The very worst place to stay. No room service. Fungal walls and full of lichens. Toilets full of lichens and mushrooms but room fees is Rs.1500 full waste of money. Never in your life come to this hotel actually a tribal hut.Dont also ever look at it. It should not get half a star also. Don't rely on good comments and reviews and come here.😖😖😖😖😞😞😞.

It's a very bad place for staying as the is no proper arrangement of accommodation along with no proper food as the food served there is very unhygienic along with rude behavior of the owners as they just know the language of money and they just keep asking for money and they don't try to understand our problems. As they will just know the language of money and no proper way of talking as they just want to have a money all their life instead of respect and integrity. In my opinion if you want to stay in a lodge then opt for other properties

DISCLAIMER: NEVER EVER BOOK THIS GUEST HOUSE FOR ANY EVENTS. YOU'RE GOING TO BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. The owner here is the most disgusting person I have ever seen. He doesn't know how to talk to customers. Let me tell you a story! So, We booked this guest house 6 months prior to the wedding. Everything was promised great. everybody was so nice at the time of booking. Cut to 4 days before the wedding. The owner called us and said There's no facility for parking. No water on the tap(no boring connection). You have to clean every mess(No staff for arrangement) and he will not give any space to cook anything. Though, We assured everything before finalising the guest house. In the end, He said, aapko nahi karna to aap mat kijiye...paise le lijiye wapas aur yeh sab hua 4 din pehle sab functions k... Guest house cancel kar dia.... and forgot about the money...he never gave us the money... Anybody, who is reading this review bhool k bhi is guest house aur owner ko book mat karna... abhi paise chodh do....baad me sab arrangement kharaab hone se accha hai.... VERY VERY THANK YOU SIR FOR YOUR KIND SERVICES.

This is the worst pg to stay in gwalior..The accommodation and provided food are not proper.Possibilities -Many times ur room might be changed for their benefits.They may serve stale food which smells very bad.And one more thing after payment all problems are ur's not there's. Worst Pg ever i have ever seen. The Food Quality., the Pg Owner behaviour., The Pg Facilities are very very poor, respectively. Specially pg owner behaviour. They are so selfish. They only mean to Money, not Customer Satisfactory. Even, the lady owner of Pg abusing to everyone for regarding money. And food quality.. Oh men..what should i say...?!? The food quality always Stale. Its very unhygienic. I prefer everybody to stay in a local lodge or a guesthouse but not in this Pg. In short form.. Its a jail in the form of Pg. Thank You .

The person named Vishal and his wife are the owner of this guest house, both of them are very hopeless. Gwalior is not so expensive and very cheaf to live in, but this people will anyhow convince you to stay at there place with offering huge amount. Trust me Vishal is so rude at dealing and offerings so if you are dealing with him make everything clear before finalizing. They are the hardcore brokers in Gwalior with having a very good hold for property renting and dealing so avoid approaching them directly at first instance otherwise all of your further dealings with other brokers/party would be spoiled. I don't mean to deprive, but trust me the deal with him which we had was the worst experience I had in Gwalior and we have suffered for a long time.

No cleaning at all. Lots of mosquito. Charged 800 rs for 4 people in one room. No wifi no compliment. Extra charge for food also. I suggest don't go there.

Dishonest and cheating owner cancelled the booking from his end, after us spending our hard earned money and time for making the reservation. The owner cancelled the booking just 4 days before our event giving illogical reasons and did not even return the advance amount. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.

Fraud alert!!!! Do not book this guest house if you want to avoid last minute issues. We booked this place 4 months in advance still owner could not make necessary arrangements. We did not get a refund for our money and had to book another guest house at the last moment. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS!
