Good hospitality, clean rooms, room service, parking facilities, food all perfect. The hotel is in the main area so it is easy to stay and rome around. They have a huge and neat Parking space with a separate security services system. Rooms are comfortable to stay in. Swift room service. Employees respond with care and respect. Reasonable price.

The food is cooked to perfection and the flavors are amazing. The staff were happy to make recommendations and were happy to cater to any dietary requirements. The hotel is good, the rooms are classy but the staff needs to be a bit more professional. Moreover, the restaurant of the hotel is 'pure vegetarian' and you can't even get an omelette for breakfast.

The attentive service and warm hospitality make it an ideal choice for hosting memorable birthday parties.

Food quality is bad n service too

The stay is great on budget however expected a little good food taste as the food was average however we had a overall good experience. The staff was very helpful and polite with us...the service is very quick unexpectedly quick. Good service Good budget Could have been good taste in food

Stay was quite comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms are well maintained & furnished with good standard of hygienic wash area. Could observe a corner where scope of improvement is there - 1) Display of contact matrix on Reception desk can develop a confidence in customer to serve you better and some one is there to listen you, if duty staff is finds difficulties to deliver the service. 2) Being in hospitality field, duty staff on reception desk should always be able to respond customer's query. 3) Time utilized by night duty Executive for preparing checkout billing could be minimised if professionally trained. 4) Presence of atleast one Senior Executive is essential to enhance the customer delight and comfort. Following review is about their food experience:- I had a thali from this restaurant on 13th of may at night around 8 pm. And it was my worst day of life trust me. I suffered food poisoning later that same night at home. I won't forget this incident. From 2 AM to 7 AM, suffered from continuous vomiting. At one point I felt like fainting with no one at home. Worst experience.

Best hotel and staff We are in 20 persons stayed for three weeks .Not a single complain fantastic room service, hygiene and staff behaviour is also good Specially the manager jai bhai .Very polite and helpful nature .
