If you’re seeking for luxury and budget is not the issue than you must visit the place. I was there for a gathering of 30 people in spectrum hall. The hall is amazing, sound system, lights, food, everything was just great. Though the price was pretty high.

A very fantastic hotel in Gwalior town connectivity wise its excellent, on road location within the city, abode to many high profile visitors who visits Gwalior for many reasons. You can stay here comfortably for you stay period. A nice behaving staff with all five stars facilities. Surely you will enjoy your saty there....

I was married at this hotel. the service is not up to the mark. food was fine...but management is not good. otherwise how come eunuchs could enter the wedding venue without their permission? had to pay them 15k...initially what was promised for the event was dropped out of list later. so i request all to kindly confirm everything they offer lest they change their mind later.

The property is under renovation, and there is a lot of noise in the room. The room is pretty decent a little old condition. Worst part is room service, when ever ordered a cup of tea also they would take 30 mins by the time we don't feel like drinking. The concentration of staff was less and very unprofessional. Very unsatisfied in my 4 days stay at this property

We hosted the reception in hotel on 3/02/24. Overall experience was wonderful .Mr Kishore ji GM of the hotel takes care of each and every thing. Food and service was superb. A nice place for every type of function.

Dirty , no hygiene and cleanliness. The staff is unresponsive. I called reception 8 times for getting the TV fixed and called room service for cleaning 5 times . They did not fix the TV or cleaned the room fir 2 days I was there. They don't seem to have enough staff. Yes rooms are dilapidated , paint and furnishings are old and things like shower curtain etc missing. Overall pathetic stay .

Worst hotel! The hotel has many cockroaches, the corridor is very dirty, the food has flies in it, the plates and cups in buffet are dirty and my tea had a hair in it. I don’t know how people survive here. The water has only two options either very hot or very cold. I recommend not staying here unless you prefer the price over hygiene.

Pant coat send for press in laundry and received back missing coat brooch. complaint it on reception and Loundery section but no results. Bathroom leakage is there evev given reminder so many time man came but no solution staying there for two night in a marriage fuction. They think the person came in marriage function are guest of that party who booked the hotel so they will not give you service. I strongly recommend don't book this Hotel for Marriage functions other wise your guest will suffer.

I would say probably the worst hotel i hv come across. Everyday new problem of either no hot water, bees entering room, loud noise due to construction and lousy handling of all these problems. Charges are no less but the service was pathetic and it took a toll on my time, routine and i was always irritated.

Perfect place, great & courteous staff especially General Manager, mouth watering variety of veg & non veg dishes, live music and ample parking place. Ideal for arranging marriage functions, conference. Excellent location.

Fantastic arrangements. Booked the hotel for 2 day wedding ceremony, it was a wonderful experience. We had come to Gwalior for a school trip... On entering we found a beer bottle in our room,under the bed,wrappers of chocolate and toothpaste under the bed and our bed being wet...Despite calling room service at least 3 times,our bedding was not changed and few wrappers were still there...And when we reach our room after attending the DJ,tiered and ready to sleep peacefully, we find that our bedding is still not changed... On calling room service, nobody picks up the phone.. Dissapointed,we had to sleep on a wet bed... Only one thing that satisfied me was the food here..It was delicious and amaaaazing.. The staff Is thoughtful,polite and cheerful...😊😊

Very pathetic and rude staff. Absolutely disgrace to hotel industry. They refused entry to me in spite of showing the booking. Check in eligibility is decided by security at the gate. Customer are treated by security with bouncers to shoo you out I faced a situation where my check in was denied by them citing that they have no rooms. When I showed them the confirmed booking, then also they moved me out of the gate. After huge verbal spat, they allowed my check in. Very poor staff. Not at all of any hospitality standards

Famous for its chiken items. Very good service and staff behaviour is superb. Food quality is little bit disappointed but try at least once. Recommended.

Location of property is very good but maintenance is very poor…. Broken furniture’s (including the chairs at reception) cockroaches inside the room, leaking taps… very bad condition

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 may. This hotel has very good room and sapcious one. But the things which i did not like was towels were not cleaned properly and bed sheets were not changed from the previous stay. If i am willing to pay this much money to stay at hotel then i deserve better hygiene.

It was very bad experience, The new manager behaviour is very bad though staff is good. Throughout party he was disturbing the party and my guests and host are also not satisfied.

The reception area and restaurant are very well maintained. That's where all the goodness ends:( Rooms are in a bad shape. TV is of small size and doesn't work. Worst was the water coming from the faucet. It was too muddy and red. Though it improved after 5 minutes. The bed, furniture and doors were not upto the mark. I happened to see another room whole checking out and it was much better. I was told that they were renovated rooms.

Nearby area is not good that's why it's loosing shine. Interior design is very good. Food 🍲 is good. Interior is superb. But hotel's exterior part is not so much attractive. They need to work for it.

Attended a party at The Adityaz. Hotel seems to be in the process of coming up, with little effort Adityaz can improve its rating. Cleanliness requires more looking into. Mobile signals in the basements are next to impossible. Car park is a mess. Service is polite and courteous. Food is satisfactory.

The resort has a majestic look, conspicuous presence, and a welcoming ambience, which is substantiated by comfortable stay, made more comfortable by the prompt, efficient, and courteous services of the attending staff. Food and beverages served both in the restaurant, Moti Mahal, which has a rich history and legacy of mouth-watering cuisines, have been both tasty and sumptuous. Rooms are categorised as Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Lordly, with their respective tariffs, well-equipped with amenities and comforts and can accommodate two persons. Overall costs are comparable with those prevailing in the hospitality industry.

It's a three star hotel but service are very good.

I called twice or thrice in morning for enquiry but management didn't call me back till evening even after commitment that I will get a call from Adityaz within 10 minutes.

Good place for stay, good facilities, Location is nearby airport staf behaviour also good, parking space available, rooms and service is also good.

Rooms were basic but comfortable. Hot water supply in rooms had to be sorted after checkin. Though it was attended duly it did cause delay for people in multiple rooms. Quality checks in rooms beforehand will help a lot for future customers.

1. The staff is very rude , shouting for no reason and very annoying 2.The food is very unhygienic I got cockroach the very first day I entered the hotel 3. The rooms are very dusty and insects are there , blankets and bedsheets are dirty 4. The rooms are very smelly and there is no smell refresher in the room. I world suggest no one should think about staying in this hotel if you really have any brain cells left and prefer hygiene over wealth.
