Nice place, clean and good ambience, but there is very suffocation in the rooms, no ventilation in the room. Feeling very suffocated.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The rooms were so spacious and luxurious. We were a family of 4 and the room provided for us had two separate rooms within one each room containing a pair of sofas, TV,AC and a double bed. The bathroom was so clean. We had to take a taxi to go to gwalior fort which costed us around Rs. 600 only for waiting and return also.

It was a pleasure staying at this The Vinayak property,Hotel Vinayak is a nice hotel with food and services. The staff was very good and The reservation process was also very smooth. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed the day.It was comfortable stay.

Stayed for 5 days, experience is not good. The room service is pathetic, have to call time and again for room service. The quality of food is also not good most of the items are not available during lunch time..Infra is good but other things need to improve.

I was on Gwalior sight seeing trip and stayed at Hotel .... My experience was really very good ... not far from Railway station and location is good ... Room were spacious and clean ... courteous staff.... On my next trip I will definitely stay here again.

Mine stay in hotel is too good. The staff is excellent in serving their services and I love the room and its infrastructure. The food is too good . When I came again gwalior, then I again go to this hotel for the excellent stay . Excellent staff !!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hot water was available whenever needed. The bathroom can be much cleaner and improved. Especially the water pressure is very high which makes it tricky.

Pathetic is the right word. No propose parking space. Very very poor service if you are going to hold any program there. Banquet full of smoke, inadequate supply of food and chilled cold food which is expected to be served hot. Not recommend at all.

Big rooms with ample space and drawers. Breakfast is good and staff behaviour is very friendly and nice.

Had a pathetic experience with this hotel. Nothing written in online positive reviews of this hotel seems genuine or true. Google location of this hotel is also not accurate and off by at least 2-3 km. The hotel staff is utterly backward and has no understanding of hospitality. The hotel takes booking via online portals like MMT/booking.com but honors them only as per its convenience and then blatantly tells its customer not to use these online portals as if it's their mistake. Avoid this hotel in all circumstances.

Very pathetic service. Rooms are great but not the services. Stayed here for 3 nights and not a single day my room was cleaned. Once I had to face water scarcity for almost 3 hours, for which prior notice was for 1 hour.

Food is not good. Negligent chef... undercooked food. The place reeks off a pungent smell of insecticide or pesticides...Had one of the worst headaches of my life just by being there for 3 hours.. worst place to be there if you are with kids who are very naughty.

Rooms are good. Location is best. Just one problem is that the lady doing service in the restaurant was taunting me and judging me for the food which I was ordering.

This is my worst experience ever. They have literally no facility or anything. The extra ends they are giving are literally rotten to an extreme level. There is no gyser available. They are giving hot rod to hear the water. Never book this place for anything. This place is just at it's worst.

It's a oyo hotel, you can go with out any hesitation but room service staff will annoy you

A comfortable stay and a good budget friendly hotel. Entrance is from the main road. Located near the railway station and near to all near tourist spots. Breakfast was good basic spread of options. Both English and Indian. Suite is a spacious room with all basic amenities of a 3 star. Overall a very good and comfortable stay.

I booked Delux (2X) room through goibibo. 1. Checkin was smooth. I will suggest to book rooms online. Offline booking may cost you more. I will suggest to Book rooms with complementary breakfast option. Location of hotel is also very good. 2. Room amenities: It is great. Bed was big enough and comfy. One study table , one more table( on which you can have meal) three comfortable chairs are available in room. One coffee maker, one mini freeze, one wardrobe and enough space is there in room to accomodate 3 persons easily. 3. Bathroom: moderate size bathroom. Toiletories are provided. 4. Room service: The hotel has a restaurant. It mainly serves the guests of the hotel. Only veg items available in the restaurant. Quality is good. Price is moderate but it will cost you less if you order food online from nearby restaurants. 5. Housekeeping: It is good but could be better. Response time is poor. 6. For kids: No kids channel in TV. Even if guests demand , nothing.happens. No play room or any such facility available. 7. It is a good hotel which runs one set of rules. However, To serve with pride wearing a smile is a feeling which is missing in most of the hotel personnel.
