wrote
a

anything
ever
before
but
after
treatment
i
received
and
way
it
was
dealt
with
by
staff
is
bad.
My
daughter
in
stage
5
swimming
waited
3
months
to
move
to
stage
6.
Swim
teacher
very
good
and
got
told
by
swim
teacher
its
a
shame
they
cant
move
her
up
as
its
a
waste
of
time
her
been
in
stage
5.
So
i
went
to
reception
got
told
they
were
putting
her
onto
an
extra
class
that
is
starting
on
september
5th
and
after
checking
at
reception
and
asking
if
there
is
space
for
her
i
got
told
yes
bring
her
to
the
wednesday
session
after
the
bank
holiday
instead
of
her
usual
mondays.
I
arrived
and
sat
at
the
pool
side
and
got
told
the
session
wasnt
on
anymore.
(No
one
had
phoned
to
let
me
know)
so
wasted
journey
went
to
reception
to
sort
out
and
got
told
by
same
person
that
he
never
told
me
to
come
to
the
extra
session
the
previous
week.
I
told
him
he
had
but
he
made
me
out
to
be
a
liar
infront
of
his
work
colleagues
when
in
actual
fact
he
or
someone
just
hadnt
phoned
me
to
let
me
know
the
session
wasnt
on
anymore
and
had
been
cancelled.
So
they
still
have
no
space
so
i
asked
them
to
cancel
it
and
take
my
daughters
name
off.
So
he
did
and
said
ok
but
she
s
paid
up
till
end
of
month.
So
ive
lost
out
and
its
been
a
waste
of
time
and
money
and
my
daughter
who
is
upset
as
enjoyed
the
lessons
up
to
know
cant
finish
her
swimming
stages!
