It's a beautiful pastel colored nail heaven. I got my gel nails done from here nd my sister got herself nails and mehndi done from them. I totally loved them. The owner is a very sweet and accommodating person who guides you about every step. They even had free bangles to giveaway after you get your services done. Totally loved their nail art.

The place is super aesthetic. Like the cutest salon I've ever been to. With the cute aesthetic colors, the designs, the furniture etc. Love love love the vibe. The service was decent as well. I enjoyed the massage and salt room. The mani pedi was nice as well but not great. I've had more thorough ones at other salons. But the lady who shaped my nails did a really good job

If any one wants to pamper them selves then Basecoat and Chill is the best. The best staff and amazing services. Salt room is to die for. I haven't seeen this type of professionalism in my whole life. ❤️

The nail bar is very nicely decorated and majority of the staff is very professional and friendly with the exception of a few however their manicure was not up-to the mark at all and the gel polish I got was a disaster. I have been getting gel polish from a different place since a while now and my nails have never been damaged the way they were after getting gel polish from here, not only were my nails damaged but the polish did not last me more than 8 days it started peeling off itself. The most concerning part however would still be the fact that my nails are in a terrible state even now, 3+ weeks after the polish came off and it does not seem to be getting better. Would not recommend to anyone for mani/pedis however it’s a cute place to go take pictures I guess but not worth damaging your nails over :(

The nail polish was very unevenly put and started to chip the same day. Also, the staff insisted on making us pay before the service was finished. When asked for itemised bill we found out that they were massively over charging. Will never go there again. Would recommend amethyst instead!

THID WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THANKS TO THEM MY FOOT IS BRUISED AND I HAVE AN INFECTION My foot is bruised and covered with blisteres when I told the lady that it hurts she told me to wait and when I told her I was getting hurt she just stared at me r and to them I can’t even walk properly bc of the pedicure NOW talking abt the manicure my nails are scratched and peeling and my cuticles keep on bleeding honestly if I could I would sue them😒

If you have any self respect…. do not visit this establishment. The main receptionist lady is very disrespectful and the mani/ pedis aren’t as good as posted on social media.
