having an amazing like minded people, good food and extremely professional passionate dive operators just made this whole trip just perfect. Marcel from Behind the Mask did an awesome job putting together an individual trip to Indonesia for us. Every detail was thought through and worked perfectly together - from airlines, stopover stays to transfer shuttles. Marcel also recommended an (almost) secret destination to us where we had fantastic scuba and Freediving experiences. The resort is petite, very remote and has the best house reef we ever saw. My Maldives trip with Behind The Mask was the best diving trip I’ve ever been on! The trip organisation was spot on, the diving was spectacular and the BTM crew are all total legends! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a lot of fun on the best dive trips around.

Had the pleasure of going on my first dive trip/livaboard to the Red Sea with Behind the Mask travel; I had only four logged dives and I was very nervous. Marcel and Tim went to great depths (literally and figuratively) to make sure I had fully guided dives and that I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the trip. The experiences we shared beneath the water were unforgettable, but it was the genuine kindness and love above the water that truly touched my heart. Top organisation and top destination. Marcel & Simona planned a whole trip (20 days) to Sipadan (diving) and Bornéo (jungle trek) for me. All lodges and activities booked were perfect. You can rely on their choices.
