Nice ambiance. Got a spa manicure and pedicure It was very relaxing. The ladies giving it were very nice experts at their job and very professional. The hot stone massage part was especially relaxing. Though i wish it was a bit longer the whole thing. It was short compared to other salons.

If you are looking for a great place for any kind of massage, Amethyst is THE spa to go to! It's certainly the most relaxing thing after a long busy day. Got my body massage done, along with a relaxing pedicure and a blow dry. 10/10

I can recommend for nail services only. Mani/pedi is amazing, it is costly but worth the price! Highly recommended for acrylics or gel nails. French Gel Nails (on natural nails) is expensive and it was not justified but the girl was good at lining the French tip and carried it out carefully. The other girl who did the Gel nail colour (on natural nails) was a bit careless. Also they did not have a good colour range in the normal nail colours or gel..I mean if the service is expensive than the colour range should be sufficient. The picture I have uploaded is after 10 days, ideally good gel nail colour should last 2-3 weeks with ease. Also location is a bit off. So once you are around then you may have to call and ask, parking is an issue. Very responsive on Instagram so that was really good.

I booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage with Shabana who I was told is the best. For someone that has received massages all over the world, this experience was not worth the buzz. If you are from aboard, don't go here. This place does however have a spa feel. Although I recommend the business get actual massage beds so that their guests can lay comfortably.

Terrible experience! Had booked in advance appointments for a facial, a mani pedi, roots and threading. I was kept waiting for a good 25 minutes beforehand despite me stressing that I have a flight and requesting timely service. The girls there seemed disinterested! Once my facial finished, I’m told that their hair dresser hasn’t arrived, despite me being their for a good 90 minutes already. Icing on the cake? Took a further ten minutes to write up my bill for just a facial as their system was reflecting something else and I’d told them three times what kind of facial it was and how much it was. Finally I just paid and left- rather an unfortunate experience and waste of time.

Went at 9am for waxing as it was the only place open early. Waxing service was terrible; the waxing lady was very rough and rude. The room was shabby and rest of place was also dirty. Waxing lady was also the receptionist lol. Overall very poor management and disappointing experience. Definitely overpriced and overhyped

One of the most luxurious spas in Karachi, Pakistan. Close to the Chinese embassy. I spent a wonderful day at Amethyst Spa. I choose their Spa Manicure and Pedicure. They provide me coffee while I am waiting for my services. Their head massage is fantastic; I was stressed about a number of things and left feeling completely rested. The atmosphere is wonderful and soothing. Their service is excellent and professional, and they lavishly indulged the customer. It's worth the money they charge. I invited my friends and relatives to my brother's wedding as well. They were all pleased with the services.

Not an enjoyable pedicure experience. Very rushed, tools used weren’t kept in a hygienic way, it was all the opposite of what you’d want when getting a pedicure. Service has gone down massively

One of the worst experiences ever. I am traveling from america and my sister had to get her nails done. Everyone recommended amythst as we had our brothers wedding. My sister’s nails broke a day after she got them done. Her natural nails. She was sitting and it cracked. Later on, during the event all her nails broke from the side. Keep in my mind she had her nails done from america before this and her nail did not break even once but the day after she got it done from amythst, they broke. The manager was extremely rude. she was arguing with me on call and not listening to my complaint which made me really mad. I asked her for a refund and she refused because she told me it’s my sisters fault her nails broke. Very very poor service. Obviously i don’t live here so i won’t be coming back, but I’ll make sure everyone i know doesn’t go to this salon to get their nails done.

Got keratin hair straightening done august 2022 and the girl didn’t do the back of my hair properly. Horrible experience would never go back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. My manicure appointment started with a lady who abandoned me midway, leaving me waiting for an entire hour. It took three requests before they finally sent a different person to continue the service. What was even more concerning was the unsanitary practice of sharing tools; they used the same tools on my friend as soon as I was done, not having separate ones for each client. I tried calling the manager twice, but they never showed up. Overall, the lack of professionalism and hygiene standards made this visit extremely frustrating and disappointing.
