This family run store is manned by true professionals who exemplify how amazing people are in a smaller town in Bavaria compared to larger chain bike shops in Munich. They always have that extra bit of time for you and my experience with them was so good. They also took care of small things which I had left out in my service and I felt very special. The prices are definitely wallet friendly. They operate an ATM for crucial bike parts which I feel is very much needed especially as I come from a rural village and a flat tire or a critical fault can render me totally without transport facilities to reach home and this is a crucial and much needed facility. Went in with the goal of buying a cross bike. Left the store 30 min later with a bike and everything else I needed. Very knowledgeable staff that helped me get what I wanted. Fantastic store. 100% recommended.

From top to bottom, an outstanding experience. Robin did a wonderful job helping me purchase a bike for my daughter. Well informed, patient and each time I visited he had a positive attitude and a sincere desire to help me. The other worker was also always very accommodating and very helpful. They offer a level of friendliness and customer service here that is well above the typical German gruffness and indifference. I also got my bike serviced here and the guy in the workshop did such a fantastic job that there is a noticeable difference in how well it rides now; It literally hasn't ridden this great in years. Smooth like butter. All in all, I highly recommend this bike shop.

Great service, uncomplicated and perfect advice. The price for the new e-bike was also great! Local is sometimes better than online! :) Update 09/2023 Purchased another bike for a family member, and thanks to the competent advice and short distances, this took less than 10 minutes. In addition, the price was again completely ok. Buy locally, large retailers or the www are not always better and/or cheaper. All in all, gladly again! P.s. official dealer for the CUBE brand.
