I was stay there almost for three weeks with my others colleagues. First two days it's very good as in average expectations. But main scenario was comes after two days some points wanted to cover... 1. Regular Toilet soap not provided 2. Change of frequency of changing bedding was delay for 3 to 4 days. 3. The most remarkable things that Water. Both drinking and bathroom Water is very dirty. For this reason we all were fallen sick for 5 days around. Red worms found in bathing water. Some of staff were infected by alergetic effect. Then we were decided for to leave the hotel, then they provided RO water. But bathroom water still same. 4. We were booked AC room, but most of the room's AC s were Unserviceable. They even do not bother about it. 5. Some of the foods cost is too much, basically they want to loot the customer. Simple example : Sunday I was ordered kichdi and aloo chokha for two people. In menu card the cost of kichdi is 110,its ok no problem. But cost of aloo chokha is not there. Do you think how was the cost of two very simple aloo chokha? Just thik it! It's 190 rupees! Is this justified! I think not. 6. The overall environment of the hotel is not up to the Family staying level. 7. Last but not least the rent of hotel was increased when we go for payment. The behavior of staff is not so bad. I was travelled and stayed in too many hotel but it's is very horrible experience in my life. So every point of view I wanted to rated this hotel one and half star which option is not available in menu so I starred it Two star. Thank you🙏

Worst ever room service of a hotel. I booked an ac deluxe room and the room was untidy. I stayed 3 days but not even once they changed bedsheets and pillow covers. Room service is like you are visiting government offices . I asked for water and they brought it after 2 hours and that too because I called them thrice. When I told manager he asked me to give 10 percent concession on one day tarrif if I give 5 star. I told him keep the offer I will write the truth. If you want to experience hell, go for it.

Affordable place for marriage function and other things. From outside you might find it is small lodge but rooms are actually quite spacious. Mr. Khandelwal is very humble and nice person. Although it is in tight gully road but they have their own parking in side

Absolutely pathetic service. The food served in the hotel was cold. The staff seems so confused that they are not even able to process half of what you're saying and you'll be left wondering why you even chose to came to this hotel. At night faced problem with mosquitos,on approaching the desk they said sir hamare paas machine nahi hai aap agarbatti jala lijiye. And offered me agarbatti to light up. All other positive reviews posted here are simply money motivated because they give discount upto 15% for 5 star rating. This is unethical as well as shameful. My suggestion instead of spending 1800 on a room here,get another hotel booked. It got too late for me You can still save your money and mood from getting wasted !!!

2 towel mangwaya tha.. kuch spots lag gye hath pochte hue.. they denied taking it back!!! And charged rs 900 for that sadak chap 100rs towel... And after washing it at home.. it was clean.. 100 bar bola hoga wapis Lelo.. wash k bad dag hat jynge.. Hotel staff was very very rude... We had booked three rooms and stayed for a overnight. The rooms were good but not upto the mark. Staff behaviour was good and cooperative. The rooms could have been maintained in a much better way. The bed sheets were old. Got a room for improvement

This review is based on 09th October,2022 observation.... Can get a room according to capability.There are several types of rooms according to size,viz. small, medium and large and the attached bathroom is also accordingly.The toilet cum bathrooms of the small rooms are very very small. There is also a large room,can be used as dormitory. Another throw out is the high price. They sell the water bottles at 10 or 20 rupees more than the M.R.P.,very absurd! Here and there in every room,one can see the broken electric switches and boards which indicates the lack of maintenance.The toilets are also dilapidated. So,observe properly before booking. Worst kind of hotel. You will find many fake reviews in Tripadvisor. They request the guests to make false positive review instead of discount. Dirty and unclean floor. Horrible bathroom. The bedsheet is stained. Hairs are on the pillow. Unmade Bed, Dirty Linen, Poor Hotel Service. They do not clean the room. They provide used towel without washing. I had stomach upset after taking their unhygienic food. Just avoid this hotel like plague.
