Obtaining our tourist visa invites through Express to Russia was incredibly simple and MUCH faster than advertised. We chose the three day service and had our invitations back within 12 hours. While the Russian visa process can seem somewhat intimidating at first it really turned out to be a fairly straightforward process....in large part thanks to the excellent people at Express to Russia. I highly recommend this company and its people.

I was pleased with the cooperation

Express To Russia was very professional and efficient. We had difficulties with our Visa (the Embassy required an original copy of the Visa Invitation) and they couriered it to us in Saudi Arabia within 3 days! We couldn't have asked for better service. Then when we got the Visa Invitation I noticed I had out my wife's Maiden Name instead of her Married Name by mistake. I paid them for a new Visa Invitation as it was my mistake, but they refunded my money immediately! I was overwhelmed! You wonder if you can trust some website from Russia you find on the Internet but I found Express To Russia to be one of the best online services I have used - up there with Amazon! They had very friendly staff who kept you informed about the status of your order every step of the way (we also ordered our Train Tickets from Moscow to Saint Petersburg through them), and the on-line Instant Chat service is just the icing on the cake. I have no hesitation recommending Express To Russia to anyone who is planning a trip to this amazing country. We had a fantastic 10 days in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

I only realized after buying my air tickets that arranging for a visa to visit Russia would be non-trivial. My wife, toddler, and I took the Trans Siberian from Beijing to Moscow and absolutely loved our journey. The experience was beyond what we had expected and will definitely consider doing another section of the train journey. I have booked the Transsib journey from Moscow to Beijing through 'Express to Russia'. The service was excellent, I have received information on different options (with / without stops, different Trains & routes) which really was not easy to find out anywhere else. All my questions (and there were many!) about visas, invitations etc. were answered promptly by email. The tickets were ready for pick-up when we entered the Moscow office, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book through 'Express to Russia' again and can highly recommend them to anyone planning a similar trip with the Transsibirian Railway.

We bought our train tickets from Saint Petersburg to Moscow via Express to Russia. The service provided was excellent: they emailed us to confirm some details, bought the tickets for us and even reimbursed us because the price for the tickets was lower. We haven't taken the train yet but for the moment, we are really happy with their service!

Ida and Myself are from New Zealand. We spent February In Russia over the time of the winter Olympics 2014. As part of this trip we needed train tickets from St Petersburg to Moscow and then on the Trans-Mongolian Train K4 (0043) from Moscow to Beijing. We also needed The Tourist invitation voucher required for our visa application. After some thought we ordered all three through Express to Russia. Even though we are based in NZ, we found their communication was quick and everything was processed in a matter of days. We even had physical tickets for the train within three working days over new years which was great. Their prices were also far far lower than purchasing through an NZ base travel agent. The Russian Embassy to NZ accepted our visa application first time and the whole trip went off without a hitch. It is always an apprehensive thing spending this much money with a foreign web based company (about 3 grand NZ in our case) but these people are the real thing. Happy to recommend that any other Kiwi / Aussie travellers use them..

Good but so expensive
