Located at a walking distance from Gwalior railway station. Rooms are well furnished and the rates are affordable. Hotel staff is well behaved and co-operative. Spent one peaceful night here with my family. The breakfast served was tasty and hygienic. Would have given them five stars had there been a lift here. About parking I am not sure. Overall it is a good hotel.

Firstly we booked using oyo rooms and our oyo manager was amazing. Now about the hotel Positives This place is very clean and well maintained. There is parking lot and a space to park 2-3 cars with a lock facility for security purpose. The rooms were huge, as i have stayed in similar hotels but i have never received such big family room. The amenities provided were adequate and the soft mattress were an added bonus. The rooms had air conditioner for summers and geysers for winters. The breakfast was timely prepared and served. Staff was very friendly and polite. Negatives The food was tasty but price was on higher side and the quantity was low as well. There is no lift in the hotel so please inform the manager beforehand if you are visiting with your aged family members as they will provide you with rooms on the ground floor. The complimentary breakfast was not upto the mark. Lastly, their wi-fi is slower than GPRS so i had to resort to my mobile internet for everything.

The rooms were super dirty. The staff were so rude and dishonest. You could not trust them at all. They pay Auto-rickshaws to take you there and even the Auto guy asks you for tip. I do not recommend!

Property near by railway station. Locate perfectly for any kind of transportation. Staff behavior is so good. Rooms are so clean and room decorate very well. Good ambiance and food qualify better and testy. I suggest in gwalior is better option for stay than other hotels. I stayed this hotel two times. So I'm know about this hotel is very good. I gave this hotel 5 🌟.......😊

Hotel room not worth the price I paid. Washroom was not clean, room was small, Booked through OYO rooms but it was not up to the standards. Fake images available on internet in which room was looking big. These 3 stars are only for the service and staff of the hotel. Staff is polite and helping. Excellent Noodles. Room service was good, AC was good but remote wasn't provided.

Its a new hotel near railway station but not a good place to stay. The service is not good, the food is very poor and they serve you at least after an hour you order. This happened repeatedly. You can't bath mid day in summers because the water is too hot. The receptionist is really very rude. I will not suggest anybody to stay here. It was a horrible experience for me.

So rude behaviour of owner and staff, Bathroom and toilets are dirty only reception is nice , Not accepting money phone pay asking for cash, Don't recommends to stay. Worst palce to stay ...

Rooms- Cozy & well designed. Reception- Polite & respectful. Room service- Quick but needs to learn to wait before we open the door for him, he tends to just walk in without permission. Bathroom- Clean but geyser was causing electric shock in the water & the flush button. Also had to keep exhaust on 24hrs if not bad smell enters from behind the bathroom. Breakfast was decent, just make sure the chai you order comes unsweetened, they tend to add too much. Overall- I recommend staying here, good value for money, located very close to the station.

I can't review the quality of stay as they didn't allow me for that. I had my prepaid online booking which I made over a month ago via Make My Trip for 02 nights stay. Not only that I have also reconfirmed that over the phone with the hotelier after my booking. But when I visited the property they said I can only stay for a single night and then I don't have the booking for the next day as they are sold out from the next day, it will be better for me if I manage my stay somewhere else. I have nothing to do how they conduct their business and what their business relations with any online travel portal but if they were full then they should have informed me at the earliest so that I can arrange for an alternative with ease. They blamed that to Make My Trip but I can only thank MMT as they helped me in that hour of panic and arranged my stay somewhere else. I just have a single question to ask, if they don't take online bookings then why they agreed to my booking confirmation when I called them??

The rooms are good and upto the mark with the price. I've booked from oyo and got the from for 800/night. But the thing I disliked that one of the owner or his father came to supervise the housekeeping and talked with my father and gave me advice for my career , there he told that I've doing my MBA in tourism and travel management because I've got less marks and giving some taunts It's really irritated me cause who is he to tell me what to do and what not....and giving taunts about my career options.....his word throwing needed to be corrected. Otherwise this hotel is good and adviced to book through OYO
